Pandemic Covid-19 menuntut perempuan untuk mampu bersikap cerdas dan proaktif dalam menghadapinya. Hal ini dapat menjadi pendorong bagi mereka untuk dapat mengambil peran penting dalam ketahanan keluarga baik secara psikologis maupun social ekonomi. Di Kelurahan Lette, nampak ibu rumah tangga pada umumnya memiliki faktor-faktor pendorong untuk berwirausaha disamping mereka juga memiliki potensi untuk berwirausaha baik secara mental dan materil. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya mendorong perilaku berwirausaha kaum perempuan di wilayah ini maka Lurah Lette mengkolaborasikan pelatihan softskill pada pengabdian masyarakat ITB Nobel Indonesia dengan Dinas Koperasi Kota Makassar dimana kegiatan pengabdian ini memberi stimulasi pembentukan karakter kewirausahaan melalui metode experential learning pada pembelajaran orang dewasa (andragogi) dan Dinas Koperasi memberi informasi tentang bantuan dan program pemerintah untuk menggalakkan perilaku wirausaha di kalangan masyarakat Kota Makassar.   The Covid-19 pandemic nowadayas requires women to be smart and proactive in dealing with it. This can be a booster for them in taking part  of this very important role in family resilience both psychologically and socio-economically. In Kelurahan Lette, commonly housewives have the driving factors for doing entrepreneurship besides they have potential support both mentally and materially. Therefore, in the effort to encourage women's entrepreneurial behavior in this region, Lurah Lette collaborates on soft skills training with ITB Nobel Indonesia community service with Dinas Koperasi Makassar where the activity stimulates the formation of entrepreneurial character through experiential learning methods in adult learning (andragogy) whereas Dinas Koperasi provides information about government assistance and programs to promote entrepreneurial behavior among the people of Makassar City.

Learning is the process of changing individual behavior as a result of interaction with the environment. It is a system consisting of components  interacting with ano another to achieve the goals of teaching that has already been predetermined. One of the learning model that is often used in learning theory is experiential learning (experience-based) learning. Experiential learning was first introduced by David A. Kolb. Experiential learning is an effort to achieve the goals based on experiences that are constantly changing in order to improve the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The purpose of this experiential learning model is to influence students in three ways, namely: (a) changing student cognitive structure, (b) changing student attitudes, (c) extending existing student skills. Learning procedure in the experiential learning consists of 4 stages: (a) concrete experience, (b) reflection observation, (c) conceptualization / reflection observation, (d) active experimentation. David Kolb divides one's learning style into four categories: diverger, assimilator, converter and accomodator. Experiential learning is organized and implemented by focusing more on the things that are owned by students. This principle also relates to experience in performing tasks in the usual ways of learning undertaken by students.Keywords: Learning, experiment learning, learning outcomes

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerpen berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi bagi siswa kelas IX-E di SMP Negeri 1 Muara Tiga Kabupaten Pidie.. Pelaksanaan (PTK) ini menggunakan dua siklus dengan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu, (1) Briefing, yaitu tahap proses pengarahan pada individu atau kelompok sebelum melakukan pembelajaran, (2) Activity, yaitu tahap dimana individu atau kelompok melaksankan kegiatan sesuai dengan briefing yang telah diberikan, dan (3) Mereview, adalah tahap dimana siswa dibantu pengajar melihat dan memandang secara kritis dampak dari kegiatan, lalu menarik kesimpulan dari pengalaman atau kegiatan tersebut. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan dan tes siswa diperoleh dari dokumen penilaian proses pembelajaran dan secara individu menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Experiential Learning, dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa menulis cerpen. Hasil rata-rata tes menulis cerpen pada siklus I diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 65 kemudian pada siklus II diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 77 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 85,7%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Experential Learning dengan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang baik agar kemampuan keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa dapat meningkat. This study discusses the perceptions of six undergraduate students in a hospitality management program internship, and their supervisors at the internship location, on the leadership skills and competencies achieved during their internship experience. The specific competencies and skills that are analyzed are: communication, interpersonal, financial management, information technology and marketing. Internships are of particular importance to the hospitality industry because many of the competencies needed by hospitality managers are enhanced by experiential learning. A case study design approach was used to analyze data collected through individual interviews, review of documents, and supervisor evaluations. The majority of the interns found that they gained problem solving, analytical and financial skills, as well as interpersonal skills, such as communication, team-building and employee-centered relations. There were opportunities for technical and marketing skill development, but a gap remains between the depths to which these leadership competencies were achieved compared to the other competencies. All of the interns experienced personal growth at the end of their internship and the majority of the supervisors had a favorable perception of the interns' leadership skill development. It is recommended that further research be conducted on larger populations across more diverse hospitality management programs.
