Kata kunci: finite state automata, parfum laundry, vending machine   Abstract: Perfume is much favored by various circles, one of which is laundry perfume. Laundry perfume has a wide range of scent variants, including fruity scents, floral scents, fruity floral scents, and woody scents. This laundry perfume is the final line in the laundry process. Currently customers receive laundry results with perfume scents selected randomly according to the availability of the laundry party, this is a problem because customers cannot choose laundry perfume scents according to their wishes. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Vending Machine (VM), this VM design uses the Finite State Automata (FSA) method with the Non-Deterministic Finite Automata (NFA) type, this method is used because it can accommodate more than one condition in one choice. The FSA type of NFA method is made with the stages of business process analysis, state diagrams, VM design and testing. The results of this study with the VM in the selection of clothes laundry perfume, it makes it easier for customers to be able to choose laundry perfumes so that customers get laundry results with the perfume scent of their choice.   Keywords: finite state automata, laundry perfume, vending machine

Over the last decade, e-government has evolved tremendously from being a problem in itself to a cross-cutting transformational issue that supports governments' ability to deliver on promises. Defined differently by different actors, e-government usually refers to the use of information and communication technologies to change the relationship between citizens, businesses and different branches of government. This involves much more than just translating government services to digital platforms. Rather, e-government has become a form of interaction between government and non-governmental stakeholders. It is a process that requires a common government (or interagency) strategy, planning, resources, and political will. It is now important for governments to look at their achievements, identify and focus on the medium- and long-term issues that will emerge in the next decade. E-government basically uses information and information technologies and entails the development of e-services and the provision of quality information to citizens. It also seeks to increase transparency and accountability and create effective public institutions. This development has led to an increase in the amount of information that government agencies need to collect, send and pluralize. European governments are encouraged to invest in the development of e-government and provide citizens with access to their information flows. Europe has adopted the Public Sector Information Directive because it is seen as a resource that can stimulate innovation and national development. Governments around the world are enacting freedom of information laws to facilitate access to government information. However, it will also require a robust information management structure that includes archiving and recording information, common specifications to facilitate the exchange of information between government agencies, business process analysis to identify important information, and management of the entire information contingent. This study is aimed at revealing legal approaches to e-government, the concept of e-government in Ukraine and the world, tools for the introduction of the digital state, as well as the prospects and transition of the state apparatus in real time.

AbstractIn recent years, process mining has emerged as the leading big data technology for business process analysis. By extracting knowledge from event logs in information systems, process mining provides unprecedented transparency of business processes while being independent of the source system. However, despite its practical relevance, there is still a limited understanding of how organizations act upon the pervasive transparency created by process mining and how they leverage it to benefit from increased process awareness. Addressing this gap, this study conducts a multiple case study to explore how four organizations achieved increased process awareness by using process mining. Drawing on data from 24 semi-structured interviews and archival sources, this study reveals seven sociotechnical mechanisms based on process mining that enable organizations to create either standardized or shared awareness of sub-processes, end-to-end processes, and the firm’s process landscape. Thereby, this study contributes to research on business process management by revealing how process mining facilitates mechanisms that serve as a new, data-driven way of creating process awareness. In addition, the findings indicate that these mechanisms are influenced by the governance approach chosen to conduct process mining, i.e., a top-down or bottom-up driven implementation approach. Last, this study also points to the importance of balancing the social complications of increased process transparency and awareness. These results serve as a valuable starting point for practitioners to reflect on measures to increase organizational process awareness through process mining.

Developments in Indonesia are growing along with the increase in population. The high demand both in architecture and construction is an excellent opportunity for architectural business. Unfortunately, the development was not supported by proper preparation of financial allocations. As a result, many projects were delayed or even stalled. Moreover, this problem has negative impacts on various parties, such as architects and contractors. This paper formulates a new architectural business scheme for Studio Kano as a newcomer architectural consultant who often experiences problems during the process. The majority of this problem is due to the client's financial condition and causes a difference between the results and the initial design. At first, Studio Kano needs to increase the company's productivity and minimize disruption in project development, especially from the financial issues, by analyzing the company's current business situation using two analytical approaches; Business Process Analysis and Value Proposition. The finding from conducted analysis determines a new architectural business scheme for Studio Kano using the Blockchain paradigm. It will underpin to maintain its design characteristics, maximize productivity, and minimize project development disruption, especially in payment issues.

A system simulation is a one of the approaches to understand business processes or to explain them to other people. It is an excellent decision making solution to provide data-driven conclusions based on system modelling and experiments. This paper proposes simulation results of a school canteen. The aim of the research was to investigate the relation between a food waste amount and meal time duration. The proposed simulation was based on business process analysis, business process modelling, a Monte Carlo method and expert knowledge. The frequency distributions were constructed based on children meal duration observation completed by their mothers. It is a magnificent citizen science solution to involve mothers in the research because they can additionally better understand their children meal preferences and habits. Therefore, a questionnaire for citizens was developed, which can be applied to collect statistical data for model accuracy improvement and extension.

AbstractIn a broad scope, the term Information System (IS) is a scientific field of research study that approaches the scope of managerial, strategic, and operational activities complex in the storing, processing, distributing, gathering, and utilizing of knowledge and its associated technologies in organizations and industry. The model of railway supplier selection using BI-KM framework is situated on a horizontal structure of the organization and its technology transformation to execute the organization goal, with technology as enabler and driver (technology adoption), organization as the principal environment (business process analysis), and Information Management (data modeling). This study is significant in supporting data scenarios by focusing on the heuristic view of an industry approach to problem-solving management issues. Furthermore, the research development was to identify integrated framework adoption that contributes to strategic performance diagnostics dashboard. By understanding the factors of theoretical framework adoption, these conceptual frameworks assure competitive advantage. Besides, this railway supplier selection excellence model analyzed the extent and provides a potential solution to strategic decision-making issues. The study directs to regulate the adoption of the theoretical framework towards conceptual framework by using the role of Business Intelligence (BI) to analyze the quality of data presented as the railway supplier selection criteria from operational management through data analytics. Moreover, this will be united to help the best cycles and instruments in essential execution by the executives of a railway supplier selection dashboard for simulating data as interactive supplier performance.
