This study aims to show the influence of Organizational Culture and Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on IT Companies In Special Region of Yogyakarta) which is focused on the high low organizational culture of a company. Samples in this study as many as 9 IT companies with convenience sampling method. The population in this study is all IT companies in Isitimewa Area of Yogyakarta. The data type in this study is primary data. The data source in this study is the results of surveys, interviews and filling out questionnaires from employees of IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who became research samples. The results of this study show that organizational culture and procedural justice have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in Dareah Istimewa Yogyakarta. But for companies whose organizational culture is low organizational culture has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract. Organization needs high quality employees who are willing to work outside their main tasks to support organizational performance. This willingness is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that may influenced by supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction. This study aimed to explore the effect of supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction on OCB. Subjects involved in this study were 68 paramedics of a private hospital in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected using three scales, and then analyzed with multiple regression. Results show that supportive leadership style, perception of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction significantly predict OCB among paramedics. Perception of organizational culture have the biggest contribution in predicting OCB, followed by intrinsic job satisfaction and supportive leadership style. Improving supportive leadership styles, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction will increase the OCB of the employees.Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, paramedics  Abstrak. Sebuah organisasi perlu memiliki pegawai yang berkualitas dan bersedia bekerja di luar tugas utamanya untuk mendukung kinerja. Kesediaan ini disebut dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik terhadap OCB. Sebanyak 68 orang tenaga paramedik sebuah rumah sakit berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala gaya kepemimpinan suportif, skala persepsi budaya organisasi dan skala kepuasan kerja intrinsik. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, persepsi budaya organisai dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik secara signifikan mampu memprediksi OCB. Persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi memiliki sumbangan efektif terbesar,  diikuti oleh kepuasan kerja intrinsik dan gaya kepemimpinan suportif. Dengan meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intinsik maka akan diikuti peningkatan OCB.Kata Kunci:  organizational citizenship behavior, paramedis

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Employees of the Production Section of PT.X Beji. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 73 production department employees at PT.X Beji. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational culture influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), in addition organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment influence simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Organizational Citizenship Behavior was a part of the development concept in human resources management. This concept can support an organization’s progress in a positive direction. So the role of OCB becomes very important for the development of the organization. The research was aimed at finding out the information about the effect of organizational culture, personality, teamwork, procedural justice, and organizational citizenship behavior on Job Tomori Pertamina North Sulawesi. A survey was used by involving 250 employees as a sample. There were five instruments for measuring, organizational culture (31 items, rel .705, personality (25 items rel  .969), teamwork (36 items rel  .635), procedural justice (20 items rel .660), and organizational citizenship behavior (27 items rel .959). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics for linearity test and path analysis. Organizational citizenship behavior significantly affected directly by organizational culture.  Moreover, procedural justice directly significantly affected organizational citizenship behavior. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that it was personality and teamwork only which should be considered if organizational citizenship behavior would be improved. It can be stated that considering those findings, personality and teamwork could not be neglected in enhancing organizational citizenship behavior.

As for target of which will reach in this research is to analysing cultural influence of  organization to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Analysing  organizational komitmen influence to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior  (OCB). Pursuant to above mentioned background, hence researcher will test about cultural  influence of organizational comitment and organization to officer Organizational Citizenship  Behavior (OCB) in is PIP Semarang.  Population in this research is PIP Semarang officer amounting to 319 one who consist of  215 PNS and 104 contract officer.To determine the amount of sample to be used as the source of  information in this research is used by Slovin formula. Pursuant to result of calculation of  determination of is amount of sampel with Slovin formula hence amount of minimum sampel  which needed in this research is 178 PIP Semarang officer responder. Data which is used in  research is primary data and secunder. Method analyse data use doubled linear regression  analysis.  Pursuant to result of research can be concluded by proven organizational culture have an  effect on positively of significant to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior  (OCB). Its Meaning, if organizational culture as according to individual values hence will push  the make-up of employees Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Proven Organizational  Comitment have an effect on positively of significant to PIP Semarang officer Organizational  Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Its Meaning, if employees have strong organizational comitment  hence this matter will push employees for have high Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract— This research aim to know influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture to organizational citizenship behaviour of PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Madiun City. This research is quantitative analytical research with primary data. These samples in this research is 104 regular employees. While used data collecting technique that is with questioner and documentation. The research instrument used was the Likert scale. The calculation data analysis technique uses Smart PLS, which includes descriptive statistical analysis, the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing by looking at the t-statistical value. The result showed job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords—: job satisfaction; organizational commitment; organizational culture; organizational citizenship behaviour.

The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational culture as a moderating variable. The data in this study were collected from questionnaires distributed to 94 permanent employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk. Regional Division IV. Hypotheses testing shows that distributive and procedural justice positively affects OCB. Organizational culture is also found to be the moderator on the effect of procedural justice on OCB. However, our prediction that organizational culture could be the moderator on the effect of distributive justice on OCB is not supported. Further results and discussion are explained.

Organizational culture is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because it causes the appearance of organizational citizenship behavior in the employee. Positive organizational culture cause the employees felt like to do more work than what was required in the job description. This research aims to figure out the organizational culture, citizenship behavior, and how much influence from organizational culture into citizenship behavior employees in PT X. The method research is using quantitative research method. The data analysis method was used that classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research of 120 respondents with the total population of 239 employees. Collecting data use questionnaire with the Likert scale and interview. The results showed the organization's culture is in the category both in terms of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results-orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Then the organizational citizenship behavior was used in this study is the dimension of organizational citizenship behavior of employees also are in good category seen from the behavior altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 79.3%.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.
