In an intensively developing society and the introduction of special automated technologies used in teaching classes, it greatly facilitates the educational process. The purpose of the article is to find the relationship between personal and regulatory characteristics identified when building feedback in the educational process to actualize productive behavior. To find an inspiring trigger of productive behavior, the authors identified the principle of feedback, which determines the form of information interaction, which is controlled by a system of techniques aimed at its participants to assess the results and their subsequent correction. The essence of the manifestation of self-regulation is revealed, which consists in the functioning of regulatory processes of planning, programming, modeling and evaluation of results, as well as regulatory and personal properties in establishing the relationship between volitional self-regulation and the propensity for productive behavior. It is proposed to consider the construction of feedback in the format of a highly structured environment (FSES, information platforms, remote forms of education during a pandemic) that influences the manifestation of stable and regulatory characteristics of students. It has been proven that the introduction of distance education in a university in a permanent format leads to an increase in the level of neuroticism in 30% of students and in 70% of the manifestation of an attitude towards distance learning as a difficult situation. The article is intended for researchers in the field of automated technologies, educators, educational psychologists and graduate students.

In a dynamically developing society, the modernization of the higher education system needs an up-to-date understanding of trends, problems and prospects for implementation in each direction. The purpose of the work is to identify the specifics of the attitude to the introduction of paid higher education of students and teachers, that is, the main agents of the provision and consumption of educational services. The implementation of research tasks was achieved using a quantitative method of sociological research - a questionnaire among students and teachers of the Volgograd Institute of Management - a branch of the RANEPA. The results of the study demonstrate an ambiguous attitude to this aspect of modernization: 53% of the surveyed teachers consider the introduction of paid higher education a necessary measure, 67.9% of students do not share this position. Respondents unanimously believe that fee-based education can improve the financial situation of the university, its material, technical and research base. The main risk of the development of paid higher education is associated with the difficulties of students and their families related to the financial provision of tuition on a fee-based basis. The identified problems can be compensated by the development of alternative sources of financing for higher education, including targeted training, as well as the expansion of opportunities for obtaining social support for students and their families.

The ongoing project to issue the Complete Works of Rosa Luxemburg, which will make all of her writings available in English translation, provides a critical lens to re-evaluate aspects of Luxemburg’s theoretical contribution that has often been passed over in much of the secondary literature on her. Of foremost importance in this regard is the distinctive contribution that she made to the understanding of how to achieve a transition to socialism in a developing society that remains surrounded by the capitalist world market and imperialist powers. This paper aims to show that her reflections during and after the 1905 Revolution, especially as reflected in a series of rarely studied articles and essays in the Polish revolutionary press, provides an important corrective to how the transition to socialism was understood by other Marxist currents.

This article studies the specific designation of morals under the conditions of a modern society. Due to the circumstances that morals are able to overcome differences between the social regulatory systems and to unite the perceptions of a regulatory framework, they have become a major contemporary metalegal regulator. Being a significant social regulator, morals also play a mediation role between law and other social regulatory systems. In this role of theirs, they make a substantial factor having an influence on building and changing legal prescriptions. Morals are also studied as a variable in the conditions of a dynamically developing society and changing conditions of living. Some models of behaviours, which were considered to be against moral only several decades ago, are nowadays regarded as completely normal.

Is a winner mentality acceptable? This chapter will present a brief description of a winner mentality, opportunity gap, and the good, the bad, and the perplexity of the educational pipeline for Latinos. Hispanic women/Latinas in higher education have been affected or have benefited during the process of entering institutions into higher education by the recruitment, retention, and promotion of the organizations. As a growing and developing society where income is related with access to education and job opportunities, Hispanic students in the United States have seen how different their educational outcomes are from their White classmates. Overcoming every step of the way many have become Jefa/Supervisor and others Profesora/Professor by exercising positive human interaction while understanding institutional hierarchies and innovating ways to work the system.
