Decoloniality of school governance in Lesotho: A Religio-historical approach

In this work, I examined the church's continuous ownership and governance of schools in Lesotho using colonial discourse analysis. I began by underlining the power struggle between the church and the state in school management, which dates back to the introduction of Western formal education in Lesotho by missionaries. I then argued that coloniality is the cause of the church's continued ownership and governance of schools. I also demonstrated how the church's continued ownership and administration of schools has harmed the church's credibility while also jeopardising education service delivery in the country. Decoloniality is presented as a counter-approach in my recommendation. Decoloniality deconstructs and reveals the limitations of coloniality ideology masquerading as the truth of events, as promoted by both religious and secular fundamentalists. Decoloniality proposes border thinking at various stages of delinking from a mission Christian education system. Border thinking assumes a diversity of viewpoints, with religious and secular viewpoints coexisting in the delivery of public education.

STRENGTHENING THE BORDER CONTROL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE FRAMEWORK OF SUPERVISION OF FOREIGNERS THAT HAS BEEN DENIED TO ENTER INTO INDONESIA

This research discusses the strengthening of Border Control Management (BCM) system in the context of monitoring foreigners who have been refused entry to Indonesian territory. The Border Control Management system is the border management system that aims as a regional surveillance management system at state borders which aims to handle all forms of settlement of activities of crossing people both entering and leaving Indonesian territory, but to assist the supervision of foreigners who have entered Indonesian territory. It is deemed necessary to strengthen the system Border Control Management to assist immigration officials and immigration officers in detecting these foreigners. The writing method used in this final report is descriptive qualitative research a method by conducting interviews and surveys to the Immigration Checkpoints of Kualanamu International Airport and the Class 1 Special Immigration Office of TPI Medan. The results of the study show that by strengthening the system it Borders Control Management is felt that it can help immigration officers in making decisions.

Study and Application of Information Integration of Enterprise Model Based on Web Service

Enterprise's information integration can combine the variety of information resources and business of the enterprises organically, realizes the integration crossing over system border. The purpose is to integrate the existing platform, database, application and server together organically step by step from the data aspect, to solve "information island" and the problem existed in information interact. This paper analyses the disadvantages of the traditional integrated scheme and the advantages of integrated scheme based on Web Service, researches the present Web Service theory and correlated technology, and establishes the scheme of enterprise information integration based on Web Service, applies to the construction of campus informatization integrated database platform and realizes the campus database sharing.

Quantitative Study on Model and Basic Concepts of Thermodynamic System

Dynamic changing process is caused by heat and mass transfer between thermodynamic system and outside, which is not entirely judged in Traditional thermodynamics. Drawing on Modern Thermodynamic and Shell Theory, a new thermodynamic system has been conducted, which consists of inner system, border (shell) and outside. Shell is formed by shell wall and shell gates, and shell wall is insulated. On the basis of above, the opening degree and exchange rate, and the relationship between them are proposed. In the new system, the message as a physical quantity is equivalent to material and energy. The exchanging physical quantities include information, material and energy between thermodynamic system and outside. As the material flow exchange process, stability criterion (border opening degree) is derived. Traditional thermodynamics is perfected and supplemented by the research findings, which offered theory basis for thermodynamic system exact analysis.
