The city of Kyoto witnessed Japan’s first public-owned electric utility and first hydraulic station for general supply, and was the first Japanese city in which every household became electrified. Behind these achievements, the interaction between the privately owned Kyoto Electric Light Company and the government-owned Kyoto Municipal Electric Works were important. By exploring their origin, collusion, competition, and demarcation between them from 1887 to 1915, this article addresses business–government relations in the history of Japanese electrification through the case of Kyoto.

Whereas the tank volume and dehydrating digits from kinds of tanks are depended on repository sludge, so calculating the sediments is so important in tank planning and hydraulic structures. We are worry a lot about soil erosion in the basin area leading to deposit in rivers and lakes. It holds two reasons: firstly, because the surface soil of drainage would lose its fertility and secondly, the capacity of the tank decreases also it causes the decrease of water quality in downstream. Several studies have shown that we can estimate the rate of suspension sediments through remote sensing techniques. Whereas using remote sensing methods in contrast to the traditional and current techniques is faster and more accurate then they can be used as the effective techniques. The intent of this study has already been to estimate the rate of sediments in Karaj watershed through remote sensing and satellite images then comparing the gained results to the sediments data to use them in gauge-hydraulic station. We mean to recognize the remote sensing methods in calculating sediment and use them to determine the rate of river sediments so that identifying their accuracies. According to the results gained of the shown relations at this article, the amount of annual suspended sedimentary in KARAJ watershed have been 320490 Tones and in hydrologic method is about 350764 Tones .

Plate mills hydraulic system is made up of several hydraulic stations, lubrication stations and grease stations, these hydraulic stations and lubrication stations are distributed around the mills. Each hydraulic station possesses qualities of successive long working time, high reliability and signal complexity, and it can satisfy diverse demands of high grade pressure or temperature control, etc. This paper is based on these demands, assembling control missions of hydraulic and lubricating stations. Several PLC S7-300 were chosen to match the need of controlling mills hydraulic and lubricating system for a certain plate factory, and the HMI monitoring system for mill hydraulic and lubricating stations was developed by WINCC, which achieved central control and monitoring the hydraulic and lubricating system of plate mills.

Tire crushing equipment in crushing the whole tire processing machinery, plastic blocks larger particles using a hydraulic motor driven mechanical crushing. Hydraulic fluid power source as a workstation can provide power for each processing machinery and complete sets of equipment. Working pressure of hydraulic station design includes a power driven mechanical calculations, the hydraulic system. Choice and control hydraulic system, control the temperature of the hydraulic oil , mechanical work , such as the determination of the content of the component.

The principle of full hydraulic drilling rig pumping station,scheme selection, hydraulic components selection and structural design of the tank were presented. This paper introduces the working principle and the failure phenomenon of the steel hydraulic station of Xian steel rolling mill, Shaanxi Longmen Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. We made a synthesis of the reasons of the failure phenomenon. On this basis, we put forward the improvement measures about the steel hydraulic system. The work showed that this improved method can effectively solve the failure phenomenon of the Steel hydraulic station, thereby achieves good results and a certain economic and social benefit.

Analyzes the change of hydraulic pressure and flow rate during the opening/closing and curing processes in the hydraulic system of hydraulic tire curing machine and proposes a new design of the hydraulic station. By using three groups of motors-variable piston pump to work independently, the new hydraulic station can reduce machine downtime. Through using accumulator to keep pressure and delaying switching time of the valve to gradually release pressure, the new hydraulic station solves the problem of the severe impact caused by pressure relief and improve the safety and relia-bility.
