This paper comprehensively reviews the spiral dynamics optimization (SDO) algorithm and investigates its characteristics. SDO algorithm is one of the most straightforward physics-based optimization algorithms and is successfully applied in various broad fields. This paper describes the recent advances of the SDO algorithm, including its adaptive, improved, and hybrid approaches. The growth of the SDO algorithm and its application in various areas, theoretical analysis, and comparison with its preceding and other algorithms are also described in detail. A detailed description of different spiral paths, their characteristics, and the application of these spiral approaches in developing and improving other optimization algorithms are comprehensively presented. The review concludes the current works on the SDO algorithm, highlighting its shortcomings and suggesting possible future research perspectives.

Abstract The article discusses the alternatives for financial institutions related to global business reshaping after pandemic waves during post-quarantine economic recovery. To select the most acceptable variant of business hybridization, the theory of generations was used, which allows us to determine the value orientation of different age group representatives and impose it on the financial institutions’ human resource policy during the transition to a hybrid form of business organization. On the basis of the integral spiral dynamics theory, a theoretical assessment of the correspondence of the corporate culture of organizations of different types to the options for the transition to a hybrid business is given. Various models of hybrid organizations in the financial sector have been developed and presented and their degree of compliance with the level of business development in Ukraine has been assessed. Sociometric analysis done on the representative sample in the well-developed business center of Ukraine reveals the possible approaches to the hybridization in the financial sphere with regards to age distribution of employees.

Abstract The article discusses issues related to the implementation of the concept of sustainable development through the prism of the spiral dynamics approach. An example of sustainable models for the implementation of activities in the forestry area and considered inconsistencies in conceptual attitudes necessary to implement such an approach and in the vMems of today. The purpose of this study is consideration of the applied aspects management on the value-based change. As part of the study, an information and management scheme for the forestry industry has been developed, which allows you to see information in the process relationships. General recommendations for the management of values have been developed on a specific example of the forestry industry. Modern society requires specialists of a new formation, able to integrate spiral movements, ready to design new businesses and projects, taking into account the requirements of the 2nd level vMems.

The analysis of secondary marketing information shows that the current situation in Ukraine is characterized by dissatisfaction with the needs of the moral and ethical nature of the population, which is one of the factors of the economic crisis (the lack of trust in the relations between consumers and manufacturers and sellers and transparency in the conduct of business processes caused an imbalance of economic balance). Therefore, in the process of strategic planning at enterprises, it is necessary to be guided by the principles of socially responsible business. At the same time, the implementation by domestic enterprises of socially responsible business measures is a necessary component of increasing their competitiveness. The consumer, as a unit of society, satisfies his interest in the growth of the general standard of living. The company, in turn, receives not only a society-favorable opinion for its own functioning but also an increase in the recognition and loyalty of customers and its own employees, which positively affects its financial performance. The work based on the analysis of statistical information analyzes the level of satisfaction of the needs of the population of Ukraine in accordance with the classification of the needs of A. Maslow and the theory of spiral dynamics. It was established that companies, based on the basic provisions of the concept of value marketing, are important to realize their role in the development of society and in the purpose of responsibility, to develop and implement measures for the development of society and its transition to the next stage of meeting the needs of people, implementing them in all areas of their activities. This need is also reinforced by the interest of the younger generation in social problems: his concern about the environmental state of the planet and the degree of environmental pollution, food safety, the desire for inclusiveness, openness, and transparency of society and the economy in particular, etc. Especially clearly evidence of the theory about the need for companies to conduct socially responsible business can be seen in a pandemic because together with the difficulty of meeting the basic needs of people, their moral and ethical needs are obvious and dissatisfied. The paper contains recommended measures of social responsibility of companies according to the pyramid of A. Maslow and the theory of spiral dynamics, which allow them to realize universal human values and needs at higher levels. The measures of social responsibility of business submitted by the authors are further grouped into four groups of social needs, such as ecology, development, security, and assistance.

The paper investigates the value paradigm of Ukrainians and their peculiarities by means of the theory of spiral dynamics, analyzes the index of perception of corruption in different countries of the world and identifies the relationship between high level of corruption and low level of income, and designs inclusive growth and development of Ukraine. Object of study – the processes of inclusive growth and development through the prism of the valueoriented approach of the theory of spiral dynamics. Purpose of the study – to substantiate the prerequisites for the formation of a model of inclusive development based on the theory of spiral dynamics, which will allow to involve all members of society in socio-economic processes, taking into account their values, needs and opportunities. Method of the study – methods of economic, systemic, comparative analysis. Results and innovation of the study – in the paper investigates the influence of the system of values of society on its socio-economic development with the help of the theory of spiral dynamics, peculiarities of its evolution and influence on the socio-economic development of the country. The mental features of the Ukrainians, their evolution and prerequisites for mental modernization through the change of the paradigm of thinking through the construction of an inclusive state are analyzed. The article proposes a design for inclusive growth and development based on four main pillars: rules, institutions, a well-informed society, and political leadership. Modern IT technologies will become a tool for implementing this model. The modern paternalistic ideology that underlies the state centralization of financial resources with further redistribution should be changed to the ideology of promoting entrepreneurship and private initiatives, which will undoubtedly improve the well-being of all citizens and make our country competitive in the global arena. Forecast assumptions about the object of study – a value-oriented approach can give a powerful impulse to build an inclusive state, which by its perfection did not yet exist in the world, because it allows to involve all citizens in socio-economic processes due to modern technologies. The article discusses the theoretical provisions of coaching technology as a method of optimizing the socio-economic efficiency of the personnel in organization. The types of coaching, principles, and procedures of coaching are analyzed. The main philosophical and psychological postulates of coaching and its main directions are considered. The modern classification of coaching, the conditions for the effectiveness of coach management, the main aspects of process management in the context of coaching technology have been studied. The general provisions for setting goals in coaching are studied. The system of questions “GROW” developed by J. Whitmore and E. Parslow is analyzed. The instrumental foundations of coaching have been studied. The article considers the approach of R. Dilts to determine the peculiarities of the system of values and beliefs of a person, as well as the model of “spiral dynamics”, built on the original ideas of Dr. K. Graves.
