Acquisitive prescription is one of those constructions of civil law that are supposed to stabilize socio-economic turnover as well as govern legal transactions. To comprehensively define the issue of the consequences of acquisitive prescription it is necessary to refer to the institution of praescriptio, a legal construction characteristic of classic Roman law which is increasingly more often found in national laws. Legal constructions that are of significant importance for the members of state communities are characterized by their universality. Universality is about specific features that can be found in classical Roman law, civil law and, frequently surprisingly, in international law.

This article is organized around three groups of ‘citations’ from architectural forms, texts, images, which generate three options of imagination, representation and reading of space: ruins, circular constructions, and rhetoric (in particular figures of repetition). I discuss the story of Borges “Las ruinas circulares” and examples from Iain Sinclair, London orbital (2002), Gianni Biondillo and Michele Monina, Tangenziali. Due viandanti ai bordi della città (2010), and Nicolò Bassetti, Sapo Matteucci, Sacro romano GRA (2013). The circularity generates a repetitive and disparate look allowing the observation of a complementary rhythm of destruction and construction characteristic of progress in the world.

A variable density anisotropic turbulent buoyant jet model is applied for simulating the current field under waves. The numerical simulation results show the present model is efficient to describe the construction characteristic of current field. This model could be an efficient tool for sewage treatment by deep sea discharge.

The Qinling tunnel is an important part of hanjiang-to-weihe river water transfers project. In the construction period of northern section of Qinling tunnel, large amount of wastewater was produced and after direct discharged into water, the adverse effects to the environment will become a serious issue. According to the analysis by drilling and blasting method of construction and the prediction of construction wastewater by TBM in the later stage, it can be found that tunnel construction wastewater hashigh SS, low COD as well as relatively small amount of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. Therefore, it can be regarded as inorganic polluted wastewater. Meanwhile, by continuous monitoring on wastewater, it proves the accuracy of the formal analysis and prediction. According to the constitution of wastewater, the treatment combined with coagulation, filtration, manganese sand filter, adsorption is proposed. The related researches show thate the mentioned treatmente removal rate for suspended solids, COD and ammonia nitrogen can be more than 90%, 85% and 60% respectively. The treated water quality can meet "The Surface Water Environment Quality Standard"(GB3838-2002)of the Ⅱwater index. Consideration of tunnel construction characteristic and analysis of variation pattern of pollutants in wastewater provide basis and reference for construction wastewater treatment.

Nineteenth-century Italy experienced the long swings in migration, capital flows, and construction characteristic of the international Kuznets cycle, but in an unusual combination: its external migration swing may have resembled Britain's, but its capital flows and construction swing resembled America's. Construction in Italy was finance-sensitive rather than population-sensitive, and reacted primarily to exogenous shifts in the supply of foreign capital. The Italian experience suggests that changes in perceived risk altered the relative supply of capital in Britain and abroad and thereby induced the opposite swings in construction and the swing in migration.
