Aiming at the demand for medium- and high-voltage port access capability in energy router, this study proposes a quad-port DC/DC converter topology scheme based on modular multilevel converter (QP-M2DC). Compared with the traditional multiterminal energy routing converter, it has the advantages of high modularity, strong flexibility, and high power density. In addition, for the modular structure on the medium- and high-voltage sides, this study proposes a narrow phase-shift cyclic modulation strategy, which reduces the system need for voltage balance control and simplifies the overall system control. This study comprehensively introduces and analyses the QP-M2DC topology, working principle, high-frequency link equivalent, and power characteristics, then establishes an equivalent model of system control, and proposes a control scheme for a multiterminal energy routing converter. Finally, a simulation model of the system is established through PLECS, and the simulation results show that in such a narrow phase-shift modulation strategy, the proposed topology can have stable operation in a variety of patterns, reduce the capacitance, and achieve better voltage balance at the same time. The experimental results show the converter efficiency of up to 97.8%. It further shows the superiority of the proposed topology structure and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control schemes.

The Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project is the genesis of some subsequent projects in Bangladesh among which developing Mongla Port is one of the priority values. Since Mongla is an integral part of southern Bangladesh, the government has taken initiatives to integrate the port uses for neighboring countries. An agreement was signed (Intra Bangladesh, Butan, India, and Nepal (BBIN) Trade) for offering multi‐modal transit access to India and Port access to Nepal, Bhutan and Eastern India. The objective of this study is to establish a computational way to analyze the existing fabric and restore a potential optimized fabric. The methodology of this study includes developing a computational approach, collecting data from secondary sources, analyzing the data set and adjusting it to the identified existing urban fabric. In this paper, a new tool is introduced named ‘Physarealm’, based on the algorithm of Grasshopper and Rhinoceros.

Abstract The TJ-II is a heliac-type stellarator device with major radius of 1.5 m and averaged minor radius ⩽0.22 m that has been operated at CIEMAT, Madrid since 1998. Its full magnetic field is created by a system of poloidal, central, toroidal and vertical field coils, thus it possesses a fully 3-dimensional plasma structure and a bean-shaped plasma cross-section. Although this results in a complicated vacuum-vessel layout, it has excellent port access for diagnostics (96 portholes). During its initial operational phase, it was equipped with a limited set of essential diagnostics. Since then, a broad variety and large number of both passive and active diagnostics have been installed. The former include Hα monitors, light spectrometers, an electron cyclotron emission radiometer, X-ray filter monitors, neutral particle analysers, magnetic diagnostics, as well as cameras, among others, while the latter include various laser, atomic and ion beam based diagnostics, microwave probe beams, Langmuir probes plus impurity injection techniques. In this paper, after describing the TJ-II stellarator, its heating and fuelling systems, the diagnostic systems employed are outlined and discussed briefly here. Finally, results obtained with selected systems are highlighted.

Aim: To evaluate the feasibility and safety of direct trocar insertion for gaining access to peritoneal cavity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: An Observational study was conducted at Surgical unit II Ghulam Mohammad Mahar Medical College Hospital Sukkur from January 2016 to December 2020. Two thousand one hundred twenty (n=2120) patients were included in the study. All the patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were included in the study. Informed and written consent was obtained from every patient to participate as study subject. Data was analyzed on SPSS version 16. Mean +/- standard deviation was calculated for age, first port access time and time to establish pneumoperitoneum. Results: Under general anesthesia with patient in supine posture, abdominal access gained by first making small incision of 10mm in skin and subcutaneous fat at sub umbilical region with No. 11 scalpel and then by direct trocar insertion followed by creation of pneumoperitoneum. Cholecystectomy performed. Study variables included first port access time, no. of attempts for DTI, extraperitoneal CO2 insufflation, port site bleeding, visceral injury, port site infection and port site hernia and were recorded on predesigned proforma. Variables like extraperitoneal CO2 insufflation, port site bleeding and visceral injury were expressed as percentage. Conclusion: We conclude that direct trocar insertion is the safe, quick and effective method for creation of pneumoperitoneum and should be employed routinely in all laparoscopic procedures. Keywords: Laparoscpy, Cholecystectomy, Trocars

This paper provides an in-depth study and analysis of the construction of a cloud-based agricultural Internet of Things system for a wireless sensing network system for leisure agriculture. Using more mature agricultural sensor technology, compliant economy designed for indoor feeding and planting of distributed and integrated two sensor collection and transmission scheme, analysis of environmental factors selected high-performance various types of sensors and regulation equipment, between nodes based on SI4432 for wireless communication, and controller nodes selected STM32 as a microprocessor, through the W5500-based network port access module or ESP8266-based WiFi module for broadband access. In response to the development of mobile technology and the reality of diversified types of mobile terminals, to make all kinds of terminals accessible to the leisure agriculture system, the server software adopts the SOA software architecture, which makes the system have good openness and scalability. The NoSQL database MongoDB is used for the cloud storage of massive data, and the data structure design is completed after analyzing the database requirements, including collections, documents, and fields. The autosharding technology is used to build a database sharding cluster in the cloud, which realizes the high-speed cloud elastic storage of massive data and rewrites the database access object DAO to ensure that the WEB application is normal. Traditional leisure agriculture is mostly based on field tourism and agritourism methods, and the model is developing slowly and has increasingly failed to attract the interest of urban residents. The introduction of IoT technology in traditional leisure agriculture can increase the interest of leisure agriculture and improve the interest of urban residents in leisure agriculture.

An apical (S1) segmentectomy of the right upper lobe is considered one of the most challenging procedures among the uncommon pulmonary segmentectomies. However, we consider that the uniportal thoracoscopic approach, for which the single port access is located at the 4th intercostal space of the anterior axillary line, makes this challenging operation easier because we can recognize any intrathoracic vessels and bronchi that should be divided just under the incision. Moreover, it is easy to insert a stapler to divide an intersegmental plane between S1 and the other segments because of the good surgical view provided by this approach. In this video tutorial, we describe the successful results of a patient undergoing uniportal thoracoscopic S1 segmentectomy of the right lower lobe and explain the nuances of performing it.
