Abstract The article describes the main methods of mathematical modeling of industrial free-dispersed systems. The method of constructing the regression equation by the method of linear and nonlinear installation of coefficients is proposed. The fundamentals of tensor and harmonic approaches to the analysis of disperse systems are considered, which allow optimizing the equations of material and energy balance in the conditions of industrial operation of dispersions.

Abstract Hydraulic fracturing or ‘fracking’ overlays a major industrial operation on the land in areas where shale and tight hydrocarbon resources can be exploited. Every aspect of the fracking operation can cause environmental damage, although the damage from any individual well is both unlikely and usually fairly limited. Such damage has been extensively documented, giving the impression that fracking activity is bad for the environment. There is no yes or no answer to the question ‘Is fracking harmful to the environment’; rather, it is an issue that must be resolved politically rather than scientifically.

The problem of involving stale ore processing waste from the Tyrnyauz deposit into industrial operation is considered. The world experience of involving technogenic mineral formations in industrial exploitation is summarized, and the main directions of industrial use of technogenic raw materials are determined. The possible ecological impact of tailings dumps located in high-altitude areas on the ecology of the mining region is considered. The data on the formation, operation and composition of the tailings dumps of the Tyrnyauz Tung-sten-Molybdenum Combine (TVMK) are summarized. The problems are formulated and the prospects for the liquidation of tailings dumps by involving man-made raw materials in indus-trial operation are justified.

Chilov adasy field is being in industrial operation since 1948. The oil content is associated with Kirmaki, Gala, Lower Kirmaki, Upper Kirmaki sand suites of the deposits of lower section of Productive Series. The oil potential in Chilov field is distributed both on lower and upper wings of the structure which is characterized with the fault of 400-500 m amplitude. The difference is the oil bearing capacity in the lower wing is associated with Kirmaki, Gala, Lower Kirmaki, Upper Kirmaki sand suites while in the upper wing it is connected with only Gala and Lower Kirmaki suites. The first 10 t oil production was obtained on 04.06.1974 in the well No 49 of Upper Kirmaki clay suite in the interval of 647–644 m. Afterwards, despite of oil output from 3 more wells (No 29, 83, 163), the distribution of oil content in Upper Kirmaki clay suite along the field was not clear and the reserves not calculated. Thus, due to the fundamental analysis of field-geophysical data of the wells in Upper Kirmaki clay suite and consideration of test results it was defined that it has commercial oil reserves. The distribution of oil reserves within the blocks of Upper Kirmaki clay suite structure has been specified and the borders defined as well.

Electrical machines are widely used in various branches of the national economy. In particular, electric motors are one of the main elements in electrical power generation systems. The electric machines used at this ensure reliable operation of individual power units and the entire power supply system in general. The reliability of engines’ operation is largely determined by the quality of its insulation, that is why the improvement of methods for controlling the isolation of high voltage asynchronous motors is an actual task. The aim of the research is to develop a method of continuous automated control of electric insulation condition in stator windings of an asynchronous motor basing on the analysis of experimental and industrial operation data making it possible to estimate the dynamics of changes in the main insulation parameters. The main elements showing reliability of high-voltage electric machines, applied electro-insulation structures, methods for controlling insulation resistance in a high-voltage electric motor are considered in the article. The research performed was based on the results of the experimental and industrial operation of the automated system of insulation control under working voltage at the real facility carried out by the group of companies «Energopribor» of the town of Cheboksary. The analysis of existing methods for insulation control is given, the scheme of insulation control by superpositioning test current with the frequency which is different from industrial one. The authors propose the method to estimate the dynamics of resistance changes in insulation of stator windings of the asynchronous motor, to reveal its approximation to the maximum permissible state in the process of operation and in reserve shutdown. Software modeling was carried out, the results of which correspond to the data of experimental and industrial operation. The results obtained during the research allowed to systematize the obtained experimental data, to modernize the hardware part of the diagnostic complex DUKAT-SCAD, to outline the criteria area for its applicability.
