AbstractThe barium ferrite BaTixFe12−xO19 (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) (BFTO-x) ceramics doped by Ti4+ were synthesized by a modified sol—gel method. The crystal structure and magnetic structure of the samples were determined by neutron diffraction, and confirm that the BFTO-x ceramics were high quality single phase with sheet microstructure. With x increasing from 0.2 to 0.8, the saturation magnetization (Ms) decreases gradually but the change trend of coercivity (Hc) is complex under the synergy of the changed grain size and the magnetic crystal anisotropy field. Relying on the high valence of Ti4+, double resonance peaks are obtained in the curves of the imaginary part of magnetic conductivity (μ″) and the resonance peaks could move toward the low frequency with the increase of x, which facilitate the samples perform an excellent wideband modulation microwave absorption property. In the x = 0.2 sample, the maximum reflection loss (RL) can reach −44.9 dB at the thickness of only 1.8 mm, and the bandwidth could reach 5.28 GHz at 2 mm when RL is less than −10 dB. All the BFTO-x ceramics show excellent frequency modulation ability varying from 18 (x = 0.8) to 4 GHz (x = 0.4), which covers 81% of the investigated frequency in microwave absorption field. This work not only implements the tunable of electromagnetic parameters but also broadens the application of high-performance microwave absorption devices.

В работе показано, что в результате спекания образцов композита титанат бария (80 объемных %) - феррит бария (20 объемных %) в фарфоровом тигле при температуре 1300 °С возникает эвтектика. В результате сравнения свойств образцов, полученных при различных температурах спекания, установлено, что оптимальные свойства имеют образцы, спеченные при 1250 °С. Проведено сравнение структуры и диэлектрических свойств образцов керамики титаната бария и композита титанат бария (80 объемных %) - феррит бария (20 объемных %), спеченных при температуре 1250°С. Показано, что добавление в состав титаната бария 20% феррита бария повышает значение диэлектрической проницаемости, пироэлектрического коэффициента и пьезоэлектрического модуля d композита в 1,5 - 2 раза по сравнению с керамикой титаната бария, тогда как значение пьезоэлектрического модуля d остается без изменения. Введение в состав керамики титаната бария 20 % феррита бария достаточно для того, чтобы полученный композит имел магнитные характеристики, соответствующий чистому ферриту бария. It is shown in the work that as a result of sintering of composite samples of barium titanate (80 vol. %) - barium ferrite (20 vol. %) in a porcelain crucible at a temperature of 1300 °C, a eutectic appears. As a result of comparing the properties of the samples obtained at different sintering temperatures, it was found that the samples sintered at 1250 °C have optimal properties. The structure and dielectric properties of barium titanate ceramic samples and barium titanate (80 vol. %) - barium ferrite (20 vol. %) composite sintered at a temperature of 1250 °C are compared. It has been shown that the addition of 20% barium ferrite to the composition of barium titanate increases the dielectric constant, pyroelectric coefficient, and piezoelectric modulus d of the composite of 1,5 - 2 times compared to barium titanate ceramics, while the value of the piezoelectric modulus d remains unchanged. The introduction of 20 % barium ferrite into the barium titanate ceramics is sufficient for the resulting composite to have magnetic characteristics corresponding to pure barium ferrite.

Abstract In this work structural studies of BaFe12O19/Al2O3/Si3N4 thin films with different thicknesses of aluminum oxide and silicon nitride are represented. It is shown that barium hexaferrite crystallizes on the amorphous surface of aluminum oxide with spontaneously formed (00l) uniaxial texture. Microstructural differences in BaFe12O19 films were observed with varying of the thickness of amorphous sublayers, which is explained by the effect of mechanical stress.

Penelitian pembangkit listrik terus berkembang seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan energi listrik. Pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan seperti tenaga angin, tenaga air, tenaga gelombang laut serta tenaga arus laut memerlukan generator listrik putaran rendah tanpa eksitasi tambahan untuk dapat menghasilkan energi listrik. Generator sinkron magnet permanen (PMSG) merupakan generator yang medan eksitasinya dihasilkan oleh medan magnet permanen. Generator ini memiliki keunggulan dapat beroperasi pada putaran rendah serta tinggi memiliki tingkatan efisiensi yang lebih baik dibanding dengan generator induksi. Penggunaan PMSG bisa didapat dengan memanfaatkan motor BLDC mesin cuci bekas tipe satu tabung. Spesifikasi motor BLDC tipe outer rotor memiliki kumparan stator berbentuk roda gigi berinti besi berjumlah 36 coil dengan wiring 1 x 12 coil 3 fasa, terdiri 90 lilitan tiap coil dengan diameter penampang kawat 0,8 mm, berbahan alumunium dengan jenis belitan concentrated. Rotor memiliki 12 batang magnet permanen berbahan Barium ferrite (BaO 6Fe2O3). Secara konstruksi motor BLDC dan PMSG memiliki sebuah kemiripan dimana pada bagian rotornya terdapat magnet permanen, sehingga motor BLDC dapat dipertimbangkan untuk diaplikasikan sebagai generator. Hasil pengujian generator dari BLDC dapat membangkitkan daya listrik sebesar 855 VA pada kecepatan putar 1300 RPM, tegangan kerja generator sebesar 200 VAC fasa-netral, 350 VAC fasa-fasa dengan efisiensi sebesar 68,2 % .
