Interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) is a debilitating urinary bladder condition that presents with a wide variety of clinical phenotypes. It is commonly characterized by persistent pelvic pain and lower urinary tract symptoms, such as urinary frequency and urgency. Current clinicopathological and genomic evidence has indicated that IC/BPS with Hunner lesions is a clinically relevant distinct subtype with proven bladder pathology of subepithelial chronic inflammatory changes that are characterized by enhanced local immune responses and epithelial denudation. However, other forms of IC/BPS lacking Hunner lesions are a symptom syndrome complex of non-inflammatory conditions with little evidence of bladder etiology, characterized by aberrant neural activity in neurotransmission systems which leads to central nervous sensitization with potential involvement of urothelial malfunction, or clinical presentation of somatic and/or psychological symptoms beyond the bladder. Given such distinct potential pathophysiology between IC/BPS subtypes, disease biomarkers of IC/BPS should be provided separately for subtypes with and without Hunner lesions. Tailored approaches that target characteristic immunological inflammatory processes and epithelial denudation for IC/BPS with Hunner lesions, or the sensitized/altered nervous system, urothelial malfunction, association with other functional somatic syndromes, and psychosocial problems for IC/BPS without Hunner lesions, are essential to identify optimal and reliable disease-specific IC/BPS biomarkers.

In order to adapt to the actual scene of a stereo satellite observing the same area sequentially and improve the accuracy of the target-oriented 3D reconstruction, this paper proposed a building DSM fusion update method based on adaptive splines and target characteristic guidance. This method analyzed the target characteristics of surface building targets to explore their intrinsic geometric structure information, established a nonlinear fusion method guided by the target characteristics to achieve the effective fusion of multiple DSMs on the basis of maintaining the target structural characteristics, and supported the online updating of DSM to ensure the needs of practical engineering applications. This paper presented a DSM fusion method for surface building targets and finally conducted DSM fusion experiments using typical urban area images of different scenes. The experimental results showed that the proposed method can effectively constrain and improve the DSM of buildings, and the integrity of the overall construction of the target 3D model structure was significantly improved, indicating that this paper provides an effective and efficient DSM constraint method for buildings.

UNSTRUCTURED Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is classified into 4 subtypes depending on the clinical presentation. There is no definitive treatment but many options are available to target characteristic symptoms. Laser therapy is increasingly becoming used to treat erythema and telangiectasias in rosacea patients. New literature is demonstrating that a combination of alpha2-adrenergic agonists may have greater efficacy than laser or pharmacotherapy alone. This review looks to compares therapy options available based on efficacy, relapse and adverse effects

Due to the limitation of industrial and civil fields of the polarization camera, we have developed a scheme for synthesizing polarization image based on intensity image and simulation technology. A whole process polarization or intensity transfer model from the incident solar light to the point at which the camera enters the pupil is set up based on 6SV. The indoor simulation test system of the target surface reflectivity is formed. The simulated polarization image is compared with the image directly obtained by the polarization camera under the same condition. Compared with the image from the polarization camera, we get the same trend of contrast information, while the target characteristic information is obviously improved for the intensity image and the error rate of the improved contrast does not exceed 12%.
