The article explores methods of assessing risks of the agricultural sector of the economy on the basis of probabilistic models, taking into account the peculiarities of risks themselves and the size of losses of agricultural products. It is two different methodological approaches (the Pareto proportion principle and the Pareto optimality criterion) of modeling as complement each other, creating a static picture of the event and a dynamic series of its changes.

This research was aimed to know The best learning strategy between the cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and conventional learning strategy to the memory retency of XI grade students in State Senior High School Mitra Inalum. This research was conducted with quasi experiment methods with three classes which sample randomly, XI IA.1 class with cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media; XI IA. 2 class with , cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and XI IA. 3 class with conventional learning strategy. Instrument in this research used achievement test in the form of 50 multiple-choice questions that have been tested for validity, reliability, dicrimination power, and difficulty level. Student’s retency memory can be gathered from the achievement test after 21 days sub matter is done finished. The techique of analysis used analysis of covarians with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The result of this research and test shows the best learning strategy to  get student memory retency is cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, continued by cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, and then with conventional learning strategy. There are differences between memory retency XI grade students in State Senior High School of Mitra Inalum thay by used the cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and conventional learning strategy (Sig.= 0.03 < 0.05).

This chapter follows recent work in philosophy, linguistics, and psychology, which rejects the standard, static picture of languages and highlights its context sensitivity—a dynamic theory of the nature of language. On the view advocated, human languages are things that we build on a conversation-by-conversation basis. The author calls such languages microlanguages. The chapter argues that thinking of languages in terms of microlanguages yields interesting consequences for how we should think about the liar paradox. In particular, we will see that microlanguages have admissible conditions that preclude liar-like sentences. On the view presented in the chapter, liar sentences are not even sentences of any microlanguage that we might construct (or assertorically utter). Accordingly, the proper approach to such a paradoxical sentence is to withhold the sentence—not permitting it to be admitted into our microlanguage unless, or until, certain sharpening occurs.

The High Middle Ages in Islamic Spain (al-Andalus) is often described as a golden age in which Jews, Christians and Muslims lived in harmony. The attested dynamics of conversions to Islam disturb this idyllic, static picture, revealing the religious and social pressures exerted on the religious minorities. The different reactions of the Jewish and Christian communities of al-Andalus to these pressures allow us to refine our understanding of conversion in the Medieval Islamic world. A close examination of the Jewish family of Banū Ḥasday shows more nuances and ambivalence than ‘conversion’ normally suggests.

The last publications in the field of neurophysiology of sight are analysed and the conclusion is drawn that their emergence are closely connected with revision of strategic vision role in creation of strategy. The paradigm of strategic management dominating now ceases to meet requirements of the modern business working in the conditions of the turbulent environment in which far-reaching strategy and modern "road maps" lose relevance practically right after their creation.Practice of management needs more flexible tools of anticipation allowing to consider quickly happening changes and not to lose touch with reality. The most suitable mechanism for this purpose – the advancing management on the basis of anticipation. But if in daily practice the anticipation is given to the person by evolution and removed to the sphere unconscious, and in sport is brought up by trainings, in management there are only its separate elements so far. The last results in the field of sight neurophysiology just also show a role the anticipation of templates in formation of that we perceive as direct seen by us, and that in actual fact appears with difficulty in a designed way leaning on the ready templates developed by our brain earlier. These templates are constantly corrected taking into account the arriving new information and thanks to it, the "picture" seen by us not much more differs from real "picture online". The understanding of visual mechanisms will allow to design in a new way process of strategic vision, having turned it from occasionally updated static picture into process which components function with a different frequency and speed.

Moving from a traditional static picture of proteins to an alternative dynamic paradigm is one of the biggest challenges of structural biology, and the point where modeling can contribute the most. I review here the current state of the art in theoretical methods for dynamic representation of proteins.
