This article attempts to theoretically outline the nature of consciousness in Paul C. Mocombe’s consciousness field theory (CFT). Mocombe posits that consciousness is a channel of; or on; a frequency wavelength; which is both local and nonlocal. According to Mocombe; consciousness; is tied to an emergent fifth force of nature with an elementary particle; psychion; that arises from beings (subjects of experience) experiencing superimposed and entangled worlds; with Schumann waves tied to the (nonlocal) absolute vacuum; which gives rise to local consciousness fields the phenomenal properties; qualia; of which emerge as psychons and psychions in brains.

AbstractWe propose a new possible detection strategy to reveal the fermion–fermion interaction mediated by axions and axion-like particles, based on interferometric measurement of neutron beams. We consider an interferometer in which the neutron beam is split in two sub-beams propagating in regions with differently oriented magnetic fields. The beam paths and the strength of the magnetic fields are set in such a way that the phase difference depends only on the axion-induced interaction. The resulting phase difference is directly related to the presence of axions. Our results show that such a phase might represent, in the future, a tool to probe the existence of axions and axion-like particles or a fifth force with interferometry.

In this essay, we show that quantum gravity and the spin-statistics theorem have very interesting consequences for dark matter candidates. Quantum gravity can lead to fifth force type interactions that lead to a lower bound on the masses of bosonic candidates. In the case of fermions, the spin-statistics theorem leads to a lower bound on fermion masses. For both bosonic and fermionic dark matter candidates, quantum gravity leads to a decay of dark matter particles. A comparison of their lifetime with the age of the universe leads to an upper bound on their masses. For singlet scalar dark matter fields, we find [Formula: see text].

Abstract There are four known fundamental forces of nature and there is a need to combine them into a unified theory. Progress has been made toward this goal but gravity remains an issue. However, the four forces are body forces that act on points. They together do not make the universe a closed system. Here, I identify a surface force, which acts outward normal to the surface of the universe. Further, using water drop hanging in a vacuum as a model, I provide a formula to find the magnitude of this force. The fifth force may be generated by surface tension, a property of the quantum vacuum field.

I give a range of functional forms of all cohesive and adhesive forces and present an equation that unifies all the forces of nature.
