The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and Adversity Quotient on learning motivation of 10th graders of State Vocational High School 1 Pasmah Air Keruh. The sample in this study amounted to 96 students. The research instruments are observation sheets, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is Pearson product moment analysis. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient together on learning motivation. This means that the better the intellectual intelligence, the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the level of motivation in learning.

Artinya semakin tinggi stabilitas emosi maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan mengajarnya, sebaliknya semakin rendah stabilitas emosi maka semakin rendah pula kesiapan mengajarnya. This study aimed to determine the correlation between emotional stability and teaching readiness. This study used quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 60 teachers who were selected using a purposive sample technique. The research method used was the scale of teaching readiness and emotional distress. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment analysis test with the help of the Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for windows program. The results showed that: There was a positive and significant correlation between emotionally unstable and teaching readiness with the value of r count = 0.451> the value of r table = 0.254 and the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.050). This means that the higher the emotional distress, the higher the teaching readiness, conversely the lower the emotional distress, the lower the teaching readiness.

Teacher Quality is one factor that determines student achievement, the research to find out the relationship and contribution to the quality of teachers to student achievement in subjects Housekeeping. This Reseach is expected to expective to be useful for teachers to improve performance. To measure student achievement are used Pearson Product Moment analysis method. Of test data analysis can be seen that there is asignificant relationship with the teacher quality anatara student achiement, which toount (7.09423) is greater than ttable (2.021). Whereas the contribution of teacher quality on student achiement is the amount of KP 46.64% while the remaining 53.36% is determinedby other variables is one of the largest employment practices in the industry.

Despite increasing use of pressurized irrigation methods, most irrigation projects worldwide still involve surface systems. Accurate estimation of the amount of infiltrating water and its spatial distribution in the soil is of great importance in the design and management of furrow irrigation systems. Moment analysis has previously been applied to describe the subsurface water distribution using input data from numerical simulations rather than field measured data, and assuming a constant ponding depth in the furrow. A field experiment was conducted in a blocked-end level furrow at Maricopa Agricultural Center, Arizona, USA, to study the effect of time-variable ponding depths on soil water distribution and the resulting wetting bulb under real conditions in the field using moment analysis. The simulated volumetric soil water contents run with variable and constant (average) ponding depths using HYDRUS 2D/3D were almost identical, and both compared favorably with the field data. Hence, only the simulated soil water contents with variable ponding depths were used to calculate the moments. It was concluded that the fluctuating flow depth had no significant influence on the resulting time-evolving ellipses. This was related to the negligible 10-cm variation in ponding depths compared to the high negative matric potential of the unsaturated soil.
