Over the last decade, e-government has evolved tremendously from being a problem in itself to a cross-cutting transformational issue that supports governments' ability to deliver on promises. Defined differently by different actors, e-government usually refers to the use of information and communication technologies to change the relationship between citizens, businesses and different branches of government. This involves much more than just translating government services to digital platforms. Rather, e-government has become a form of interaction between government and non-governmental stakeholders. It is a process that requires a common government (or interagency) strategy, planning, resources, and political will. It is now important for governments to look at their achievements, identify and focus on the medium- and long-term issues that will emerge in the next decade. E-government basically uses information and information technologies and entails the development of e-services and the provision of quality information to citizens. It also seeks to increase transparency and accountability and create effective public institutions. This development has led to an increase in the amount of information that government agencies need to collect, send and pluralize. European governments are encouraged to invest in the development of e-government and provide citizens with access to their information flows. Europe has adopted the Public Sector Information Directive because it is seen as a resource that can stimulate innovation and national development. Governments around the world are enacting freedom of information laws to facilitate access to government information. However, it will also require a robust information management structure that includes archiving and recording information, common specifications to facilitate the exchange of information between government agencies, business process analysis to identify important information, and management of the entire information contingent. This study is aimed at revealing legal approaches to e-government, the concept of e-government in Ukraine and the world, tools for the introduction of the digital state, as well as the prospects and transition of the state apparatus in real time.

Recently, electric vehicles (EVs) have received more and more attention, but the problem of the insufficient range is still the main reason that hinders electric vehicles to travel long distances. Under the premise of the battery capacity without technological innovation, the path planning method can ensure the safety and efficiency of electric vehicles in long-distance travel. This paper studies the actual freeway network to optimize the vehicle driving path and give the charging strategy based on the shortest travel time of a single vehicle. In this paper, a path and charging strategy planning model is proposed. In this model, the shortest travel time of a single vehicle is taken as the objective function, and the state of charging equipment in the actual road network and the safe electric quantity are considered as constraints. And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Through case analysis, the rationality and optimization efficiency of the model proposed in this paper are verified. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the three parameters of traffic volume, temperature, and travel speed is carried out with the Shanghai-Nanjing freeway network. The experimental results can get the nodes with the highest service pressure in the network, which can provide a theoretical basis for charging nodes’ expansion in the freeway network in the future.

This paper describes the practical usage of 1D convolutional neural networks in business platforms for such tasks as income prediction, procurements and order demand analysis. The structure of the CNN model is provided, as well as the results of experiments with real orders, procurements and income data. According to the results, there are guidelines formulated for the implementation in the particular ERP systems or web business platforms. Currently web-based platforms featuring advanced business functions are rapidly growing. Their new functions can use classic and modern concepts. The comparison between several approaches, including machine learning and regression are provided. Technologies used in such platforms are provided and analyzed. The structures of a such specific web-platforms frontend and backend systems are observed. Other prospective ideas of usage are formulated. Keywords: Business, Neural, Networks, CNN, Platform

The importance of the research lies in self – administration being a modern topic in sport administration in general and in Iraqi central sport federation’s administration in particular.  Self - administration positively affect high self–esteem in members of the administrative board in Iraqi central sport federations. It also contributes to future vision and strategy planning for each federation to achieve winning in competitions.

Nowadays, people are very facilitated by the existence of various shopping centers, including retail. Because many retailers are close to each other, Alfamart Lodadi must have a good marketing strategy. So far, the strategy used is sometimes inaccurate because it is not based on customer segmentation.  Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help retail owners to make decisions regarding the right marketing strategy with three methods so that Alfamart Lodadi can compete and increase sales. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to find the priority variables of customer segmentation; meanwhile, the K-Means Clustering is used to group customers based on the similarity of predetermined characteristics. AR-MBA is used to find out the best rules, and products are rarely, sufficient, and frequently purchased.  The results of this research, based on AHP, obtained five segmentation priority variables based on the largest eigenvector values. There are income, age, expenditure, distance, and shopping intensity with each eigenvector value of 0.13; 0.16; 0.12; 0.12; 0.17. From clustering, there are three customer clusters with different strategies, including free shipping when shopping, product discounts for certain periods, and providing catalogs and discounts on each transaction and offer notifications. Then, this research also obtained three strategies based on AR-MBA. These include making a catalog by bringing frequently purchased products closer together, choosing a layout for shopping places by bringing frequently purchased products closer together, and making shopping coupons for rarely purchased products. With several strategic choices, companies can make decisions appropriately according to the desired criteria.

AbstractThis study examines the level of preparedness exhibited through strategy, planning and organization to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in Italy. A comparative analysis of four regions revealed that the implementation of pandemic plans was affected by multiple factors. For instance, some planning was outdated and insufficient to cope with the new threat posed by the pandemic; due to a decentralized health care system, there was confusion about whether regional or national decision-making was the coordinating actor; shortages in supplies and equipment such as masks, in some regions, were due to lack of implementation of existing pandemic plans. The study emphasizes the importance of a coordinated response to crises.

Background - Health services are one of the most widely used public services, administered by BPJS Health reaching 222.5 million people as of December 31, 2020. This figure is equivalent to 81.3% of the total population in Indonesia. The Doku application is an application that will help level I Health Facilities and Hospitals to manage BPJS patient services. The Doku application will replace the conventional BPJS patient services at Level I Health Facilities and Hospitals to online. This business opportunity is quite large, even though there are threats from existing applications, with more brands and users, but based on the results of QSPM is product development strategy, Doku will always update features and add according to market needs. Method - Product design operational management approach. Result - This product design helps companies to implement user requirements in the form of user interface. Keywords: Application, Doku, Feature Update, Business opportunity.

Abstract Purpose of Review The aim of this paper is to present basic data on pleural manometry and to outline the advances in its use as both a research tool enabling a better understanding of pleural pathophysiology and as a clinical tool useful in management strategy planning in patients with pleural diseases. To discuss updates and current trends in the development of pleural manometry, a search of the literature on pleural manometry published in recent years was performed. Recent Findings The technique of pleural manometry has significantly evolved over the last 40 years from simple water manometers to electronic or digital devices which enable the measurement and recording of instantaneous pleural pressure. Although to date it is mainly used as a research tool, pleural manometry has the potential to be applied in clinical practice. Recent studies demonstrated that monitoring of pleural pressure changes during therapeutic thoracentesis does not seem to be helpful in predicting re-expansion pulmonary edema and procedure-related chest discomfort. On the other hand, measurement of pleural elastance plays an important role in the diagnosis of unexpandable lung in patients with malignant pleural effusion facilitating determination of the optimal management strategy. Additionally, it allows for study of newly discovered phenomena, including pleural pressure pulse assessment and the impact of continuous positive airway pressure and cough on pleural pressure. Summary Pleural manometry is an established technique of pleural pressure measurement. Despite recent advances, its role in clinical practice remains undetermined.
