Today, the most efficient slab construction method is the concrete-steel deck composite slab because there is no need to remove the deck after the concrete casting process. Nevertheless, reinforced concrete standard code (SNI 2847:2019) not emphasized a specific method to calculate the concrete-steel deck slab's nominal capacity. The code is embraced by the plastic method analysis, which is calculated the nominal capacity of the structure on the ultimate condition. However, several laboratory tests reveal a slip behavior between the concrete and steel deck before the slab reaches its ultimate condition. Therefore, alternative methods are needed to analyze the nominal capacity of concrete-steel deck slab. This study compares three different nominal capacity analysis methods to a laboratory test result. Those methods are ultimate, working stress, and SDI-ANSI (2017). The average error value of those three methods compared to laboratory test results in 35,57%, 9,48%, and -10,31% for ultimate, working stress, SDI-ANSI (2017) consecutively.it can be concluded the working stress method is the most accurate. However, SDI-ANSI (2017) is the conservative one, while the ultimate method is not recommended to analyze the concrete-steel deck slab's nominal capacity.

The role of human resource management is reflected in the company's policy to regulate its human resources so that it can play a major role in working together and supporting the company's strategy by measuring the level of employee performance. Employee work performance is strongly influenced by the condition of company such as motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design with employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan in May 2018. This study uses non-parametric analysis with Kendall Tau test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, job satisfaction, work stress, physical condition of work, compensation system and job design were partially related to employee performance because of the significance value (0.000 <0.05). Motivation factors, job satisfaction, physical condition of work and compensation system are strongly related and the direction of a positive relationship with work performance is the correlation coefficient values of 0.895, 0.720, 0.733 and 0.706, respectively. Job stress factors are negatively related to work performance with a correlation coefficient value of -0.550. Job design factors are positively related to a low correlation level of 0.377. Simultaneously the six factors are significantly related to work performance because the value of Asymp.Sig <0.05

Abstract The present paper proposes an alternative to small offshore platforms with tripods and four-legged jackets by a single-pile structure for shallow water depths. The pile will be driven into seabed without a jacket and stability of the structure against environmental loads will be ensured by a few tie members connected to seabed with the help of specially-designed small concrete foundations. Tie members will be bolted to both the pile and the foundation. Four different cases of single-pile structures in three different water depths (20.0m, 31.5m and 15.0m) are presented. Omnidirectional waves of 10.0m height along with wind and current are considered in the study. Analytical method is suggested to simulate interaction of concrete foundations with soil that can be easily implemented in structural analysis. Structural design is performed as per API RP 2A working stress design method. The results indicate that the proposed single-pile structures have considerable reserve strength against failure due to extreme environmental loads and impact from medium sized boats.

Water tank is a container used for the storing of liquids and they are classified based on shape and location. The overhead tank is an important and it is very common public utility structure. The study predicts the analysis and design of the rectangular and circular overhead water tank using ETABS software. The water tank is modeled and analyzed by using dynamic analysis to resist lateral loads and design is made using working stress method manually. Dead load, live load, wind load and seismic loads are applied based on IS codes. The behavior of structure for the parameters like Story drift, displacement, stiffness, deflection, storey shear, base shear, area of steel and hoop tension for circular and rectangular water tank are studied and then comparison of the results is made between circular and rectangular overhead water tank. By this study we say that the circular water tank is suitable for larger capacity and rectangular is suitable for smaller capacity and it is economical for larger capacity.

The current study’s main aim is to examine a behaviour model of reducing audit quality in relation to auditor work stress. The study was performed in 2020 and the cases in the current research were auditors of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), auditors of the Development Finance Audit Board (BPKP) and public accounting firm (KAP) auditors in South Sulawesi Province. The sample numbers is determined according to the sample size needed via data investigation employing the Partial Least Square approach, using a random sampling method. The data collected by utilizing a questionnaire and questionnaire data, which can be analyzed as many as 97. The output of this study indicate: (1) the long period pressure cause increase auditor working stress; (2) the long period pressure cause the reduction of audit quality behaviour; (3) the long period conflict cause increase auditors’ working stress; (4) the high role conflict cause increasement the audit quality reduction behaviour; (5) external locus of control cause increasement auditors’ working stress; (6) external locus of control will increase audit quality reduction behaviour, and (7) high work stress cause reduction of audit quality behaviour.
