The research we will do is follow-up research from previous research in 2019, namely: "Application of E-Business in Village Government (Study on Marketing of Village Leading Products)", in previous studies it has been stated that applying the concept of E-Business to help market superior products village. In the current research, we will try to make a model or design of an application that can help in marketing the village's superior products. This type of research we use is applied research (Applied Research) because the results of the research can be directly used/applied to solve the problems faced and the implementation of e-business design using the information systems development (ISD) method. The traditional systems development life cycle (SDLC) method provides structured and formal steps. However, this method needs to be changed to adapt to the conditions of information technology and the increasingly complex needs and requires great flexibility and responsiveness. Various modern methods are available for the development of complex systems or those that are desired to be quickly realized, for example, prototyping, joint application design, object-oriented development, and component-based development. This E-Marketing application was created to be able to help promote and market products that are superior to the village. The design of this application is made to make it easier for village communities to promote and market their village's superior products. With this E-Marketing application, information on superior village products can be seen by the wider community. The result of this research is a prototype of the E-Marketing application that can be applied as a solution to promote and market the village's superior products.

Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Alokasi Dana Desa,  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat   Jambu Tourism Village was founded in 2018, located in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency, which won the nomination award for the best tourism village category 2018 and 2019 at the Village Award. In the early phase of tourism village development using budget capital from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) with the aim of increasing the empowerment of village communities. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. Reform and regional autonomy is actually a new hope for the goverment and village communities to build their villages according to the needs and aspirations of the community. The implementation of development in the village is intended to improve the standard of living and welfare of the village community itself through the establishment of policies, program activities that are in accordance with the essence of the problem and priority needs of the village community. The Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian) is an institution of the realization pf democracy from the village community or an institution that represents the voice of the community and is a working partner of the village Government in administering The Goverment in the village head along with his device was overseen by the Village Consultative Division (BPD in Indonesian). The method of the approach used in this study is the Juridical Sociological approach, it uses the Juridical Sociological. The selection results obtained include : 1) Inbiting factors influenced by human resource factors both from the village Government itself as the highest office holder in the village, as well as from PD members who are tasked with assisting in the implementation of the legislative functions of approval and discussion of illage regulations. 2) Solutions and efforts, the village Goernment is expected to conduct training in human resource development such as improving the quality of education and developing capabilities in shapping regulations.

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) adalah jenjang pendidikan sebelum jenjang pendidikan dasar yang merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan bagi anak berusia dua sampai dengan usia enam tahun. Salah satu aspek dalam kecerdasan yang harus dikembangkan oleh anak usia dini adalah warna. Mereka harus mengenal berbagai jenis warna yang ada. Hal ini harus dilatih untuk mempersiapkan anak usia dini masuk ke jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Selain itu, pengenalan warna untuk anak usia dini juga dapat mendeteksi dan mengidentifikasi buta warna pada anak. Hal ini sangatlah penting untuk kelanjutan kehidupan anak dan pendidikan yang akan orang tua berikan kepada anak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat pengenalan pola warna dalam bentuk permainan ponsel dimana saat ini banyak orang tua sudah menggunakan ponsel pintar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga kita dapat memanfaatkan ponsel pintar tersebut untuk pendidikan. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan android studio. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Systems Development Life Cycle. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan adalah program game yang dapat dipasang dalam ponsel pintar khususnya Android. Seluruh fungsionalitas dalam aplikasi ini sudah diuji dan dapat memenuhi harapan dari peneliti untuk mengemas pendidikan dalam game. Pengemasan pendidikan dalam rupa game juga akan menambah daya tertarik anak untuk mempelajari sesuatu yang baru.

Congko Village is one of the villages in the district of  Marioriwawo, Soppeng District. In terms of its formation, this village is a unit of government known as 'local self-government', the village formed or formed supra village government. BUMDes is obliged to make the financial statements of all BUM Desa business units every month honestly and transparently. In addition, BUMDes is also required to report the progress of BUM Desa business units to village communities through village meetings at least twice a year.  BUMDes must perform systematically written records or bookkeeping of daily transactions. Listing recording generally uses an accounting system. The function of accounting is to present financial information to internal and external parties and as a basis for making decisions. BUMDes internal party is the manager and the Board of Commissioners, while the external parties are district governments, banks, and communities that provide equity, as well as tax officials.  AbstrakDesa Congko adalah salah satu desa di distrik Marioriwawo, Distrik Soppeng. Dalam hal pembentukannya, desa ini adalah unit pemerintahan yang dikenal sebagai 'pemerintahan sendiri lokal', desa yang membentuk atau membentuk pemerintahan desa supra. BUMDes wajib membuat laporan keuangan semua unit usaha BUM Desa setiap bulan secara jujur ​​dan transparan. Selain itu, BUMDes juga diharuskan melaporkan perkembangan unit bisnis BUM Desa kepada masyarakat desa melalui pertemuan desa setidaknya dua kali setahun. Realizing prosperity in the community needs to be supported by a good development management. In the governance system, it is necessary to have governance behaviour that is honest, open, responsible and democratic. In the community structure, a mechanism providing opportunities for the community in the decision-making process for public interests needs to be developed. This study discusses the role of the village head in empowering village communities. This study used a community-based approach so that the community knows in detail concerning the role of the village head in the Framework for the Implementation of Village Autonomy based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Village. The results showed that village head must have a fair and wise attitude in carrying out his duties and obligations. Besides, the village head must give an easy access to the community in providing assistances. Yet, the most important thing is that, as a leader, the village head must be able to provide a good example for their subordinates so as to create maximum results and good community environment.�Mewujudkan kesejahteraan di masyarakat, perlu didukung oleh manajemen pembangunan yang baik. Dalam tatanan tata pemerintahan, perlu untuk memiliki perilaku tata kelola yang jujur, terbuka, bertanggung jawab dan demokratis, sementara dalam tatanan masyarakat suatu mekanisme perlu dikembangkan yang memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk kepentingan bersama. studi ini membahas bagaimana peran kepala desa dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tahu lebih detail tentang Peran Kepala Desa dalam Kerangka Pelaksanaan Otonomi Desa Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban Kepala Desa mereka harus mempunyai tingkah laku yang adil, bijaksana dan tidak mempersulit dalam memberikan layanan kepada semua masyarakat. Namun yang lebih penting lagi bahwa sebagai seorang pemimpin harus bisa memberikan contoh untuk bawahan sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan terciptanya persatuan komunitas yang baik.
