The aim of this paper was to examine the manner in which Lafarge, a multinational cement corporation, has gone about executing an IT-based strategy. The analysis was motivated by multiple concepts of strategy. Based on currently authorized company framework. The study was done to, evaluate the development process of the ICT-based growth plan for Lafarge cement and to analyse the issues encountered by Lafarge cement in integrating information and communication technologies as a strategic plan. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect the results. Descriptive figures were used to validate the data's results. The full text discovered that the application of ICT techniques was split down into many levels with numerous sections being allocated to separate divisions and departments. The key players in the development activities were the management who adopted the technologies, external experts and IT workers. There were several planks in the development process, e.g. restricted jobs of method. Because of this, it was not as successful for the lower levels of workers that the ICT approach tackled. It is advised that senior management reduce the amount of administration in the company to move more effectively. There is a need for senior and middle level management to be properly qualified in managing policy execution, and how to effectively deal with different cultures in the enterprise.

This paper aims to critically review best technology practices for native digital students in Indonesia. The success of learning using technology today cannot be separated from educators' ability to choose technology practice models from various learning sources. To present practices used for the digital generation, we have looked at data from dozens of scientific findings that examine digital best practices, particularly those that improve learning outcomes. After the data has been collected, we continue the critical review process to discuss the phenomenon and its attributes. Searching for data, analyzing, and summarizing data to answer the research questions was carried out with validity and reliability. We rely on online data searches. The result uses devices, teleconferencing, smart boards, reflective web journals, cloud servers, 3D printing, learning and practicing, maintaining flexibility and persistence, promoting collaboration, feedback, and research culture. Thus, these results will serve as essential reminder inputs for educators and researchers, curriculum innovation.

Low energy efficiency of foundry class electric arc steelmaking furnaces (EAF) mainly is caused by heat loss by massive lining during forced downtime. A low-power transformer doesn’t allow, in the conditions of classical technology, practice of traditional water-cooled elements in order to replace partially the lining, what determines increased refractory consumption. The aim is energy and refractory savings. On the basis of numerical modeling of heat exchange by radiation in the EAF working space, taking into account capacity, bath shape factor, duration of technological period of heat, a multiple regression equation for power of heat loss with cooling water was obtained. Three-row water-cooled wall panels with a spatial structure are elaborated, which provide a decrease in heat loss by 14 %, in comparison with two-row ones. Estimates of optimal relative cooled surface of the EAF working space, providing refractory savings up to 25-30%, are substantiated.

communication network. However, the high purchase price of a Spectrum Analyzer means that not everyone can afford it. One solution to overcome this problem is to make a piece of hardware capable of performing the same performance as a Spectrum Analyzer but at a relatively cheaper price. Prototype Spectrum Analyzer to be implemented is a device capable of displaying the spectrum of a signal in a certain frequency range. This engineering was carried out from July to October 2020 at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic Campus and testing tools with a comparison tool was carried out at Otban Region V Makassar. The technique or method used in data collection is the library method by collecting some written data from books, literature, and tutorials on the internet, as reference material and then analyzing solutions that can be taken in solving problems. From the results of tests carried out by using RTL-SDR on the Single Board Computer (SBC), Raspberry pi can display the frequency spectrum whether it is done singly or applied to the network so that it can be used as a learning medium for wireless technology practice or other materials that measure frequency From sergi, the performance of the trainer spectrum analyzer with the use of raspberry pi as a device for processing radio / wireless signals is quite good at utilization with CLI mode (command line interface) but is relatively slow when used on the desktop as a portable spectrum analyzer that can be used as a learning medium
