The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors influencing the adoption of online food ordering app and the degree of influence of each factor on consumer attitude with moderating effect of technical barriers. This research proposed a conceptual model aimed to test the attitude towards online food ordering app. Relationships among constructs were tested on the basis of 514 surveys collected in India and analyzed with the structural equation modeling approach of partial least squares path modeling. Findings established the positive relationship between effort expectancy (EF), performance expectancy (PE), perceived social norms (PSN), perceived complexity (PCL), perceived compatibility (PCT), perceived relative advantage (PRA), perceived risk (PR) and Attitude towards online food ordering app (ATT). In addition, TB plays a significant moderating role in the relation between PE, PCL, PCT, PR, and ATT. However, no significant moderation effect was found in the relation between EF, PSN, PRA, and ATT.

Magnetic fields permeate space and affect many major astrophysical phenomena, but they are often ignored due to their perceived complexity. This self-contained introduction to astrophysical magnetic fields provides both a comprehensive review of the current state of the subject and a critical discussion of the latest research. It presents our knowledge of magnetic fields from the Early Universe, their evolution in cosmic time through to their roles in present-day galaxies, galaxy clusters and the wider intergalactic medium, with attention given to both theory and observations. This volume also contains an extensive introduction into magnetohydrodynamics, numerous worked examples, observational and mathematical techniques and interpretations of the observations. Its review of our current knowledge, with an emphasis on results that are likely to form the basis for future progress, benefits a broad audience of advanced students and active researchers, including those from fields such as cosmology and general relativity.

Small area estimation (SAE) methods can provide information that conventional direct survey estimation methods cannot. The use of small area estimates based on linear and generalized linear mixed models is still very limited, possibly because of the perceived complexity of estimating the root mean square errors (RMSEs) of the estimates. This paper outlines a study used to determine the conditions under which the estimated RMSEs, produced as part of statistical output (‘plug-in’ estimates of RMSEs) could be considered appropriate for a practical application of SAE methods where one of the main requirements was to use SAS software. We first show that the estimated RMSEs created using an EBLUP model in SAS and those obtained using a parametric bootstrap are similar to the published estimated RMSEs for the corn data in the seminal paper by Battese, Harter and Fuller. We then compare plug-in estimates of RMSEs from SAS procedures used to create EBLUP and EBP estimators against estimates of RMSEs obtained from a parametric bootstrap. For this comparison we created estimates of current smoking in males for 153 local government areas (LGAs) using data from the NSW Population Health Survey in Australia. Demographic variables from the survey data were included as covariates, with LGA-level population proportions, obtained mainly from the Australian Census used for prediction. For the EBLUP, the estimated plug-in estimates of RMSEs can be used, provided the sample size for the small area is more than seven. For the EBP, the plug-in estimates of RMSEs are suitable for all in-sample areas; out-of-sample areas need to use estimated RMSEs that use the parametric bootstrap.

Abstract The benefits of Managed Pressure Drilling are well understood in the drilling industry, but until now, they have never been integrated into a Jack-Up rig. For a UK North Sea HPHT campaign, the Drilling Contractor, Operator and MPD Service Provider collaborated for what is believed to be the World's first fully integrated, permanently installed MPD system for a Jack-Up, capable of drilling the most challenging narrow-margin HPHT wells. Overcoming the perceived complexity and cost of MPD are common obstacles. Integrating MPD systems into jack-up rigs addresses both challenges by simplifying logistics planning and operations and reducing costs. Putting MPD at the heart of the rig's drilling system offers a wealth of advantages to both the Operator and Drilling Contractor and provides ‘MPD on demand’ for all operations undertaken from the rig.

Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Kerumitan, Kesuksesan Implementasi E-faktur Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived complexity on the successful implementation of e-invoicing at the Tax Counseling and Counseling Service Office of Sinjai Regency. This study involved 30 respondents from 188 total Taxable Entrepreneurs, both corporate and Individual Taxpayers, registered at the Tax Counseling and Consultation Service Office (KP2KP) of Sinjai Regency. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through library research methods and distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the test data through instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test) were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods, and tested hypotheses (multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test). Partial test, and statistical test f). the results of the study indicate that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the successful implementation of e-invoicing for individual taxpayers to use e-invoicing; Perception of convenience has a positive effect on the successful implementation of e-invoicing to use e-invoicing, and complexity has a negative effect on the success of e-invoicing implementation. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Perception of Complexity, Successful Implementation of E-invoicing

The central premise of this research is the belief that using the Web non-visually is cognitively burdensome and tedious due to its complex, sight-centered design. There exists a literature gap on visually impaired (VI) users’ perceptions and experiences regarding Web site complexity. This paper reports the findings from a survey of 50 visually impaired individuals regarding perceived complexity and usability of a popular shopping Web site and its less complex version. Results show that significant gains in usability could be achieved by reducing complexity in Web design. A theoretical model of perceived complexity and associated propositions are presented to guide future research on improving the VI user experience of Web sites and Web applications.
