Abstract Reactome is a manually curated, open-source, open-data knowledge base of biomolecular pathways. Reactome has always provided clear credit attribution for authors, curators and reviewers through fine-grained annotation of all three roles at the reaction and pathway level. These data are visible in the web interface and provided through the various data download formats. To enhance visibility and credit attribution for the work of authors, curators and reviewers, and to provide additional opportunities for Reactome community engagement, we have implemented key changes to Reactome: contributor names are now fully searchable in the web interface, and contributors can ‘claim’ their contributions to their ORCID profile with a few clicks. In addition, we are reaching out to domain experts to request their help in reviewing and editing Reactome pathways through a new ‘Contribution’ section, highlighting pathways which are awaiting community review. This chapter's author based his years long cross-functional research on an authentic and proprietary mixed research method that is supported by his own version of an intelligent neural networks, which is combined with an internal heuristics motor; altogether named the applied holistic mathematical model (AHMM), which is applied to requirements engineering strategy. The proposed AHMM fundamentally functions like the human empiric decision-making process that can be compared to the behaviour-driven development methods, which are optimal for requirements engineering. In this chapter, the AHMM is supported by many real-life cases of business and architecture transformation projects requirements' management, abstracted by the intelligent strategic requirements development (iSRDev) concept that is supported by the alignment of various existing standards and development strategies, like the development and operations (DevOps) procedures to map to the project's requirements.

This paper addresses enterprise architecture (EA) compliance framework. A meth-odology to check EA non-compliance with laws and regulations is still a challenge. We think that a compliance methodology should take into account “shared” relevant laws and a requirements engineering framework. We continue discussing the view of enterprise architects on legal informatics which was proposed by Reinhard Riedl. We reflect mainly on two articles: Riedl (2011) and Čaplinskas (2009) who proposes a vision driven approach on requirements elicitation in the context of enterprise engineering.

BACKGROUND Data collection in field-based public health research influences the quality and outcome of the research which in turn aids in developing evidence-based policymaking. As conventional data collection methods are either consume more time or more resources, usage of the cost-effective technology solution is required. Open Data Kit (ODK), the open-source application being designed for an Android-based platform is one such solution to electronic data collection. OBJECTIVE To demonstrate the functionality of ODK in implementing subject selection algorithm Kish methodology in epidemiological research studies METHODS Subject selection algorithms in field-based surveys are done manually and one such algorithm is Kish algorithm. Incorporating subject selection algorithm electronically in ODK application was not either tested or reported in the literature. We developed an application framework to build-in Kish grid algorithm in ODK application RESULTS The process and steps for setting up subject selection Kish algorithm to embed in ODK application are explained with syntax function. The application displayed the selected eligible adult on the screen after it runs the syntax function based on the Kish algorithm in the backend CONCLUSIONS ODK is an enterprise architecture, which is identified to develop a mobile application for a community based public health survey. The application would reduce the time taken for selecting and completing the interview of study participants. Ever a minor change like spell check on form mandates complete XML generation in ODK application and requires to update the existing entire application

Recent advances in linked data generation through mapping such as RML (RDF mapping language) allows for providing large-scale RDF data in a more automatic way. However, considerable amount of data in open data portals remain inaccessible as linked data. This is due to the nature of data portals having large number of small-size dataset which makes writing mapping description becomes tedious and error-prone. Moreover, these data sources requires additional preprocessing before To solve this challenge, We introduce extensions to RML to support required tasks and developed RMLx, a visual web-interface to create RML mappings.Using this interface, the process of creating mapping description can become faster and less error-prone.Furthermore, the process of linked data generation can be wrapped as to enable integration with other data in a linked data exploration environment. We explore on four different use cases to identify the requirements followed by describing how these are solved.

With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs. The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans). The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .
