Soil is a resource of fundamental importance for agriculture, one of its functions being the balanced supply of nutrients to plants. One of the ways to make the soil sustainable is by applying organic matter, which can be of animal or vegetable origin. The objective was to evaluate the effect of adding different organic materials to the soil in relation to its fertility and moisture. Conducted an initial analysis to analyze soil fertility. Then the area was divided into plots and the treatments were applied, which consisted of 40 ton ha-1 cattle manure, 5 ton ha-1 poultry manure, 53 ton ha-1 swine manure, 30 ton ha-1 coffee straw and 0 ton ha-1 organic material (control). After 90 days, samples were taken from this soil to analyze its fertility and moisture. The treatments that best contributed to its fertility were swine and cattle manure and the treatment that retained more moisture was coffee straw.

Abstract Research purpose. Modern work is increasingly taking place in temporary workgroups embedded in decentralized work environments that transcend organizational boundaries. The first implementations of the shared workspace idea emerged in the 1990s in the CSCW research area and are now firmly integrated into the working world with systems such as Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. However, when it comes to accessing documents, problems arise in terms of coordinating access to documents. Who can access the documents, modify them, and upload them back to the shared workspace? It should be noted that concurrent changes can lead to inconsistencies. Furthermore, incorrect changes to the content of documents can have economic and legal consequences. Who is responsible for this? Strict access control can avoid this problem if necessary. However, it contradicts the approach of agile cooperation, which benefits, among other things, from access to documents that is not restricted in terms of time and place. Design / Methodology / Approach. The article proposes a semantic approach for access coordination of shared workspaces. Its basis is the legal distinction between the levels of legal control (owner) and material control (possessor). The owner of an object has the right and the duty to allow the other participants of the shared workspace to access it, i.e., to have material control. This is done through an agreement between the owner and the possessor, which specifies the conditions of material control. In addition to coordinating access, the owner is also responsible for arbitrating in case of conflict and deciding which changes are valid and which are not. Findings. Transferring the distinction between owner and possessor leads to three possible classes of conflicts: Ownership vs ownership, ownership vs possession, and possession vs possession. Conflict schemes within these classes of conflict are analyzed in detail. On the one hand, it is possible to use strict, conflict-avoiding settings, but this tends to limit cooperation. On the other hand, greater cooperation agility can be enabled if the owner situationally controls access or if the owner has preset flexible response tactics in case a conflict arises. A closer look at possible conflict classes shows that it is necessary to adapt the legal concepts of owner and possessor to the cooperation situation. Originality / Value / Practical implications. The concept of the legal distinction between owner and possessor has not yet been applied to the domain of access coordination in shared workspaces. This approach can introduce the previously missing semantics for access coordination, at least on an informal basis. It also improves participants’ awareness of the context of cooperation.

AbstractStrain engineering has been extended recently to the picosecond timescales, driving ultrafast metal–insulator phase transitions and the propagation of ultrasonic demagnetization fronts. However, the nonlinear lattice dynamics underpinning interfacial optoelectronic phase switching have not yet been addressed. Here we perform time-resolved all-optical pump-probe experiments to study ultrafast lattice dynamics initiated by impulsive light excitation tuned in resonance with a polar lattice vibration in LaAlO3 single crystals, one of the most widely utilized substrates for oxide electronics. We show that ionic Raman scattering drives coherent rotations of the oxygen octahedra around a high-symmetry crystal axis. By means of DFT calculations we identify the underlying nonlinear phonon–phonon coupling channel. Resonant lattice excitation is also shown to generate longitudinal and transverse acoustic wave packets, enabled by anisotropic optically induced strain. Importantly, shear strain wave packets are found to be generated with high efficiency at the phonon resonance, opening exciting perspectives for ultrafast material control.

The sales activity is a very important activity for the development and sustainability of a company. The sales are closely related to the requirement of raw material. By knowing the number of sales, a company can do estimate the amount of raw material required for production. However, so far still be found as a company that has its policies to determine a requirement of raw material as impact not use a raw material control method. The research purpose to determine the amount of sugar raw material requirement based on results number of sales seasoning XYZ with Monte Carlo simulation. Based on the analysis of data processing results. It was found that the number of sales from the simulation results in 2019 was quite high compared to the sales results during 2018 where the difference in sales simulation in 2019 and real data in 2018 was 62,334 kg. In terms of sugar supply, the total requirement for sugar in 2019 is also quite high, namely 186,756 kg, or the difference in requirement between simulation results and real data is 21,818 kg. This shows that the amount of requirement is directly proportional to sales.

General practice in Bangladesh is, after harvest producers leave the non-effective fruiting body of milky white mushroom in the spawn packet as it is. But every fruiting body primordia take some nutrient from the substrate, and the dried & rotten primordia may encourage other competitive fungi or harmful microorganism to grow on the upper surface of the substrate which may affect the fruiting body formation and yield in the subsequent flushes. Therefore, the present study was under taken to know the effect of casing material management technique on yield and yield attributes of milky white mushroom. Five different casing material management technique were practiced in this experiment, such as T1= removal of dried non effective fruiting bodies after each harvest; T2= removal of dried non effective fruiting bodies and filling the casing hole with fresh casing material after each harvest; T3= scraping the upper surface of the substrate after each harvest; T4= scraping the upper surface of the substrate and adding 10% fresh casing material after each harvest; and T5= no disturbance of the casing material (control). Number of effective fruiting body (NEFB), number of flushes, days to total harvest and size of fruiting body were significantly affected by casing material management technique but economic yield and biological efficiency among the treatments were insignificant. Considering all the parameters removal of dried non effective fruiting bodies and filling the casing hole with fresh casing material after each harvest (T2) was the best technique for casing material management.
