This study aims to classify graduates based on the similarity of competency characteristics by referring to the indicators of graduate user satisfaction. The indicators are implementation of Islamic values; integrity, ethics, and morals; expertise based on knowledge (professionalism); foreign language skills; ability to use ICT; communication; teamwork; and self-development. The survey was aimed at graduates of five study programs totaling 211 people. Determination of respondents using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing statements about the eight indicators. Data analysis uses descriptive and multivariate statistics with the non-hierarchical cluster method or K-Means cluster analysis, assisted with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results show that based on the similarity of competency characteristics, graduates are grouped into three clusters, namely Cluster 1 with 13.27% with characteristics of graduates with low competence, Cluster 2 with 32.7% with characteristics of graduates with high competence, and Cluster 3 with 54.03% with the characteristics of graduates with moderate competence. Thus, a strategic program that is systematic, comprehensive, and continuous is needed to develop human resources to shape the quality mentality and competence of students and to be competitive with students and by the needs of the workforce or users. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an e-tracer system that is integrated with the campus web and to strengthen synergistic cooperation with stakeholders, including users.

The nuclear lamina is a proteinaceous network of filaments that provide both structural and gene regulatory functions by tethering proteins and large domains of DNA, the so-called lamina-associated domains (LADs), to the periphery of the nucleus. LADs are a large fraction of the mammalian genome that are repressed, in part, by their association to the nuclear periphery. The genesis and maintenance of LADs is poorly understood as are the proteins that participate in these functions. In an effort to identify proteins that reside at the nuclear periphery and potentially interact with LADs, we have taken a two-pronged approach. First, we have undertaken an interactome analysis of the inner nuclear membrane bound LAP2β to further characterize the nuclear lamina proteome. To accomplish this, we have leveraged the BioID system, which previously has been successfully used to characterize the nuclear lamina proteome. Second, we have established a system to identify proteins that bind to LADs by developing a chromatin-directed BioID system. We combined the BioID system with the m6A-tracer system which binds to LADs in live cells to identify both LAD proximal and nuclear lamina proteins. In combining these datasets, we have further characterized the protein network at the nuclear lamina, identified putative LAD proximal proteins and found several proteins that appear to interface with both micro-proteomes. Importantly, several proteins essential for LAD function, including heterochromatin regulating proteins related to H3K9 methylation, were identified in this study.

This article discusses the features and specifics of IP telephony modeling on the Cisco Packet Tracer system platform. An algorithm for constructing a topology and a software code for configuring IP telephony in a data and voice network are presented. The proposed IP-telephony algorithm can be recommended for use in the training process as well as network simulation at the design stage. KEYWORDS: MODELING, DATA NETWORK, TOPOLOGY, CONFIGURATION, IP- TELEPHONY

Software quality standards are very significant matters nowadays, especially that this era reigns with software technology and systems to innovate the work process in any institution. Assessments are conducted to measure the quality of services as well as products. This paper focuses on the comparison of the assessment of an existing alumni tracer system and online student portal using ISO/IEC 25010 model, but only seven dimensions was used namely functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability. Twenty I.T. experts were invited to test the existing systems and fill in the survey. The results as describe in this paper shows the significant differences of systems as evaluated by the respondents using the ISO/IEC 25010 model. Performance Assessment is very vital to the academic progress of a student. It should be monitored, and evaluated to allow both professors and students create pre-emptive measures to ensure their success rate. This paper focuses on the assessment of the developed system using ISO 25010:2011 Software Quality Management. The following criteria were used Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Portability and Security. 84 respondents comprising of Professors, Department Heads and IT Professionals assessed and evaluated the system through the use of an adapted evaluation tool. The results shown in this paper shows the evaluation of the respondents to the developed system
