The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and Adversity Quotient on learning motivation of 10th graders of State Vocational High School 1 Pasmah Air Keruh. The sample in this study amounted to 96 students. The research instruments are observation sheets, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is Pearson product moment analysis. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient together on learning motivation. This means that the better the intellectual intelligence, the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the level of motivation in learning.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning  motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) bagaimanakah tingkat motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja; (2) pengaruh masing-masing variabel motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; dan (3) pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Pariwisata Kompetensi Keahlian Jasa Boga di DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 16. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Variabel motivasi belajar, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja diperoleh kategori sedang serta kinerja Prakerin dalam kategori rendah; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Variabel kinerja Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.  THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING MOTIVATION, PERFORMANCE, INTENSITY OF PRAKERIN MENTORING ON WORK READINESS OF STUDENTS IN TOURISM VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL REGIONAbstractThis study aimed to find out: (1) how is the learning motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring and job readiness; (2) the effect of each variable motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring on work readiness; and (3) the influence of variables motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring in aggregate on work readiness of students in Vocational High School Majoring in Catering Services in Yogyakarta Special Region.This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 16.Research conclusion shows: (1) variable learning motivation, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring and job readiness are in the fair category obtained and Prakerin the performance in the low category; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on work readiness; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of Prakerin performance on job readiness; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of intensity Prakerin teacher mentoring on job readiness; and (5) there is a positive and significant influence of the three independent variables in aggregate on the dependent variable.

The results of this study indicate that the behavior of teachers, the variationsin teaching and learning motivation of students simultaneously influence thestudents’ learning outcomes the students of state senior high school in thedistrict of Talang Ubi regency of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. For the effectof partially found that there are a positive and significant influence teachers’behavior partially on students’ learning outcomes, and there is a significantnegative influence of variations of teaching and students’ learning motivationpartially on students’ learning outcomes.

  The research was in the background by viewing the fact on the ground that many students are often bored and students tend to passively listen to the teacher's descriptions because the less attractive lesson material transmission and the lack of communication between teacher and student in the lesson, resulting in a lack of student's learning motivation. With that background, researchers are intrigued to examine whether the creativity of a teacher in Islam is affecting students' learning motivation. The research was conducted in Junior High School YPN Bojonggede Bogor. The population is 103 students while the sample is 35 students. The study implemented correlation methods with research instruments using angkets for the creativity of the islamic religious education teacher and student learning motivation. Data was analyzed using product moment correlation techniques. Research shows r calculated= 0.47 > r table= 0.344. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho rejected which means there is an influence in the creativity of teachers of Islam's education on students' learning motivation. So is the significance test with t test show t count 3.0590 > t table 2.0301. This means the influence of the creativity of the islamic religious education teacher on student learning motivation is a significant influence, while  the  contribution  of  the  creativity  of  the  islamic  religious  education  teacher  on  the student's learning motivation is shown by KD (Coefficient of Determination) as 22.09%.

This research related to Implementation of instruction based students’ activities and Students’ learning Motivation toward students’ learning achievementt of Ninth Grade Students State Junior High School 3 Pamekasan regency . The students’ learning achievementt is influenced by Implementation of instruction based students’ activities. Additionally it is influenced by Students’ learning Motivation. Good and regularly Implementation of instruction based students’ activities brings a positive effect on the students’ learning achievement and a high learning motivation in teaching will increase the students achievement.            The purpose of this research is (1) to describe  Implementation of instruction based students’ activities toward students’ learning achievement. (2) to describe the significant influence of the Students’ learning Motivation toward students’ learning achievement . (3) to describe the significant influence of Implementation of instruction based students’ activities and Students’ learning Motivation simultaniously toward students’ learning achievement.            The design of this research is descriptive quantitative. The subject of the research is Ninth Grade Students of State Junior High School 3 Pamekasan. The data collecting technique is by giving some questionnaires. Data analyzing technique used patial and multi-regression computerized SPSS 17.00 program for windows. The Result and the discussion as follows:  a) There is a significant influence on the Implementation of instruction based students’ activities  (X1) toward students’ learning achievement is about 0,312. b) There is a significant influence on the Students’ learning Motivation (X2) toward students’ learning achievement is about 0,062 by the significanct level 0,000, on t-account, that means smaller than 0,05. It can be concluded that X1 and X2 are very significant. c) There is a significant influence on the Implementation of instruction based students’ activities and Students’ learning Motivation simultaneously toward students’ learning achievement is about 17,617 by the significanct level 0,000, on F-account, that means smaller than 0,05. It can be concluded that X1 and X2 are very significant toward Y.

This research aimed to find out the influence of students’ interests in choosing the mechanical engineering vocational program. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all Grade X students in Yogyakarta which total number were 180 respondents. The data collecting technique was using questionnaires which then was analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression. The results of this study were (1) Students’ interests in choosing mechanical engineering vocational program was high. (2) There was a positive and significant influence from students’ own understanding, family, school, and society towards students’ interests in choosing the mechanical engineering vocational program, (3) The four variables, together, have positive and significant influences towards vocational high school students’ interests in choosing the mechanical engineering vocational program in Yogyakarta..

Learning facilities and infrastructure as the factor strongly assumed to influence students learning motivation. Based on the results regression analysis of data collected through a survey method with a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents in one of private vocational high school student in Bandung. It is found that learning facilities and infrastructure have an effect on students learning motivation. The findings can have implications on the teaching and learning process. The implication are also for education researchers to consider learning facilities and infrastructure as predictors or variables of better students learning motivation.ABSTRAKSarana dan prasarana pembelajaran merupakan faktor yang tidak dapat di abaikan keberadaan dan peranannya sebagai factor pendukung terhadap keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dukungan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran sangatlah nyata terutama terhadap tumbuhnya motivasi belajar para siswa dan pada gilirannya kelak akan memberikan efek yang berarti  terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Dengan kata lain bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar para siswa. Hal tersebut terbukti secara empirik berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada salah satu  Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan swasta di Bandung dengan melibatkan 50 siswanya sebagai responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran memiliki hubungan langsung dan kuat dengan motivasi belajar mereka. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa sarana dan prasarana belajar memberikan pengaruh kuat terhadap motivasi belajar mereka. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran merupakan factor determinan  terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Research aimed to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire likert scale models. Respondents are 64 students of Vocational High School in Bandung. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) the teacher pedagogic competence is in good enough category, student's learning motivation and student's learning result are in medium category, (2) pedagogic competence of teacher and student's learning motivation influences student learning result either partially or simultaneously .ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa.  Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah 64 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori cukup baik, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, (2) kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
