BACKGROUND Electronic health record information systems' continuous application has accumulated enormous medical data with potential value. Semantic interoperability is the premise of mining and realizing these values by sharing and reusing vast scattered, heterogeneous, and multi-source clinical data. Several initiatives have been developing information models to realize and improve semantic interoperability, among which the openEHR model is one of the outstanding information models. Reusing archetypes from Clinical Knowledge Manager (CKM) instances is the backbone of achieving semantic interoperability based on the openEHR approach. Archetype reuse among different CKMs is of great significance to achieve a broader range of semantic interoperability. However, the reuse of archetypes among different existing CKMs is still unclear. OBJECTIVE This study aims to investigate the reuse of openEHR archetypes across the CKMs approved by openEHR International for achieving and improving semantic interoperability. METHODS This study analyzes and compares archetype reuse across the given five CKMs (Fi-CKMs) and across the four CKMs (Fo-CKMs), respectively. Firstly, the analysis and comparison of reused archetypes are executed in terms of: archetype reuse number and archetype reuse ratio. Then, data elements of the given 25 reused archetypes were analyzed and compared across the Fi-CKMs and across the Fo-CKMs, including the type, number and ratio of the reused data elements. RESULTS The archetype reuse numbers across the Fi-CKMs and the Fo-CKMs are 25 and 58, respectively. Comparison of archetype reuse ratio showed that reducing one CKM increased the archetype reuse ratio from 5.56% - 19.23% to 12.89% - 44.62%. The analysis and comparison of data elements across the Fi-CKMs and the Fo-CKMs show that reducing one CKM increased the reusable data elements from 231 to 355, increased the data element reuse ratio from 54.20% - 70.64% to 90.33% - 100%, and increased the data element direct ratio from 89% to 100%. CONCLUSIONS A large number of archetypes have been accumulated in the existing CKM instances, which provides an important foundation for the reuse of archetypes needed for semantic interoperability. With the decrease of the involving person, archetype reuse is improved, including the number of the reused archetype, the number of data element reuse, and the ratio of data element direct reused. A more effective coordination mechanism between multiple CKMs needs to be established to promote archetypes reuse across CKMs.

Abstract Objective The study aimed to represent the content of nursing diagnosis and interventions in the openEHR standard. Methods This is a developmental study with the models developed according to ISO 18104: 2014. The Ocean Archetype Editor tool from the openEHR Foundation was used. Results Two archetypes were created; one to represent the nursing diagnosis concept and the other the nursing intervention concept. Existing archetypes available in the Clinical Knowledge Manager were reused in modeling. Conclusion The representation of nursing diagnosis and interventions based on the openEHR standard contributes to representing nursing care phenomena and needs in health information systems.

Recently, knowledge management (KM) has been considered as a strategic weapon in a competitive environment. Corporate knowledge portals are one of the popular KM mechanisms for managing organisational knowledge and implementing knowledge management systems (KMSs) which use the communication networks. Since these portals are one of the main sources of organisational knowledge, their security becomes more essential. Despite the importance of the knowledge portal security, there are few studies to identify and evaluate the vulnerabilities of knowledge portals. The main purpose of this study is to offer an integrated framework to recognise, categorise and prioritise the key knowledge portal vulnerabilities based on the ITU-TX-805 architecture in order to enhance the security of KMSs. To identify the knowledge portal vulnerabilities, related studies were reviewed and then using the survey method, the main categories and related items were weighted by KM experts. The results proposed a new framework for identifying and prioritising knowledge portal vulnerabilities by using ITU-TX-805 architecture. The framework contains three main categories of vulnerabilities such as network components, network activities, and network security dimensions. In KM initiatives implementation, knowledge sharing along with knowledge protection must be considered. The proposed framework identifies and prioritizes the main vulnerabilities of knowledge portals which must be considered to make secure knowledge sources. It can assist knowledge manager officers (CKOs) to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen the security of knowledge portals, and protect knowledge assets.

The purposes of this study is to test: (1) the influence of organizational commitment and knowledge manager on success of implementation accounting information system both simultaneously and partially; and (2) the influence organizational commitment; knowledge manager; and success of implementation accounting information system on companies financial performance both simultaneously and partially. The study was conducted survey method; consist of 38 BUMN in Indonesia. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling. Data collected using questionairs; and the validity and reliability of the data was tested before hypothesis testing. The data analysis for hypothesis testing using path analysis was processed by Amos 16 software. The result of this study show that: (1) the organizational commitment and knowledge manager; have a effect on success of implementation accounting information system both simultaneously and partially; and (2) the organizational commitment; knowledge manager; and success of implementation accounting information system; have aeffect on companies financial performance both simultaneously and partially.

One of the fundamental problems relating to the management of the company is the manager and its employees’ as the human resource of the organisation. Managers with their staff and particularly positive relationship between them are able to build constructive foundation of the future undertakings. The aim of the white paper is to provide a fault energy and diversity of companies with the presentation of his concept of manager’s model knowledge. In the development of the adopted research hypotheses formulated as follows: First hypothesis research area: knowledge manager is a wizard synergetic and diversity of companies, second hypothesis research area: meteoric manager is provided through knowledge and be able to use this knowledge, Third research hypothesis: manager knowledge can be reflected in the form of a concept of material and the concept of an intangible asset. The development of a conceptual design and is based on the method of interpretation literature

Search Engines (SEs) and Meta-Search Engines (MSEs) are the tools that allows people to find information on the World Wide Web. SEs and MSEs on internet have improved continually with application of new methodologies to satisfy their users by providing them with relevant information. Understanding and Utilization of SEs and MSEs are useful for information scientist, knowledge manager, librarians and most importantly for authors and researchers for effective information retrieval and scholarly communication. The paper explores on how Search Engines and Meta-Search Engines discover web pages, indexes content, and provide search results. The paper discusses about the technological evolution of SEs and MSEs, working process and different types of SEs and MSEs. Finally paper presents conclusions and suggestions for further research.
