The current research sheds the light on: 1- Professional competence of special education teachers. 2- The differences in the professional competence of special education teachers according to the variable: gender (males - females) To achieve the aims of this research, the researchers followed the fundamental steps according to which the process of building educational and psychological standards goes, so the professional competence scale that consists of (45) items was built in its final form. After completing the construction of the research tool, the application was applied to a sample as members of the educational staff (teachers) of special education classes in government schools in Babylon Governorate in its various districts for the academic year (2020-2021). Statistical data were processed using the statistical package (SPSS) and the research reached the following results: 1- Watching artworks in a visual scene. 2- There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in occupational according to the gender variable. The research concluded with proposals in the Mediterranean.

There are no remarkable differences statistically shown at ( 0,05) level in the Employee Engagement based on the following variable: sex (Male & Female) In the light of the findigs, som recommendations and suggestion Were given.

the study aimed at the most important difficulties facing teachers of special education in the handicapped work, the study sample consisted of (40) teachers in wasit education working in government institutions for special education for the academic year (2016-2017). to achieve this study the researcher built his tool, which is the questionnaire that included the most important difficulties, and after presenting it to an elite group of experts and specialists and obtaining their approvals, tomorrow was distributed to the included sample after clearing the information and statistically processing it by extracting its weighted medium and its percentage weight the results of the study indicated the necessity of caring about this category more and supporting it and building the institutions that achieve this, as well as stressing the necessity of helping and supporting teachers because they provide more than their peers who work with the misfits after which the presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that these the class is wronged whether students or their teachers need F support.

In this article, the authors consider the main conditions and ways to improve the quality of professional competence of teachers of special education. The main conditions for successful professional competence are the improvement of psychological and pedagogical and special knowledge about the competent interaction of a teacher and a child with special educational needs, the organization of the educational process aimed at developing the professional competence of teachers in teaching and raising children with special educational needs.

Practical Field Experience (PPL) aims to shape students into prospective professional educational staff. PPL is also a special course for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program students who are given in semester VIII to apply the theories they have acquired during lectures and are part of the curriculum that has become a stipulation for Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Pengembangan Ilmu Alquran (STAI-PIQ), especially in this study are students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at semester VIII of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The population in this study were students of MTsN 8 Agam Bukittinggi in class VII as many as five locales consisting of VII-1, VII-2, VII-3, VII-4, VII-5, totaling 126 students, taken as many as 95 samples. , the sample is taken randomly. The method used is a quantitative method with percentage descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the perceptions of MTsN 8 Agam students towards the teaching competence of PPL students of the PAI STAI-PIQ West Sumatra Study Program in 2019/2020 are categorized as good with four competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. One of the four competencies, namely personality competence, is in the very good category. Even so, there are still many competency indicators that have not been mastered by PPL students of PAI STA-PIQ West Sumatra Study Program.   Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan bertujuan membentuk mahasiswa menjadi calon tenaga kependidikan yang professional. PPL juga merupakan mata kuliah khusus bagi mahasiswa prodi PAI yang diberikan pada semester VIII untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang telah mereka peroleh selama perkuliahan dan merupakan bagian kurikulum yang sudah menjadi ketetapan bagi STAI-PIQ, yang khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di semester VIII Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik MTsN 8 Agam Bukittinggi di kelas VII sebanyak lima local yang terdiri dari VII-1, VII-2, VII-3, VII-4, VII-5 yang berjumlah 126 peserta didik, diambil sampel sebanyak 95 orang, sampel diambil secara random. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis secara deskriptif persentase. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah, bahwa persepsi peserta didik MTsN 8 Agam terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa PPL Prodi PAI STAI-PIQ Sumatera Barat tahun 2019/2020 termasuk dalam ketegori baik dengan empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi social, dan kompetensi professional. Satu diantara empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi kepribadian masuk kategori baik sekali. Meskipun demikian masih banyak indikator-indikator kompetensi yang belum dikuasai mahasiswa PPL Prodi PAI STA-PIQ Sumatera Barat.

В статье рассмотрена проблема факторов и условий формирования профессиональной компетентности педагогов в области коррекционно-образовательной деятельности. Актуальность исследования обусловлена рядом противоречий между правами, запросами, образовательными потребностями детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) и состоянием системы комплексного их сопровождения в образовательном пространстве. Цель исследования состояла в выявлении актуальных проблем формирования профессиональной компетентности педагогов и обосновании интегративного подхода к организации психолого-педагогического сопровождения детей с ОВЗ. На основе анализа современных исследований проанализированы проблемы организации образовательного процесса для детей с нарушениями развития и определена необходимость пересмотра условий подготовки специализированных кадров для обеспечения соответствующих условий обучения детей с особыми образовательными потребностями. Выделены условия успешного взаимодействия педагогов и психологов при решении задач комплексного сопровождения обучающихся с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Проанализированы основания интегративного подхода, его функций и возможности реализации при подготовке студентов к осуществлению коррекционно-образова­тельной деятельности. Обозначена перспективность исследования, связанная с разработкой модели продуктивного взаимодействия специалистов, обеспечивающего их со-организацию, со-творчество и сотрудничество в области комплексного сопровождения детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья The article analyzes factors and conditions influencing special education teachers’ professional competence formation. The relevance of the research is accounted for by the fact that there are discrepancies between the rights, wants and educational needs of children with health impairments and the educational support system. The aim of the research is to investigate problems associated with the formation of special education teachers’ professional competence and to substantiate the need to develop an integrative approach to the implementation of psychological and pedagogical support to children with health impairments. The analysis of modern research enables the authors to investigate problems related to the provision of support to children with health impairments and to define the necessity to reinvestigate the conditions of preparing special education teachers able to support their students. The article describes the conditions of effective cooperation between teachers and psychologists required to ensure that students with special educational needs get all the support they want. The article analyzes the integrative approach to novice special education teachers’ training. The prospects for further research are related to specialists’ effective collaboration, cooperation, cocreativity as prerequisites for ensuring effective support for children with health impairments.

This article in a paper concept that discusses the roles and challenges faced by special education teachers in educating and enhancing hearing impaired students quality of life. This is consistent with the aspiration of the National Transformation 2050 (TN50) also focuses on student personal development to the future nation’s progress. In terms of student development, academic excellence in not the only main aims, but students must be educated holisticly to produce Malaysian citizens who are responsible; knowledgeable; have honourable manners, and be able to achieve personal well-being. Therefore, students with hearing impairments require special education system to suit their different necessities. Special education teachers should prepare themselves with various knowledge, expertise and skills to accomplish the national aspiration. In addition, cooperation, collaboration and support from parent, school management, medical expert and community are significantly required. Abstrak Artikel  ini  merupakan kertas konsep  yang akan  membincangkan  mengenai peranan dan cabaran guru-guru Pendidikan Khas  dalam  membentuk  kemenjadian  murid-murid  masalah  pendengaran.  Ia  selaras  dengan  kehendak  Tranformasi Nasional  2050  (TN50)  yang  memberi  fokus  untuk  melahirkan  kemenjadian  murid  sebagai  salah  satu  aspirasi  untuk memacu negara  di  masa  akan  datang.    Dalam  membentuk  kemenjadian  murid,  pencapaian  akademik  yang  cemerlang bukanlah  merupakan  fokus  utama  tetapi  murid  perlu  dididik  secara  holistik  untuk  melahirkan  warga  negara  Malaysia yang  bertanggungjawab,  berpengetahuan,  berakhlak  dan  mampu  mencapai  kesejahteraan  diri.  Dalam  aspek  ini  murid-murid  masalah pendengaran  memerlukan pendidikan  yang sesuai    mengikut tahap kemampuan  mereka.  Justeru guru-guru  Pendidikan  Khas  perlu  mempersiapkan  diri  dengan  pelbagai  pengetahuan,  kepakaran  dan  kemahiran  untuk mencapai  aspirasi  negara.  Selain  itu,  kerjasama,  kolaborasi  dan  sokongan  daripada  ibu  bapa,  pentadbir  sekolah,  pakar perubatan dan masyarakat amat diperlukan.

This article discusses issues and challenges faced by special education teachers in using Bahasa Isyarat Malaysia to teach the deaf basics of fardhu ain. Firstly, the shortage of Islamic terminologies in sign language leads to communication barrier between the teacher and students. Besides that, the Fardhu Ain teachers are not well-versed with sign language. Another issue is that the curriculum used is meant for the typical community and unsuitable for the deaf community. Abstrak Artikel ini membincangkan tentang isu dan cabaran yang dihadapi guru  pendidikan  khas dalam  penggunaan  BIM untuk pengajaran PAFA kepada golongan pekak. Isu dan cabaran  yang  pertama  ialah  kekurangan  bahasa  isyarat agama  Islam  yang  menyebabkan  kesukaran  golongan pekak  dan  guru  yang  mengajar  untuk  berkomunikasi bagi  membincangkan  perkara   yang  berkaitan   dengan agama. Selain    itu,    isu    dan    cabaran    kedua    ialah ketidakmahiran    guru    PAFA    dalam    berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa isyarat. Seterusnya isu dan cabaran ketiga   ialah ketidaksesuaian   kurikulum   PAFA   untuk golongan    pekak    kerana kurikulum    PAFA    yang digunakan kepada golongan pekak turut digunakan sama oleh golongan tipikal Muslim yang lain.
