On Elliptic Operator Theory

The theory talks about partial differentiation equations. For the this reason, elliptic operators take the portion of differential operators in general Laplace operators. The operators have clear definitions through the rule that the coefficients of the highest order derivatives are positives. The above aspects imply that crucial properties, which are the main symbols, are fixed. On the other hand, they can be equivalent, meaning that they have no real characteristic directions. To expound on the above, elliptic operators are representatives of the potential theory. The reason behind this is that they often appear in the field of electrostatics and continuum mechanics. Elliptic regularity shows that their solutions tend to be smooth functions, which means that it applies if the coefficients are smooth operators. Additionally, firm state resolutions to hyperbolic and parabolic equations apply in general to solve elliptic equations. Partial differentiation equations are important mathematical formulas that apply in solving mathematical problems. The theory plays a critical role in explaining functioning of the elliptic operator as many find it a mathematical phenomenon in how efficient it is in solving problems in mathematics. PERAN PENGAWAS KEPATUHAN DI BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI

This research try to capture a case that showing the ”Pengawas Kepatuhan” (PKP) character in commercial debt on Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) and also showing the conventional characteristics. This research is a kind of qualitative research that using case study method. This is also trying to capture the compliance division duties and all kind of action in commercial debt in BSM. The summery try to showing some of PKP’s characteristics when they guide in compliance function. Some of characteristics define in some phaseas: dealing phase, analyze phase, and debt withdrawal phase. The summery have captured some characteristics as general character on regulation, ex-ante agent character, auditor character and reporter character. In this characteristics, the conventional actions showing on some facts about the apathy attitude, the entertain action and also fraud action which direct some attitude on disobey actions in BSM. Disobey actions become a challenge in real characteristic of PKP which is the preventive ideology should be strive between the regulation idealism and also the sharia principal.

Kinematical characteristic of mechanical frictional variable speed drive

The paper describes a new system of mechanical spherical conical friction drive. In the present a row of simple friction, belt, chain, wave and differential variable speed drives is published. For the required range of speed variation they are altogether unfit. The currently used power transmissions are of low efficiency (60–70%). Therefore the better power transmission efficiency is required. The possibility of multicontact power transmission appears as the most suitable principle of the power transmission. Using the designed function model, which was made according to the small tractor producers requirements, the real output kinematical characteristic was measured. It is derived the complete drive conversion unit kinematics and the theoretical kinematical characteristic design. The theoretical design is compared with the real characteristic determined by measuring using the test station. From the measured values we determined that the geometrical characteristic, i.e. the relation between output speed and ring position, corresponds in the ring position range (2.8÷14) mm to the theoretical premise.

ACTORS OF THE MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN TRANSFORMATION OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Any competitive advantage in a particular economic activity or business system can result in particular positive effects only if the most relevant actors are engaged completely (management and human resources) and if the synergy exponent of such integral economic policy is the real characteristic of such activity. The hotel industry of Primorsko goranska county is certainly a major element of the whole catering and tourist industry, which in the strategic planning of the economy of the Republic of Croatia has a specific role. In the context of such a strategic "definition" the fact is that: 1) correlation that is interaction of the above mentioned actors must be more transparent, and the participation of human resources in all areas of economic activities (and decision making) must be more engaged. Only on this premise is it possible to 2) expect a faster evolution and transformation of the organizational logic from "bureaucratic" to "entrepreneurial ". The reality of the conditions in hotel management of the Primorsko goranska county compared with determinate targets the author of this work tried to focus on also in his research done during 1999.
