The article explores the possibilities and international experience of using multi-functional and multi-level information blockchain technology, the main purpose of which is reliable accounting of financial transactions with various assets. A mechanism for determining the legitimacy of transactions sequence carried out using distributed ledger technology is considered. The main directions of the distributed ledger technology application by the business community in all spheres and sectors of the global economy are identified. The mechanism of using smart contracts based on block-technology in the Treasury servicing system was designed and presented. The preformed mechanism covers the management process of all Treasury servicing procedures of the estimates expenditure part of budget managers. The complex of advantages from the implementation of distributed ledger technology to the Treasury servicing system for state and local budgets is determined.

This study aims to examine the space organization in a selected case study of street bike service centre. The objective of this study is to investigate the space organization for workflow accessibility in the case study. The research methodology includes site observation and layout analysis at the case study service centre, which focused on the area within the servicing process flow of street bike, customers, and workers. Findings indicate that the space organization, as well as the placement of tools and equipment in the case study, provide good workflow accessibility for the street bike service centre.   Keywords: Space organization; workflow accessibility; street bike service centre.   eISSN: 2398-4287© 2020. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has published documents regulating the measures aimed to increase the intensity of flights. It is supposed to introduce qualitatively new principles of air traffic management based on the technical achievements in the field of communication, navigation and surveillance. The existing dispatching service technology is based on the principle of regulating the flow of aircraft through the feedback mechanism. The plan of the airspace utilization is used as the model for the management process. Deviations in the measurand of the aircraft movement from the calculated values can create prerequisites for potentially conflict situations and require the intervention of air traffic controller. The adjustment tool is a new distribution of the aircraft in their place, time and height. Following the instructions of the dispatcher, the pilot either proceeds to the bypass route, or changes either the altitude or speed. Minimal interference in the actions of the pilot is one of the criteria for assessing the controller’s work. The essence of ICAO's proposals is in the transition from the "tracking" system which responds to the deviations from the balanced model to the control system which predicts the tendencies to changing the air situation in real time. In order to realize this intention, every ground center and every crew should have consistent information about the real situation in the air and its development, so that each new intention (decision) is modeled, agreed on by the colleagues and fixed in flight plans. To reach the success in co-regulation of the situation it is important to have computer support in the field of aeronautical maintenance of decision-making, as well as high-speed algorithms for assessing the current parameters of the air traffic servicing process, such as handling capacity of aerodromes and terminals related to the changes being prepared. The article discusses the dynamic model of collective formation and flow maintenance using system-wide information. The model is built as a multi-channel system with priorities. Analytical estimates of the throughput are given. Criteria for the assessment are the indicators of the probability of failure and the average waiting time for maintenance by controller (refuses include the direction of the aircraft to the alternate aerodrome, repeated circle of landing, delayed departure, etc.). The proposed formulae are confirmed by the results of simulation computer experiments and statistical modeling.

This paper describes a strategy for efficiently constructing the demand servicing process of an Integrated Communication Network (ICN). Performance analysis, service problems, and relief action of ICNs are provided. End-to-end statistical performance parameters are first used to measure network compliance over a given fixed period. If any of the performance objectives are not satisfied, a servicing function determines the corrective action required to maintain service quality. The advantage of this network model is its efficiency and flexibility in handling a variety of services and applications. Enhanced network service and ICN traffic problems are solved using adaptive queuing models.

A wide class of multichannel queueing models appears to be useful in practice where the input stream of customers can be controlled at the moments preceding the customers' departures from the source (e.g. airports, transportation systems, inventories, tandem queues). In addition, the servicing facility can govern the intensity of the servicing process that further improves flexibility of the system. In such a multichannel queue with infinite waiting room the queueing process {Zt; t ≧ 0} is under investigation. The author obtains explicit formulas for the limiting distribution of (Zt) partly using an approach developed in previous work and based on the theory of semi-regenerative processes. Among other results the limiting distributions of the actual and virtual waiting time are derived. The input stream (which is not recurrent) is investigated, and distribution of the residual time from t to the next arrival is obtained. The author also treats a Markov chain embedded in (Zt) and gives a necessary and sufficient condition for its existence. Under this condition the invariant probability measure is derived.
