This paper studies the motivation of learning law, compares the teaching effectiveness of two different teaching methods, e-book teaching and traditional teaching, and analyses the influence of e-book teaching on the effectiveness of law by using big data analysis. From the perspective of law student psychology, e-book teaching can attract students' attention, stimulate students' interest in learning, deepen knowledge impression while learning, expand knowledge, and ultimately improve the performance of practical assessment. With a small sample size, there may be some deficiencies in the research results' representativeness. To stimulate the learning motivation of law as well as some other theoretical disciplines in colleges and universities has particular referential significance and provides ideas for the reform of teaching mode at colleges and universities. This paper uses a decision tree algorithm in data mining for the analysis and finds out the influencing factors of law students' learning motivation and effectiveness in the learning process from students' perspective.

Law education is a must subject in many courses due to its importance. However, law is perceived as a complicated subject and consumes much time, particularly for non-law students who do not aim to study law throughout their course registration. Indeed, law education is a dull topic since it is usually taught in a conventional style. School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia, has offered one law subject to the business students, "Business Law". It was realized that most of the students enrolled in that course faced difficulty in learning law education. This paper aims to study the business students' experience of learning law and propose effective teaching methods to ensure that legal topics are taught more acceptably. This paper adopts a qualitative method in collecting data where three surveys and two short interviews were conducted. It was found that the students have found this law subject complicated. Still, they liked the subject and agreed to learn it with some appropriate learning activities. Thus, something must be done to contest these views and change students' perspective on legal courses. This subject needs to be taught in a manner acceptable to attract the students' attention and interest. During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning activities are conducted through the online platform. Therefore, the lecturer must have a good teaching plan to ensure that students can learn and enjoy law.

In light of fine learning ability in the existing uncertainties, a sage revised reiterative even Zernike polynomials neural network (SRREZPNN) control with modified fish school search (MFSS) method is proposed to control the six-phase squirrel cage copper rotor induction motor (SSCCRIM) impelled continuously variable transmission assembled system for obtaining the brilliant control performance. This control construction can carry out the SRREZPNN control with the cozy learning law, and the indemnified control with an assessed law. In accordance with the Lyapunov stability theorem, the cozy learning law in the revised reiterative even Zernike polynomials neural network (RREZPNN) control can be extracted, and the assessed law of the indemnified control can be elicited. Besides, the MFSS can find two optimal values to adjust two learning rates with raising convergence. In comparison, experimental results are compared to some control systems and are expressed to confirm that the proposed control system can realize fine control performance.

Teaching and learning law consists not only of learning all theoretical rules and skills, but also in the acquisition of communicative skills. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to promote writing skills in higher education especially law students in modular system. Furthermore, factor of communicative competence is a term that is necessary and much more practical in teaching and learning law direction than in other areas of competence. If we look at the historical background of this term, communicative skills is a term in linguistics that refers to the grammatical knowledge of syntax, morphology, phonology and the like of a language user, as well as to social knowledge of how and how.
