This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, partially and simultaneously effecting Capital Expenditures in Regencies/Cities in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in 2016-2020. The type of research used is the type of quantitative research. Secondary data obtained from the website (http://www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id). In this study, it was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and processed with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially: the Regional Original Income (PAD) variable has a partial effect on Capital Expenditures in 4 regencies and 1 city in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), the General Allocation Fund (DAU) does not partially affect Capital Expenditures. , the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has an effect on Capital Expenditures in 4 districts and 1 city in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Meanwhile, simultaneously: Variables of Local Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) simultaneously have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures in 4 districts and 1 city in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). ) with the period 2016-2020. Sleman Regency is one of the regencies located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, the beauty and natural wealth that is served even attracts the attention of many tourists, both local and international. In addition to the beautiful natural panorama, Sleman Regency also has many MSME actors so that it really supports the completeness of tourism in Sleman Regency, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit almost all countries, the tourism and MSME sectors have paralyzed so that a new life transition is needed, one of which is change the marketing of MSME products from offline to online. The presence of the community service team at Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University aims to foster the spirit of MSME actors by providing online marketing counseling and assistance to MSME actors. This activity consisted of socialization, counseling and training on online marketing which took place on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. In general, most of the employees at Dakota Convection were enthusiastic to further promote online product marketing through the media website, Instagram, Facebook, and various marketplaces. .

This study aims to analyze the success of the e-learning system, which is influenced by learner computer anxiety, social influence, perceived usefulness, and usage satisfaction. This study uses a survey, with the respondents being students at universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 250 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the data analysis method uses a structural model, namely PLS-SEM. The results showed that the e-learning adoption success model was accepted. However, this study's results showed that the effect of perceived usefulness and learner computer anxiety on adoption is not significant. This research has a novelty related to adopting innovations, namely e-learning in forced conditions, and there is no choice but online learning, which must be done during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research contributes to the support of the technology adoption theory by users in situations of involuntary adoption.   Received: 14 October 2021 / Accepted: 30 November 2021 / Published: 3 January 2022

The objectives of the study are to determine (1) the achievement of standard facilities and infrastructure for vocational high school in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, (2) the supporting factors for achieving the standard of facilities and infrastructure, and (3) the inhibiting factors for achieving the standard of facilities and infrastructure. This study employed an evaluation research method with a survey approach. The research sample was six vocational high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which was chosen through purposive sampling, taking into Cluster 1, Cluster 2, and Cluster 3. Data collection techniques used were Focused Group Discussion techniques, questionnaires, documents, observations, and interviews. The validity of the questionnaire instrument used expert validation. Analysis of quantitative data was conducted through descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative data with interactive analysis models. The results of the study show that (1) the standard of facilities shows that the average school data has met facilities and infrastructure standards, (2) the supporting factors for achieving the standard of facilities and infrastructure are (a) the principal's policy in developing facilities and infrastructure, (b) government support through programs to develop and achieve national education standards, (c) community support through school committees, (d) education board support, and (3) the inhibiting factors for achieving facilities and infrastructure standard are: (a) the lack of teacher media innovation developed in vocational high school; (b) the lack of maximization and maintenance of infrastructure in vocational high school; (c) the lack of support in classrooms and workshops, especially in the connectivity aspect.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

This study aim to determine the effect of financial knowledge and financial attitude towards financial management behavior with locus of control as a mediating variable for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Yogyakarta. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Yogyakarta, totaling 198,144 respondents. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique by using several criteria, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, class 2016-2019 because students have studied finance-related subjects that have been studied in lectures, so that students have an understanding and knowledge of finance. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The technique of collecting data by using a questionnaire. Data analysis tools using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. the type of data used is primary data. Direct significance testing of the hypothesis shows that financial knowledge has a positive effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control mediates the positive influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior. Financial attitude has a positive effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control mediates the positive effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior.

The purpose of this research was to examine the level of knowledge of sports teachers in the rhythmic gymnastics training program in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This was descriptive research and data were collected through a questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used and the sample size was 24. Data were analyzed though descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of knowledge of sports teachers in the rhythmic gymnastics training program were as follows: 54.2% in the top level (excellent), 41.7% in the second level, 4.2 % in the third level, and 0% in the bottom level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of these sports teachers is acceptable. Keywords: sports teachers, coaches, rhythmic gymnastics, training program

To implement inclusive education, schools need to provide a range of services for students with disabilities. One component that must be adapted is the school library, which must also create an inclusive environment so students with disabilities can access it. This research aimed to examine and explore school libraries’ readiness to provide services for students with disabilities. This was qualitative research. The research was conducted in five school libraries in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected through library accessibility checklist forms from IFLA, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Ten informants participated, while documentation was examined from school-owned documents, websites, and school library profile videos. The results showed that only two school libraries were well prepared to provide services for students with disabilities, one of which already provided special services for people with disabilities. In contrast, other libraries have not provided services for students with disabilities because there is no need for internal schools. However, some of the school libraries have done mapping and planned the needs for developing disability services to optimize library services. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembinaan tim futsal SMP Negeri 4 Pakem Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembinaan tim futsal SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif dari Miles Huberman. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 orang yang terdiri dari pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet dari SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan tim futsal SMP Negeri 4 Pakem pada evaluasi context masuk kategori cukup. Evaluasi input pada pelaksanaan program pembinaan tim futsal SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta masuk kategori baik. Evaluasi process pada pelaksananaan tim futsal SMP N 4 Pakem masuk kategori cukup. Evaluasi product pada pembinaan tim futsal SMP N 4 Pakem Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta masuk kategori cukup.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, pembinaan, tim futsal.ABSTRACTThis study aimed to evaluate the development of futsal teams in SMP N 4 Pakem, Yogyakarta Special Region. The evaluation was carried out to find out its effectiveness. This was an evaluation research study using the CPP model. The approach used in the study was a qualitative approach with an interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects were 3 people consisting of administrators, coaches, and athletes from SMPN 4 Pakem.The results of the study show that the development of the State Junior High School futsal team in SMP N 4 Pakem in the results of the context are moderate. The results of the input evaluation on the implementation of the development program are good. The results of the process evaluation on the implementation of the development program are moderate. This research aimed to: (1) develop a performance evaluation model for school supervisors; (2) examine the feasibility of the model; and (3) determine its effectiveness in improving the quality of senior high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used the research and development method. Data were collected through focus group discussions and questionnaires. Quantitative data were analyzed with the help of statistics and qualitative data through interactive models. A performance evaluation model for school supervisors to use to improve the quality of senior high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta was developed by implementing procedural development research. The guidelines for implementing the model were found to be feasible, with an average score of 4.30 or ‘excellent’, and the evaluation guide had an average score of 4.60 or ‘excellent’ as well. The readability of the instrument was scored by six school supervisors: it received an average score of 3.90, which was in the ‘good’ category. The evaluation guide was given a score of 4.00 (in the ‘good’ category), while the level of performance assessed by the six school supervisors was 1.94 or ‘very good’. The level of performance assessed by 10 high school teachers was 1.92 or ‘very good’. The findings also showed that the school supervisor level of performance, which was assessed by 20 school supervisors, had an average score of 1.88 (which was classified as ‘excellent’), and the performance assessed by 20 high school teachers was scored as 1.94, or ‘excellent’. The average performance of school supervisors was 95.50, which was categorized as ‘excellent’. Keywords: model, evaluation, performance, school supervisors, school quality
