In the provision of public services, the standard of immigration services is an essential element as well as a form of effort to protect the sovereignty of the Indonesian State. Public facilities at control points for maritime immigration (TPI) tend to be involved and erratic. Data collection and monitoring of foreign ships and members of the crew is also conventionally carried out. The existence of Inapornet (Indonesia Port Integration System) which was initiated by the Ministry of Transportation has been implemented to help improve the performance of port authorities in the field of public services because as the basis of a system, it helps change conventional traditions to become modern with the help of information communication technology. The Inaportnet system itself is able to speed up the port clearance process. However, until now the Inaportnet system has not been applied by the Directorate General of Immigration. Then the research was carried out using a qualitative research methodology with a qualitative - descriptive method to analyze the implementation of the Inapornet system as a whole. All data obtained were obtained from the Immigration Office class I TPI Tanjung Priok. The results showed that the use of the Inaportnet system can be the fastest and easiest solution at this time to overcome the lack of support for technology and information systems that were created specifically to address and fulfill services in the field of immigration inspection at marine TPI. The application of this system supports the movement of the central government in implementing a one gate away system at ports.

The practice of brokering is one of the concerns felt by the community at immigration services. The Directorate General of Immigration immediately followed up on the report, and appealed to all technical units of immigration to eradicate brokering practices and the practice of extortion (illegal levies) on immigration services. In line with this appeal, the Directorate General of Immigration made an online application called APAPO. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non-TPI Kediri in follow-up to the practice of extortion and brokering also built the Flip Barrier Gate system. This system utilizes the use of RFID (Radio Frequent Identification) technology embedded in the access card. However, over time, this system began to find some problems. Among the obstacles that have arisen are the inactivity of this system because it is feared that it will become the center of the spread of COVID-19 due to the alternating use of access cards. In this research, development planning is carried out for the Flip Barrier Gate Class II Non-TPI Kediri Immigration Office. Flip Barrier Gate is integrated with APAPO through the use of QR code booking code as an access reader. In development planning, this study uses the system development theory described by Tata Sutabri. This phase consists of 5 stages, namely, system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance.

Presidential Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning the Use of Foreign Workers as a trimmer of bureaucracy so that Foreign Workers who will come to Indonesia have the licensing process not as complicated as before. However, the reality in the field still finds some systemic problems that occur in the ITAS extension process, including: Electronic ITAS notification sending that does not go to the sponsor's email and has to be resent and the network when taking Biometrics (taking photos and fingerprints) is slow and the Biometric Matching System (BMS) to the center used by all applications requiring biometric checks is also slow. This certainly hinders immigration officers from issuing ITAS. System problems that occur include: Electronic ITAS notification sending that does not go to the sponsor's email and has to be resent and the network when taking Biometrics (taking photos and fingerprints) is slow and Biometric Matching System (BMS) to the center used by all applications requires slow biometric checks too. This journal discusses the implementation of the Border Control Management (BCM) system which is integrated with the Enhanced Cekal System (ECS), the Interpol I-24/7 system and also with the repository servers such as residence permits and DPRI systems in terms of security in this case based on the principle of selective policy. This form of research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Based on the research conducted, in the BCM system there is an Immigration Data Exchange as a regulator of integration between applications. The application of an integrated system in BCM makes the results of immigration checks at the time of scanning the passport showing the status of a ban, visa and residence permit, the last crossing, the status of Interpol, checking the transportation means, and checking other passports. However, the system is still often partially connected so that the Class I Special TPI Soekarno-Hatta Immigration Office must make various efforts such as having a Special IT team and making innovations to make immigration checks at TPI easier and more effective and in accordance with the principle of selective policies implemented by Indonesia.

The existence of the system used by humans over time will experience problems or problems and increase the system requirements needed by system users. One of the applications of SIMKIM at the Air Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) is the Immigration Crossing Application (APK) system. This APK is a transformation of the Border Control Management (BCM) system which has the function of capturing, verifying, matching, and recording data contained in electronic travel documents, namely passports and other travel documents such as visas, travel document readers, biographical & biometric identities, watch lists , automatic border control. If the airline passenger manifest has been integrated with the APK system, the immigration check can be more efficient in terms of how much input is made to produce maximum output, the application of which can be a comparison of the inputs carried out in the immigration inspection process using an integrated APK system to get maximum output in the form of fast immigration checks and accurate data because it is supported by the passenger manifest data.

In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by collecting data through interviewing techniques for respondents and observations made in a comprehensive manner. in the network to get credible data. The results of this study are proven that the use of design elements in Visual Communication Design Theory has not been maximal in the place where the author conducted the research. Therefore the authors provide a recommendation for the existence of guidelines that contain standardization of infographic layout designs that will equalize all design elements for use by designers in each Immigration Technical Service Unit. In addition, to improve image and positive public perceptions of each Immigration Technical Service Unit as well as increase public confidence in in an information that published by each Immigration Technical Service Unit.
