Исследовалось эффективность комплексной терапии эректильной дисфункции у пациентов с болезнью Пейрони, с применением препарата "Тивортин", который является субстратом для NO-синтазы - фермента, который катализирует синтез оксида азота в эндотелиоцитах, тем самым вызывая стабилизацию скорости кровотока в артериях полового члена, а также способствует восстановлению морфологической структуры, измененной белочной оболочки; и аппарата ударно-волновой терапий "БТЛ 6000", предназначенный для дезинтеграции бляшек в стадии кальцификации, которая купирует болевые ощущения в 91% случаев и уменьшает деформацию полового члена в 31% случаев, путем ударно-волновой терапии, и улучшения микроциркуляции в кавернозных телах полового члена, тем самым повышает эффективность лечения эректильной дисфункции у больных с болезнью Пейрони. The effectiveness of complex therapy of erectile dysfunction in patients with Peyronie's disease was studied with the use of the drug "Tivortin", which is a substrate for NO-synthase, an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of nitric oxide in endotheliocytes, thereby causing stabilization of the blood flow rate in the arteries of the penis, and also contributes to the restoration of the morphological structure, the altered protein envelope; and the shock wave therapy apparatus "BTL 6000", designed for the disintegration of plaques in the calcification stage, which relieves pain in 91% of cases and reduces the deformation of the penis in 31% of cases, by shock wave therapy, and improves microcirculation in the cavernous bodies of the penis, thereby increasing the effectiveness of treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with Peyronie's disease.

This study reports about efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy in Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM).Material and methods. The study group included 12 patients with a diagnosis of urogenital syndrome of menopause. The trismeglumine salt of chlorin E6 in the form of a 1% gel was used as a photosensitizer. LED phototherapy apparatus Garmonia (photodynamic therapy apparatus (emitter 660 nm) was used as a radiation source. The PDT procedure was performed once every 7 days. The following scales were used to assess the effectiveness: Vaginal Health Index, Visual Analogue Scale, Dermatology Life Quality Index score, and general satisfaction with the course of procedures was also assessed.Results. The patients noted a significant regression of itching, burning, pain and dyspareunia after the course of photodynamic therapy. There was a decrease in dryness, on average, up to 3 points upon completing the course of procedures. Itching completely regressed in 6 out of patients. Dyspareunia significantly decreased in 4 patients and completely disappeared in 2 patients. The greatest effect according to the results of assessing the index of vaginal health was noted in relation to Ph-metry, as well as in relation to elasticity (4.17 points) and moisture (4.33 points). The median satisfaction score with treatment outcomes was 2.7 at last follow-up. There were no serious side effects during the entire period of treatment and after it.Conclusions. The following study reports that the photosensitizer with trismeglumine salt of chlorin E6 and PDT with a wavelength of 660 nm with an exposure for 30 minutes, an energy of 100 J/cm2, a power of 100 mV/cm2 , once every 7 days, is an effective and harmless method of treating GSM.

Due to the ubiquitous spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection, the demand for anaesthesia and respiratory devices has significantly increased since the beginning of 2020. In particular, artificial ventilation devices, inhalation anaesthesia devices, or oxygen inhalers. The respiratory support devices must include special medical devices designed to heat and increase the moisture content of the respiratory mixture supplied to the patient from the respiratory therapy apparatus. These medical devices are known to as humidifiers. The production of a humidifier for breathing mixtures “TEVLAR” – “UOMZ” according to TU 32.50.21-121-07539541-2018 with accessories was organized jn the territory of Joint Stock Company “Production Association “Urals Optical & Mechanical Plant” named after Mr. E. S. Yalamov”. The electronic measuring instruments unit of the device has been modified within the framework of the project for the modernization of the humidifier of breathing mixtures “TEVLAR” – “UOMZ”. In particular, in order to increase the accuracy of thermal stability of the heating element when heating the breathing mixtures to the target temperature, the software of the electronic measuring instruments unit was modernized by the Medical Devices Design Bureau, namely, the stable PID controller was implemented and tuned. Thus, this article provides an overview of the methods for tuning the PID controller, justifies the choice of PID tuning by the Ziegler-Nichols method and also provides the experimental results to confirm device operation stability.

Medical CT imaging often encounters metallic implants or some metal interventional therapy apparatus. These metallic objects can produce metal artifacts in reconstruction images, which severely degrade image quality. In this paper, we analyze the difference between polychromatic projection data and Radon transform data and develop an analytical method to reduce metal artifacts. Approximate features of metal artifacts can be obtained by a simplified energy spectrum function of x-ray beam. The developed method can reduce most artifacts, and preserve more original details. It does not require prior knowledge of x-ray energy spectrum and original projection data, avoiding iterative calculation and saving reconstruction time. Simulation experimental results show that the method can greatly remove metal artifacts.

The importance of treatment of patients with lymphedema of lower limbs arises from difficulties in their medical and social rehabilitation. At the expressed stages of the disease resection surgical operations are indicated which present complicated interventions. In the work clinical observation of a 33 yearold female patient with IV stage of primary lymphedema of the right lower limb is presented. In the course of conservative treatment after a complex examination including volumetry, ultrasound, computed tomography, the patient was made dermalipofascioectomy using method of shave therapy. The operation of modified dermalipofascioectomy of the shin was performed by Karavanov II method under spinal anesthesia with use of mono and bipolar coagulation. At the stage of elimination of fibrotically changed tissue dermatome Acculan 3Ti (GA 670) was used with controlled ranges of thickness within 0.21.2 mm and width within 878 mm. Intraoperative loss of blood and lymph was 800 ml and was compensated for with crystalloid, colloid solutions and fresh frozen plasma in the volume of 600 ml. Active drainage of the region of the postoperative wound was conducted by Redon method within 1012 days. Postoperative period ran without complications, with improvement of the patient’s condition. Clinical observation showed a positive role of application of shave therapy apparatus at the main stage of resection operations.
