This business development in the globalized era provoked fierce competition especially with the application of it to support his daily process especially in data management, therefore, the BAW Tour & Travel needs a system for data processing so that data can be stored and integrated with each other or what's called data warehouse and followed by other regulatory ETL, OLAP methods in analysis and quick decision-making. Using the data warehouse can figure out a spike in visitors' visits so it can predict people to be able to predict the number of guides during a month in case there's a spike that reduces anyone's denial of acceptance on the grounds of lack of a guide and to booked a motel because it's already full.

The Covid-19 pandemic has decimated public transit service across the United States and caused significant decreases in ridership. Adapting to the pandemic has been more challenging for some transit riders than for others. Little is known about the reasons for pandemic-era mode shifts and the impacts of pandemic-related transit reductions on riders’ day-to-day lives. Using a national survey of U.S. transit riders (n=500), this study examines changes in transit use since the pandemic began, the reasons for transit reductions, and the effects of reduced transit use and transit service on transit riders’ ability to meet their travel needs. The Covid-19 pandemic has exacerbated existing transportation burdens for essential transit riders, pointing to shortcomings inherent in current transit financing policy. We close with recommendations for strengthening the transit service for these groups in the long term as we recover from the pandemic.

This paper uses Philadelphia’s taxi data between January 2015 and December 2017 to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of taxi trip declines after the launch of transportation network company (TNC) services. Findings show declining number of taxi trips throughout the day and worsening congestion in downtown. Multilevel models indicate that wealthier neighborhoods correspond to bigger taxi trip losses, while neighborhoods with higher transit use correspond to smaller trip declines. Findings inform traffic management efforts and help identify residents’ potential travel needs. Other cities can apply methods outlined in this study to taxi and TNC data to investigate their traffic conditions and transport needs.

City planning allocates the costs and benefits of urban living, and therefore is inherently political. “Contested communities” outlines the development of formal municipal zoning as an alternative to the privatization of desirable land by powerful groups. Zoning quickly became a useful and widely adopted planning tool. It was also a vehicle for racial and economic bias, and some cities are still experiencing its legacy. For many years, city planning neglected women’s safety and travel needs, and women’s contributions to planning were more likely to take place on the ground. What are the alternatives to top-down planning? Can planners replace traditional patterns of gentrification and displacement with urban revitalization?

As a new way to travel, ride-hailing has brought great convenience to the public. However, the demand expression ability of passengers in the existing ride-hailing platforms is weak, and the accuracy of the matching results is low, resulting in a large number of transaction losses and the loss of platform revenue. In this paper, we propose a kind of mutual selection mechanism of ride-hailing based on hidden points, which is composed of platform benefit calculation algorithm and driver assignment algorithm. The platform benefit calculation algorithm mainly calculates the benefits obtained by the platform after the order is completed, while the driver allocation algorithm meets the mutual selection needs of passengers and drivers. Through experiments and theoretical analysis, the mutual selection mechanism proposed in this paper has improved user satisfaction by 5%-21% compared to the traditional methods of order-snatching mechanism and order-sending mechanism, which has significantly improved passenger satisfaction and solved the problem that the existing platform cannot meet the passengers’ individual travel needs and the problem that the passengers’ choice is not fair. The issue of platform revenue was discussed in the context of improved passenger satisfaction.

Inheriting and developing the Functioning Tourism System (FTS) model of Gunn (Gunn, 1988; Clare, Gunn, & Turgut Var, 2002), this study assessed the potential of cultural heritage tourism (CHT) in Vietnam. The research results show that the current CHT activities in Vietnam are below the potential. In addition, the study shows that the heritage tourism potential is based on the elements that constitute the tourism system according to the FTS model as destination/attractions, transportation, information, promotion, system of services, travel needs of the community and especially safety and security not only in the area of the tourist destination but also in the whole country. These elements are closely linked with each other and without one of these elements, the tourism system cannot exist and develop. The study also clarifies that the more complete the heritage tourism system, the greater the potential for CHT.
