The purpose of this research is to develop a quiz-based assessment tool that can measure students' competence in physics. This research is a type of research on the development of a 4-D model (four-D model) which consists of four stages, namely: definition, design, development and dissemination. The results of the development research got validation results from linguists with an average of 3.57, a percentage of 89% and a "very valid" category. The results of material expert validation with an average of 3.6 percent from 90% and the "very valid" category. The results of media expert validation with an average of 3.4, the percentage of 85% and the "very valid" category. The results of the student observation sheet provide evaluation results of student observations with an average of 15.25% and a percentage of 95.3%. The results of the product capability questionnaire assessment results with the assessed aspects adjusted to the type of product produced with a total of 64 and an average of 3.2 with a proportion of 80% and categorized as "very good". The results of the student response questionnaire on the practicality of students with an average of 54.65, the proportion of 91% and the category "very practical". The results of the student effectiveness questionnaire with an average of 38 percent 95% and the category "very effective".

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of student assertiveness and perception on mathematics on student mathematics learning achievement. (2) the effect of student effectiveness on students' mathematics learning achievement. (3) the effect of perception on mathematics learning achievement. The results of this study concluded, (1) students' assertiveness had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning achievement of students of class IX of SMP Shalahuddin Malang, (2) Perception on mathematics had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning achievement of students of class IX of SMP Shalahuddin Malang (3) Both asertivity students and students' perceptions of mathematics simultaneously influence the student's mathematics learning achievement. That is, the higher the student's assertiveness and the better the students' perceptions of mathematics the more mathematics learning achievement of students of class IX of SMP Shalahuddin Malang.

This study aims to develop an Open Journal System 3.0 and test the effectiveness of the open journal system 3.0 as a media student learning resources. This research method using research procedures Research and Development. The results showed acquire material expert assessment of the percentage of 94.44% while the assessment of media experts journals obtain a percentage of 97.77%. The results of testing the effectiveness of t count> t table (20 945> 2.000) and significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected. So we can conclude there are differences in the effectiveness of this research on the development of open journal 3.0 system that is used as a medium for student learning resources. This may imply that the development of open journal 3.0 system influence on student effectiveness in finding learning resources and the ease of downloading the article.
