This study was necessitated due to the need for post-graduate students to complete their programmes within the stipulated time. It examined the extent teaching and supervision determine post-graduate studies completion time in vocational and technical education programmes in South-South Nigerian Universities. One research question guided the study and two null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population consisted of 204 graduates of vocational and technical education programmes in South-South Nigerian Universities. There was no sampling since the population was manageable. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire. Method of internal consistency was used to determine the reliability of the instrument using Cronbach Alpha and the reliability coefficient of 0.79 was obtained. The data collected for the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation to answer the research question and further determine the closeness of the respondents’ mean ratings. The t-test and ANOVA were used for testing the null hypotheses. Findings of the study revealed that teaching and supervision contribute to a great extent to post-graduate studies completion time in vocational and technical education programmes. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that teaching and supervision factors outstandingly determined post-graduate studies completion time in vocational and technical education programmes. It was recommended among others that, heads of school of post-graduate programmes should ensure that, only lecturers that are committed to work should be assigned as post-graduate course lecturers and supervisors.

Teachers play significant role in the process of implementing inclusive lower primary education, but it is important to note that inclusive education is yet to be fully implemented in Nigeria despite the numerous benefits associated to it. As one of the major implementers of inclusive lower primary, it is imperative to study teachers’ knowledge of inclusive lower primary education in Ifako-Ijaiye, as to provide empirical evidence. Descriptive survey research design was adopted with thirty five (35) teachers who were sampled using simple random. A self-designed research instrument titled Teachers Knowledge of Inclusive Education Questionnaire (α = 0.92) was used to collect data. One research question was answered and two hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Teachers have average knowledge of inclusive lower primary education (Average Percentage = 53.6). Regular and special teachers have no significant difference on knowledge of inclusive education (t = 0.50; df = 33; p0.05). Based on the findings, it was recommended that Nigerian Government, concerned Non-Governmental Organizations and Scholars should ensure that regular trainings are organized for lower primary teachers in order to update their knowledge about inclusive education

A 63 item structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The instrument was validated by three experts and Cronbach alpha reliability estimate was used to ascertain the extent of sameness of the items and reliability coefficient of 0.82 was obtained. Data was collected and analysed using statistical package for social science (SPSS Version 22), Mean and standard deviation were used to answer the research question, while t-test was used to test the hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The findings on skills required indicated that all the items are required by the respondents, and the finding on the techniques of improving skills gap indicated that the respondents agreed with all the items. Findings revealed that building craftsmen in building construction industries required all the practical skills need for improvement in their work trade in brick/block work skills, plastering/rendering skills and foundation skills for national security.
The study innovated the industrial technology programmes of Nigerian universities for effective application of mobile
communication technologies and quality assurance of graduates. Five research questions guided the study while three null
hypotheses formulated were tested at .05 level of significance. The study made use of descriptive survey design and was
carried out in Enugu State, Nigeria. The participants for the study were 120 comprising of 67 lecturers of
electrical/electronic technology and 53 technologists of industrial technical education. A 97-item questionnaire was used as
instrument for data collection. One hundred and eighteen copies of the questionnaire were retrieved. The data collected were
analyzed using mean, factor analysis, standard deviation and improvement need index (INI) to answer the four research
questions while analysis of variance was employed to test the hypotheses at .05 level of significance. Results revealed that
33 innovations for inclusion into programme of electrical/electronic technology. Furthermore, the results of the study
revealed that teachers need improvement in implementing the innovated contents of electrical/electronic technology aspect
of industrial technical education programme. Hence, there is need to package the findings of the study into training
programme and use it for building the capacity of teachers of electrical/electronic technology in Nigerian universities.
