Objectives: The new public service theory is a new theory and practice mode of public administration, which provides an important theoretical platform and a new perspective for the construction of government service center. Value pluralism will inevitably make it difficult for a single value appeal to be consistent with the public value of the public. Methods: If the principle of single value supremacy is the only one, it will promote the infinite development of a certain kind of sports social organizations. Results: To improve the supply efficiency of sports public services, social sports services belong to public organizations, and their development aims to provide social sports services for all citizens, which requires a large number of human resources to participate in public sports services and management. The development of sports social organizations is influenced by economic development and the implementation of the national regional development strategy, the understanding of the government and relevant departments, and the development of sports public services. Conclusion: The choice of paths to promote the innovation mode of social services will provide better public services for improving the existing supply mode and system of public services.

Purpose Contemporary service and marketing research on value co-creation and value co-destruction assume a one-dimensional view on value, ranging from positive value co-creation, alignment and high value to negative value co-destruction, misalignment and low value. This limitation has recently led researchers to conceptually develop more dynamic spatial-temporal models of how value is formed during the interaction, e.g. in terms of different relationships between practice elements (procedures, understandings and engagements) both within and between actors in “value formation spaces”. However, much of this research awaits validation and is in need of more details. This study aims to address this limitation with the purpose of detailing how and why the mechanisms in such spaces are formed. Design/methodology/approach Two different and interlinked typologies were analytically derived from previous research and applied on ethnographically-inspired multi-perspective empirical data from a service combining health care and transport service ecosystems, using a combination of interviews, observations and service design methodologies. The design in combination with a practice theory perspective was used to articulate crucial aspects related to understanding the dynamics of value co-formation for elaborative and illustrative purposes. Findings The study contributes to service theory by conceptualizing as follows: a typology consisting of nine different configurations of practice elements (within and between such elements) and eight possible directions that value formation can take, suggesting a theory that explains value co-creation, value co-destruction and mixed cases. Research limitations/implications Although the findings have been developed in a specific empirical context, they articulate a conceptualization applicable to many other service and marketing value co-formation settings. Practical implications The typologies are conceptual tools to be used in identifying and measuring the alignment/misalignment of practice elements in complex organizations. The empirical findings uncover service problems faced by disabled customers. Originality/value The suggested typologies can guide research and practitioners in understanding and analysing value co-formation mechanisms in complex service settings.

<p class="AbstractText"><em>People with disabilities</em><em> </em><em>in their lives still experience various</em><em> </em><em>obstacles that come from their environment. The lack of opportunities given to them leads to</em><em> </em><em>limited access in meeting their needs,both as individuals and as part of citizens. As a result, the participation of people with disabilities in the community becomes low so</em><em> </em><em>that it is only considered as a burden and as an object of compensation (charity) so that in the end the creation of social   exclusion in society. Since the state ratified the Convention on The Rights of Person with Disabilities and contained it into Law No. 19 of</em><em> </em><em>2011</em><em> </em><em>it is expected that social awareness about people with disabilities begins to   grow. One of the areas that</em><em> </em><em>also adopted is Jakarta Province through Regulation No. 10 of 2011 on The Protection of Persons with Disabilities.     The number of people with disabilities in Jakarta in 2019 as many as 14,459 people. The high level of mobilization in Jakarta should also be balanced with the fulfillment of accessibility of public facilities for</em><em> </em><em>all its citizens without exception.</em><em> </em><em>The availability of physical infrastructure that is friendly for people with disabilities can improve their capabilities.</em><em> This research aims to see how to fulfill the accessibility of public facilities for people with    disabilities in Jakarta through Regulation No.</em><em> </em><em>10 </em><em>of 2011. The research method used is descriptive qualitative</em><em> </em><em>by using inclusive public service theory, and accessibility theory.</em><em> </em><em>While</em><em> collecting the data through observations, in depth interviews and literature studies. </em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>: </em></strong><strong><em>Accessibility, Public Facilities, Implementation, Persons With Disabilities.</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><h2>Abstrak</h2><p class="AbstractText">Penyandang disabilitas dalam kehidupannya masih mengalami berbagai hambatan yang berasal dari lingkungannya. Minimnya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada mereka menyebabkan mengalami keterbatasan akses dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya, baik yang menyangkut sebagai individu maupun sebagai bagian dari warga negara. Akibatnya, partisipasi penyandang disabilitas di tengah masyarakat menjadi rendah sehingga hanya dianggap sebagai beban dan sebagai obyek santunan (<em>charity</em>) sehingga pada akhirnya terciptanya eksklusi sosial dimasyarakat. Sejak negara turut meratifikasi CRPD (<em>Convention on The Rights of Person with Disabilities</em>) dan memuatnya ke dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2011 diharapkan <em>social awareness </em>tentang penyandang disabilitas mulai tumbuh. Salah satu daerah yang turut mengadopsi adalah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Perlindungan Penyandang Disabilitas.  Jumlah penyandang disabilitas di DKI Jakarta tahun 2019 sebanyak 14.459 jiwa. Tingginya tingkat mobilisasi di DKI Jakarta sepatutnya turut diimbangi dengan pemenuhan aksesibilitas fasilitas publik bagi semua warganya tanpa terkecuali.  Ketersediaan infrastruktur fisik yang ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas dapat meningkatkan kapabilitasnya. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pemenuhan aksesibilitas fasilitas publik bagi penyandang disabilitas di DKI Jakarta melalui Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2011. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori pelayanan publik inklusif, dan teori aksesibilitas.  Sedangkan pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara <em>indepth</em> dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perda terkait fasilitas publik bagi penyandang disabilitas masih belum optimal. PurposeIn 2020, the Journal of Service Theory and Practice (JSTP), previously titled Managing Service Quality, celebrates its 30th anniversary. This study provides a retrospective of the evolution and contribution of the journal to service research by identifying its major trends, research constituents, factors contributing to citations and thematic structure over its 29 active years (1991–2019). The paper concludes by providing directions and ideas for progressing service researchDesign/methodology/approachThe study uses the Scopus database to extract JSTP's bibliographic data. It employs bibliometric methods to study the trends of the journal, such as the citation structure and most-contributing authors, institutions and countries. Bibliographic coupling and keyword co-occurrence analyses are used to study the intellectual structure of the journal. Regression analysis discloses the factors influencing citations of JSTP articles. Factors explaining the citation count of JSTP articles include article age, number of author keywords, article length, title length and number of references.FindingsJSTP's influence has grown significantly in the scientific community, which is evidenced by findings relating to the citation counts, the thematic scope/variety and authorship features of the JSTP papers published during the last 30 years. JSTP attracts publications from around the globe, but most contributions come from the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Although JSTP has continuously evolved with new and varied themes, a bibliographic coupling analysis clustered JSTP articles into five major clusters.Research limitations/implicationsThe limitations of the Scopus database may impact the study's results.Originality/valueThis study is the first to provide a comprehensive review of JSTP since its launch. It is useful to the editorial board and other JSTP stakeholders as well as service scholars alike.
