To ensure the success of the personnel of power systems are required not only deep theoretical knowledge’s but also practical skills, the acquisition of which in modern universities is associated with considerable difficulties. The paper provides an overview of opportunities to overcome part of these difficulties by creating automation and protective relaying testing educational and research laboratory. To generate testing signals power system emergency processes records and simulation software are used. For education purposes microprocessorbased, suitable for digital input testing signals terminal is created

Mobile health (mHealth)—hand-held technologies to address health priorities—has significant potential to answer the growing need for patient chronic illness self-care interventions. Previous reviews examined mHealth effect on patient outcomes. None have a detailed examination and mapping of specific technology features to targeted health outcomes. Examine recent chronic illness mHealth self-care interventions; map the study descriptors, mHealth technology features, and study outcomes. (1) Information extracted from PubMed, CINAHL, and Web of Science databases for clinical outcomes studies published 2010–January 2020; and (2) realist synthesis techniques for within and across case analysis. From 652 records, 32 studies were examined. Median study duration was 19.5 weeks. Median sample size was 62 participants. About 47% of interventions used solely patient input versus digital input; 50% sent tailored messages versus generic messages; 22% augmented the intervention with human interaction. Studies with positive clinical outcomes had higher use of digital input. Software descriptions were lacking. Most studies built interventions: only two incorporated target audience participation in development. We recommend researchers provide sufficient system description detail. Future research includes: data input characteristics; impact of augmentation with human interaction on outcomes; and development decisions.

This paper uses WIOD data to calculate and analyze the dominant comparative advantage of Chinese manufacturing global value chain (GVC) based on the WWZ method and empirically studies the influence of digitization on the competitiveness of manufacturing GVC. The main findings are as follows: (1) The competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing GVC has been improved as a whole. The GVC competitiveness of different types of industries is quite different: GVC in middle- and low-knowledge-intensive industries have the highest competitiveness, while those with middle- and high-knowledge-intensive industries have the lowest competitiveness and apparent shortboard industries. (2) Digitization is conducive for enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing GVC. In terms of industries, digitization has a significant positive effect on the GVC competitiveness of middle and high-knowledge-intensive industries but not on low knowledge ones. As for the sources of digital input, the positive effect is more outstanding. Also, it is more remarkable when it comes to the software and information technology service industry. (3) As for the mechanism of action, labor productivity is an effective way to improve the manufacturing GVC competitiveness digitally. Finally, after a robustness test, the positive effect of the digital input remains robust.

Digital assets are increasingly used in civil invoicing, which requires the development and unification of legal standards in the field of the creation and use of digital assets. The main objective of this study is to define digital assets as a legal category and precisely characteristics for the digital objects of other civil objects according to identifications. Methods of analysis of legal standards, collection and study of individual facts, statistical methods, scientific abstraction methods and methods of representation of the archives were used. The study that digital objects are an independent legal category, which is an intangible digital asset that can only be created with the help of modern technologies, my that ownership of digital objects arises from the moment of verification with a verification with a code and the realization of a digital input. in a special transaction log. For the right of inheritance of digital objects, it is necessary to implement a verification of holder verification and identification of digital objects during their creation and disposal.

The Nurul Jadid University Library (UNUJA) currently requires valid visitor data, because the number of visitors is an indicator of library performance in terms of disciplining staff / employees. For this reason, the UNUJA library requires an automatic library door lock control system using Arduino Uno and QR-Code. In designing tools, Arduino Uno and QR-Code are integrated with the library database application. Based on testing and analysis, it can be obtained that the success rate of testing tools in reading QR-code is 100 percent. The conclusion is that the assembly of the library door lock control system based on Arduino Uno and integrated QR-Code with the database has been able to read digital input and output.
