Fluid inclusions are studied in calcite from magnetite ores and sulfde-carbonate veins of the Aktash sulfde-magnetite deposit (Western Karanazar, Tajikistan) to identify their formation conditions. The deposit is confned to a contact zone between carbonate (Upper Devonian–Lower Carboniferous dolomite and limestones) and intrusive rocks (Middle Carboniferous–Early Triassic granodiorites and porphyry granodiorites) of the Kansai ore feld. The fuid inclusion study showed that calcite of ore veins formed from moderately saline (4.4–10.8 wt. % NaCl-equiv.) aqueous Na-K ± Mg chloride fuids at a decreasing temperature from 300 to 160 °C. The homogenization temperatures of fuid inclusions are consistent with thermometric data for chlorite, which formed together with calcite (176–295 °C). Inclusion education is one of the subjects of great concern recently. The opinions of school administrators, counselors, teachers, enabled students, as well as disabled students, regarding the current situation of inclusive educational activities and the process for students with disabilities are needed to make inclusion study successful. This study aims to examine students' acceptance in their environment (inclusiveness) that differ from their peers for various reasons, the positive and negative experiences of classroom teachers on inclusiveness, and student-teacher interaction situations. The research, using the purposeful sampling methods, conducted the study in a primary school in Kazakhstan. In the research, the interaction, teaching practices and methods of classroom teachers for students with disabilities were examined. Observation and interview methods were used as a data collection tool, and content analysis method was used to analyze the data. With the results of the research, classroom teachers aiming to provide an atmosphere of mutual respect and love in classrooms with disabled students, are strict about classroom rules. A constructive and benevolent feeling is often given in friendship relations, and the general courses are taught using straight-through method and question-answer technique. Technology-supported trainings which are game-based and visual, as well as remarkable teacher entries have been found to affect the participation of these students. The research suggests the preparation of a curriculum enriched with content that will support an understanding of education that includes the disabled and increase awareness about inclusion. Objective: Anorexia nervosa (AN) is characterized by weight loss, distorted body image with fear of becoming fat and associated with anxiety, especially in relation to food intake. Anxiety in relation to meals and weight restoration remains a major challenge in the treatment of AN. We examined the effects of inpatient weight restoration treatment on levels of post-meal anxiety using visual analogue scale (VAS) ratings in patients with AN. Materials: Thirty-two patients with AN, all part of the PROspective Longitudinal all-comer inclusion study on Eating Disorders (PROLED) were followed over eight weeks with baseline psychometric measures and weekly VAS anxiety self-scoring. Methods: Apart from the weekly body mass index (BMI) and VAS, patients were characterized at baseline using the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q), Eating Disorder Inventory (EDI), Symptom Check List 92 (SCL-92), Major Depression Inventory (MDI), and Autism Quotient (AQ). Results: The results showed a significant time effect, Wilks Lambda = 0.523, F = 3.12, p < 0.05 (power of 0.862), indicating a reduction in VAS scores of anxiety from baseline to week 8. There was no effect of baseline medication or scores of MDI on the results. BMI increased from a mean of 15.16 (week 1) to 17.35 (week 8). In comparison, patients dropping out after only three weeks (n = 31) also had a trend toward a reduction in VAS anxiety (ns). Conclusions: Inpatient weight restoration treatment is associated with a decrease in post-meal anxiety in AN, an effect that occurs early and becomes clinically significant in patients who stay in treatment.

The Shwebontha Prospect area is one of prominent epithermal Au-Ag prospects in Monywa mining district, central Myanmar, characterized by the appearance of gold-bearing and base metal quartz veins with gold grade is around 3g/t -10.4g/t. The geology of the area consists of the volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks of Upper Oligocene-Middle Miocene Magyigon Formation that served as the host rock of the ore mineralization. This research focused on fluid inclusion study is aimed to know the characteristics of hydrothermal fluids during ore mineralization as well as the possible paleo- depth and temperature of formation of gold-bearing and base metal quartz veins. The mineralization styles are gold-bearing brecciated quartz veins and chalcedonic quartz veins where sulfides are clustered as well as disseminated both in quartz gangue and volcanic host rocks. Those quartz veins include pyrite, sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite and gold (electrum). Fluid inclusion microthermometry indicates that the ore mineralization is characterized by the values of homogenization temperature range from 158°C to 310°C and salinities range from 0.35 to 2.41wt.% NaCl equiv. This temperature is consistent with the formation temperature of 250°C to 270 °C and also their estimate paleo-depth of formation is between 440m and 640m respectively. Microthermometric data indicates that fluid mixing and dilution were significant processes during ore mineralization and evolution of hydrothermal fluids. Based on the petrography of fluid inclusion, microthermometric measurements and ore minerals assemblage as well as estimation of paleo-depth from the Shwebontha Prospect imply that forming in under shallow level epithermal environment

Background: Growing evidence points to a key role of endothelial dysfunction in the pathogenesis of COVID-19. In this study, we evaluated changes in endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilation (FMD) in a cohort of convalescent COVID-19 patients undergoing pulmonary rehabilitation (PR). Methods: After swab test negativization, convalescent COVID-19 patients referring to a post-acute care facility for PR were consecutively screened for inclusion. Study procedures were performed at the time of hospitalization and discharge. Results: We enrolled 82 convalescent COVID-19 patients (85.4% males, mean age 60.4 years). After PR, a significant improvement in most pulmonary function tests and exercise capacity was documented. FMD changed from 2.48% ± 2.01 to 4.24% ± 2.81 (p < 0.001), corresponding to a 70.9% increase. Significantly higher changes in FMD were found in patients without a history of vascular events as compared to those with (+2.04% ± 2.30 vs. +0.61% ± 1.83, p = 0.013). Values of forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1%), forced vital capacity (FVC%) and diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO%) significantly and directly correlated with FMD both at baseline and after PR. Patients with normal FEV1% (≥80% predicted) during the overall study period or those normalizing FEV1% after PR showed a more significant FMD change as compared to patients with persistently impaired FEV1% (<80% predicted) (p for trend = 0.029). This finding was confirmed in a multivariate analysis. Conclusions: Clinically evaluated endothelial function improves after PR in convalescent COVID-19 patients. A direct and persistent association between the severity of pulmonary and vascular disease can be hypothesized. Endothelial function testing may be useful in the follow-up of convalescent COVID-19 patients.

Background: Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) is characterized by persistent failure to meet nutritional needs, absence of body image distortion and often low body weight. Weight restorative treatment in ARFID-adults is provided for as in Anorexia Nervosa (AN), while the effect is unknown. The aim was to compare weight gain between ARFID and restrictive subtype of AN (AN-R), including exploring impact of medical factors and psychopathology. Methods: Individuals with ARFID (n = 7; all cases enrolled over 5 years) and AN-R (n = 80) were recruited from the Prospective Longitudinal All-comers inclusion study in Eating Disorders (PROLED) during 5 years. All underwent weight restorative inpatient treatment. Clinical characteristics at baseline and weekly weight gain were recorded and compared. Results: There were no significant differences at baseline weight, nor in weight gain between groups. Anxiety was statistically significantly higher in AN-R at baseline. Conclusions: Although there were differences in several clinical measures at baseline (Autism Quotient, symptom checklist, mood scores and Morgan Russel Outcome Scale), only anxiety was higher in AN-R. No differences in weight gain were observed, although mean values indicate a faster weight gain in the ARFID group. Standard weight restorative treatment in this study in adults with ARFID has similar weight gaining effect as in AN-R.

Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is a severe and often enduring disorder characterized by restriction of food intake, low body weight, fear of weight gain, and distorted body image. Investigations on cognition performance in AN patients have yielded conflicting results. Using an established and sensitive computerized cognitive test battery, we aimed to assess core aspects of cognitive function, including attention span, information processing, reasoning, working and episodic memory, in AN patients and controls. Patients were recruited from the Danish Prospective Longitudinal all-comer inclusion study in Eating Disorders (PROLED). Included were 26 individuals with AN and 36 healthy volunteers (HV). All were tested with CogTrack (an online cognitive assessment system) at baseline, and AN patients were tested again at a follow-up time point after weight increase (n = 13). At baseline, AN patients showed faster reaction times in the attention tasks, as well as increased accuracy in grammatical reasoning compared to HV. There were no differences in cognitive function between AN patients and HV in the other cognitive domains measured (sustained attention, working and episodic memory, speed of retrieval, and speed of grammatical reasoning). No differences were visible in the AN sample between baseline and follow-up. Performance did not correlate with any clinical variables in the AN sample. These findings supplement results from other studies suggesting increased concentration and reasoning accuracy in patients suffering from AN, who showed increased performance in cognitive tasks despite their illness.

&lt;p&gt;Dharwar Craton in southern India hosts several gold bearing greenstone belts including the well-known Kolar and Hutti. Among them, the Gadag greenstone belt in the western part of Dharwar Craton contains many potential gold mines. It has three different lode systems named western, central and eastern lodes. These lodes are spatially distributed as linear groups along the shear zone with distinct lithological assemblages. Tourmaline is one of the most common hydrothermal minerals present in the alteration zones apart from chlorite, muscovite and sericite. These tourmalines show two textural association (i) occur as isolated, euhedral grains along the mylonitic foliation defined by chlorite, muscovite, sericite, quartz and carbonates (ii) occurrences of anhedral bizarre shaped tourmaline grains along with carbonate and quartz. Though texturally different, compositionally both the tourmalines are similar. They are dravite in nature with high Al&lt;sub&gt;tot&lt;/sub&gt; (6.02 to 6.56 apfu), low Na (0.42 to 0.88 apfu) and medium X-vacancies (0.08 to 0.57 apfu). The predominance of Fe&lt;sup&gt;2+&lt;/sup&gt; (high Fe&lt;sup&gt;2+&lt;/sup&gt;/Fe&lt;sup&gt;3+&lt;/sup&gt;) and low Na in the tourmaline crystal structure indicates low saline, reduced ore fluid of metamorphic origin that is responsible for gold mineralization in Gadag.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Microthermometric study of aqueous, carbonic and aqueous-carbonic inclusions from the auriferous lodes at Gadag reveal low to medium saline (0.04 to 9.59 NaCl equiv.)&amp;#160; H&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;O-NaCl-CO&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;&amp;#177;CH&lt;sub&gt;4&lt;/sub&gt; ore forming fluid. Presence of trace amount of methane content within the carbonic inclusion indicates mineralization occurred at reducing environment. Thus, fluid inclusion results consistent with the tourmaline chemistry and strongly supports the metamorphic origin of ore fluids that responsible for gold mineralization at Gadag.&lt;/p&gt;
