Submitting sequencing data to public data repositories is a meaningful yet tedious procedure. Linking submissions between SRA and Genbank will enhance the value of both submissions the the public health community. The Mercury protocols offered by Theiagen Genomics allows users to efficiently and accurately produce all required inputs for SRA and Genbank submissions (the Mercury workflows also allow for GISAID submission, but that will not be covered in this protocol). This protocol provides a detailed procedure for submitting BioSample-linked sequencing data to SRA and Genbank.

The article discusses what is provided for in Part 1 of Art. 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, suppression of documents and objects as one of the ways to verify a crime report. It is noted that the law does not provide for such an independent investigative action as suppression. Various positions of scientists, judicial practice on this issue are analyzed. The need to develop a detailed procedure for the reclamation, detection, suppression, procedural registration and storage of documents and objects at the stage of initiating a criminal case is substantiated.

Study of multipaction breakdown margins in the output connector of a travelling-wave tube (TWT) is essential for application in satellite-borne systems. A TWT uses a coaxial ceramic window, a coaxial output coupler and / or a waveguide output coupler that are prone to multipaction breakdown boosted by high RF power due to the ion accumulation in critical regions during the transition of the satellite through plasma pockets in space. A detailed procedure for estimating the multipaction susceptibility margins in a TWT using CST studio and analytical equations is presented in this paper, and output couplers of two typical TWTs are analysed and the results are presented.

The article discusses the laws of inheritance in the state of Texas USA, describes in detail the issues of inheritance and the inheritance of ownership in case of death of one spouse in the presence of a will or in the absence thereof. The government of Texas divides the property held by a married couple into common and separate property, which determines some features in its inheritance, which are described in the article. It is worth noting that the laws governing the order of inheritance in Texas are quite detailed and include a detailed procedure for implementing the procedure in question. The state does not collect taxes on inheritance. However, if the deceased did not leave a will, then there may be difficulties with entering into the inheritance. In this regard, the article pays special attention to the hereditary rights of children, brothers, sisters, parents and other family members in the event of the death of one of the spouses

Abstract Marine fisheries are in crisis. One of the causes of this problem is the inability or unwillingness of some states to abide by the international rules binding them. No comprehensive and compulsory mechanism exists to review states’ compliance with these obligations. This is in stark contrast with the shipping field, where International Maritime Organization (IMO) member states are regularly audited: the respect of their obligations as flag, coastal, and port states is assessed by external and professional auditors through a detailed procedure. Transposing at least some features of the IMO Audit Scheme, such as comprehensiveness, regularity, predictability, and centralization to the review of compliance with fisheries-related obligations would be highly desirable. While there may be challenges ahead – in particular when it comes to a mandatory scheme – there does not appear to be insurmountable issues to developing a comprehensive audit in the fisheries field.

In today's socio-economic environment, in order to achieve strategic objectives, each organization needs a highly qualified staff with the optimal competency and the capacity to perform its professional duties effectively. As a result, there is a high impact of staff selection, recruitment and evaluation on the success of the organization. The lack of effective tools for staff evaluation and development is a significant reason for limiting the ability of organizations to develop competitive advantages. Goals/objectives: development of certain theoretical provisions and substantiation of detailed procedure for conducting business evaluation when hiring personnel in a highly competitive environment. The subject of the study is socio-economic and managerial relations that determine the patterns of organizing a business assessment of personnel when hired in a highly competitive environment. Methods. The methodological basis is the systematic approach and the method of dialectical cognition, which made it possible to systematize and substantiate the methodological toolkit of business evaluation of personnel during hiring. Main results/discussion. The results of the study include a detailed procedure for conducting a business evaluation when hiring personnel, taking into account the conditions of a highly competitive environment. State and municipal authorities can apply the proposed recommendations when developing projects and programs aimed at creating a highly competitive professional environment in organizations. Conclusions. The proposed business evaluation procedure for hiring staff takes into account the conditions of a highly competitive environment, and the chosen evaluation system will contribute to a significant increase in the productivity and quality of the staff, decisions made, and therefore will lead to an increase in the value of the organization's human resources.
