The research we will do is follow-up research from previous research in 2019, namely: "Application of E-Business in Village Government (Study on Marketing of Village Leading Products)", in previous studies it has been stated that applying the concept of E-Business to help market superior products village. In the current research, we will try to make a model or design of an application that can help in marketing the village's superior products. This type of research we use is applied research (Applied Research) because the results of the research can be directly used/applied to solve the problems faced and the implementation of e-business design using the information systems development (ISD) method. The traditional systems development life cycle (SDLC) method provides structured and formal steps. However, this method needs to be changed to adapt to the conditions of information technology and the increasingly complex needs and requires great flexibility and responsiveness. Various modern methods are available for the development of complex systems or those that are desired to be quickly realized, for example, prototyping, joint application design, object-oriented development, and component-based development. This E-Marketing application was created to be able to help promote and market products that are superior to the village. The design of this application is made to make it easier for village communities to promote and market their village's superior products. With this E-Marketing application, information on superior village products can be seen by the wider community. The result of this research is a prototype of the E-Marketing application that can be applied as a solution to promote and market the village's superior products.

Artikel ini memuat tulisan tentang Sepuluh model pengembangan sistem informasi yang ditulis oleh Roger S. Pressman (2001) diperkaya dengan tulisan dari para ahli yang lainnya. Kesepuluh model tersebut adalah [1] The linear sequential model (model sekuensial linier), [2] The prototyping model (model pembuatan prototipe), [3] The RAD model (model RAD), [4] The incremental model (model inkremental).[5] The spiral model (model spiral), [6] The WINWIN spiral model (model spiral WINWIN)[7] The concurrent development model (model pengembangan konkuren), [8] The component-based development model (model pembangunan berbasis komponen), [9] The formal methods model (model metode formal), [10] The fourth generation techniques model (model teknik generasi keempat). Uraian selanjutnya adalah mengenai pekerjaan yang umum dilakukan dalam perancangan dan pengembangan sistem, seperti studi pendahuluan, perancangan sistem, desain database, coding sistem, testing, dan implementasi sistem.Bagian terakhir dari tulisan ini adalah membahas tentang SDM yang dapat dilibatkan dalam perancangan dan pengembangan sistem yaitu System Analyst, Database engineer, Software Engineer, dan Programmer.

The interest behind the use of component based software engineering is to divide an information system in subsystems with less complexity, the reduction of time, faster development, and enhancing the productivity. The software systems are developed by assembling components which are software units that offer a set of services exposed as interfaces. The indispensable role of component-based development is the component model that defines how components can be built and how they can be assembled. A component is intended to provide specific services as the management of the combination and the communication between the system units. The Manager Component is an important and complementary paradigm for the development of software systems. The functionalities that it encapsulates must be related and consistent. The model presented in this paper proposes a component called Manager Software component based on the viewpoint (vision of each system user and actor) by the assembly of Base Component and system components.
