We investigated the asymptotic dynamics of a nonlinear system modeling binary mixture of solids with delay term. Using the recent quasi-stability methods introduced by Chueshov and Lasiecka, we prove the existence, smoothness and finite dimensionality of a global attractor. We also prove the existence of exponential attractors. Moreover, we study the upper semicontinuity of global attractors with respect to small perturbations of the delay terms.

AbstractWe give a comprehensive study of the analytic properties and long-time behavior of solutions of a reaction-diffusion system in a bounded domain in the case where the nonlinearity satisfies the standard monotonicity assumption. We pay the main attention to the supercritical case, where the nonlinearity is not subordinated to the linear part of the equation trying to put as small as possible amount of extra restrictions on this nonlinearity. The properties of such systems in the supercritical case may be very different in comparison with the standard case of subordinated nonlinearities. We examine the global existence and uniqueness of weak and strong solutions, various types of smoothing properties, asymptotic compactness and the existence of global and exponential attractors.

This work is devoted to the following nonlocal extensible beam equation with time delay: [Formula: see text] on a bounded smooth domain [Formula: see text]. The main purpose of this paper is to consider the long-time dynamics of the system. Under suitable assumptions, the quasi-stability property of the system is established, based on which the existence and regularity of a finite-dimensional compact global attractor are obtained. Moreover, the existence of exponential attractors is proved.

AbstractWe investigate the longtime behavior of stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) with differential operators that depend on time and the underlying probability space. In particular, we consider stochastic parabolic evolution problems in Banach spaces with additive noise and prove the existence of random exponential attractors. These are compact random sets of finite fractal dimension that contain the global random attractor and are attracting at an exponential rate. In order to apply the framework of random dynamical systems, we use the concept of pathwise mild solutions.
