The article describes the simplified model of the point-rating assessment system developed by the author, which he called the cumulative system of points in mathematics when teaching bachelors of the specialty 38.03.01-Economics, and analyzes the results of its practical application. It differs from most existing BRS models in that the points received by the student for work during the semester are not a mandatory component of the final assessment, but act as an addition to the assessment received at the intermediate certification. The proposed cumulative system of points for the discipline "Mathematics" does not require much effort from the teacher and is simple and understandable for students, while the final assessment becomes more objective. The use of a cumulative system of points leads to the activation of independent work of students during the entire period of studying mathematics, the growth of interest in the subject, which contributes to improving the quality of the educational process.

Using a broad-based assessment for understanding what teachers learn in historic site-based professional development (HSBPD), this study follows 29 teachers from a HSBPD at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello to see how their work at historic sites affected their practice upon return to their classrooms. Influenced by the Interconnected Model of Teacher Growth and Complexity theory, this study considers the complex outcomes of teachers as individuals, professionals, and learners in communities of practice. Results explore a range of outcomes related to content, pedagogical content knowledge, working with peers, interactions with the historic site, and a willingness to reconsider historical information. The discussion offers a consideration of the network of HSBPDs as a cumulative system and the ways in which teachers’ on-site work can deepen our understanding of working with complex historical sources and make larger curricular changes.

Jangka waktu pembayaran denda ditentukan berdasar putusan hakim. Sistem perumusan pidana denda dalam Konsep KUHP dikelompokkan dalam tiga bagian, yaitu sistem kumulatif, sistem alternatif, sistem alternatif-kumulatif, dan sistem mandiri. Type of research that used is yuridis-normative methode. Data that used in this research is secunder data. The technic to collecting data is literature study. Then, all data are analized qualitatively. This research shows that code penal formulate formulate fine penalty in common minimal and special minimal. If the fine wasn’t payed, it’s replaced with confinement penalty of fine replacement. The duration of fine payment does not defined. Fine penalty is formulated alternaltively and independently. The Concept of Code Penal formulate fine penalty with common minimal, special minimal and special maximum. Fine penalty is defined in 6 category. The duration of fine payment is defined by judge. Formulated system of fine penalty in the Concept can be classified in three groups, they are cumulative system, alternative system, alternative-cumulative system, and independent system. Abstract This article deals with automatic generation control of a multi-area interconnected thermal system in different modes using intelligent integral and proportional-integral controllers. Appropriate generation rate constraint has been considered for the thermal generation plants. The two cumulated thermal areas are considered with reheat turbines. Performances of reheat turbine on dynamic responses have been investigated. Further, selection of suitable integral and proportional-integral controllers has been investigated with a minority charge carrier inspired algorithm. Cumulative system performance is examined considering with different load perturbation in both cumulative thermal areas. Further, system is investigated with different area control errors, and results are explored.

System components of communication/computer networks are quite reliable in that their average uptimes are much larger than the average repair/replacement time of a failed unit. By taking this observation into account, a semiMarkov model is developed with a simple regenerative structure, thereby providing strong analytical and computational tractability. Expressions of a variety of dynamic performability measures, such as the cumulative system processing capacity and the task completion time, are explicitly derived. Computational procedures for evaluating such time-dependent performability measures are developed based on these theoretical results combined with the Laguerre transform method. The power and the efficiency of the computational procedures are demonstrated through a numerical example.
