Infact Islam focuses the importance of Faith, male & female honour innosece and prefer the hereafter success on the worldly lusts and earnings while the philosophy of the West about this world and hereafter is totally opposite. The West prefer the worldly lusts, enjoyment and success on the Hereafter success and eternal life. All the contradictory issues among the West and Islam should be perceived in this perspectives. So, in this article it has been endeavoured to elaborate this contradiction which has divided the Muslims into different sects. KEY WORDS: Child marriage, Islam, Librals, West, Quran, Sunnah

This causal-comparative study investigated the effects of child labour on academic achievement of primary school pupils in Suba and Homa-Bay districts in Kenya. The participants of this study were Class 7 pupils drawn from 12 schools in these two districts. A total of 333 pupils that is, 171 boys and 162 girls participated in the study. The academic achievement scores, which were extracted from the schools’ end-term examination records, were used to compare the participants on the dependent variable. The results of this study showed that pupils who were involved in child labour had a significantly lower academic achievement mean score than those not involved. The results also indicated that boys not involved had a significantly higher academic achievement mean score than girls not involved. Furthermore, boys involved in child labour activities had a significantly higher academic mean score than girls involved in child labour activities. It was concluded that there were child labour and gender effects on academic achievement of primary school pupils in Suba and Homa Bay districts. This study recommends that school pupils should not engage in fishing activities.   Key Words; Child labour, Academic Achievement, Gender

- This study explores in 56 child abused children the role of attachment as a mediator of the relation between child abuse and internalizing and externalizing behaviors. We assume that the type and the duration of child abuse predict both internalizing/ externalizing behaviors and the insecure attachments and that just these affective bonds could explain the different consequences in terms of adaptive and disadaptive developments. According to this aim, we administered to the sample: the SAT (Attili, 2001) to analyze the attachment bonds; the CBCL (Achenbach, 1991) to explore internalizing and externalizing behaviours. Results show that the type and the duration of child abuse predict both internalizing/externalizing behaviours and insecure attachments. In relation to the mediational role of attachment, data show a limited and partial confirm of the hypothesis. In fact, only the disorganized attachment mediates the relation between the type of child abuse and internalizing/externalizing behaviours.Key words: child abuse, attachment, internalizing and externalizing behaviors, mediators

- The Author explores the metaphorical dimensions implicit in the idea that there is an adult (i.e. the patient) and a child inside him. She traces two of these dimensions, a spatial one and a temporal one. After remembering that in psychoanalysis many theoretic formulations appeal to spatial metaphors, in the lack of a specific psychoanalytic thinking on the consequences of the use of metaphors of the inside and the outside, she goes over again some of the stages of recent psychoanalytic thought on the temporal dimension of this metaphor and, thus, on the relationship between the child of the past and the patient of the present and on the different ways of conceptualizing this relationship today.Parole chiave: Bambino, adulto, passato, presente, metafora,"dentro e fuori"Key words: Child, adult, past, present, metaphor, "inside and outside"

- The methodology used in validations of supposed child sexual abuse cases is fundamental in relation to the final decisions in the court. The international and national literature codified specific procedures held necessary for the validation integrity. Method: 17 validation interviews, conducted in the 1998-2002 years, were confronted with 20 interviews, implemented in the 2003-2008 years; all were evaluated according to 9 criteria, founded upon the scientific literature. Results: in spite of the growth of the number of correct validations in last years, 2/3 of such validations aren't methodologically adequate. Conclusions: the low quality of the examined validations underlines the importance of training programs to increase the experts competence and the judges discrimination skill between well done and incorrect validations.Key words: child sexual abuse, validation, neurosciences, false memories.Parole chiave: abuso sessuale sui minori, validation, neuroscienze, false memorie.
