The current research includes the constructivist learning model, in which the two researchers discussed what this model is in teaching. In their current research, the researchers dealt with its inception, the cognitive foundations of the constructivist learning model, the main foundations upon which the constructivist learning model is based, its objectives, advantages, and the problems encountering its use in Teaching, and its stages when teaching the subject’s teachers in its steps, and then the researchers review a model for a teaching plan according to the constructivist learning model, and the researchers will present the important conclusions from this model, as well as some recommendations and references that were employed in this research.

In order to improve the effect of classroom teaching and realize the improvement of mathematics teaching quality, this article combines data-driven decision-making technology to design a mathematics teaching plan system and applies data-driven decision-making technology to the design of mathematics teaching plan by improving the big data algorithm. In addition, this paper designs a mathematics teaching plan design system based on data-driven decision-making technology. The system learning module displays the knowledge points in a chapter-sequential navigation mode and stores data or information in the nodes, which are connected to form a network structure through chains. Finally, this paper verifies the designed system with experiments. From the results of the experimental research data, it can be seen that the mathematical teaching plan design system based on the data-driven decision-making technology constructed in this article has good practical effects. On this basis, the system constructed in this article can be verified through further practice.

Abstract This article takes the nonlinear differential equation model as an example and uses information technology to create a new course teaching model. The computing software Maple is effectively applied to the precise solution of nonlinear differential equations through the analysis of examples. The overall goal and specific implementation of the teaching plan to integrate ordinary differential equations and information technology have been completed. The study found that the teaching plan proposed in the article is assisted by information technology, with teachers and students participating in an interactive and exploratory teaching method. This method is worthy of further promotion.

Law education is a must subject in many courses due to its importance. However, law is perceived as a complicated subject and consumes much time, particularly for non-law students who do not aim to study law throughout their course registration. Indeed, law education is a dull topic since it is usually taught in a conventional style. School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia, has offered one law subject to the business students, "Business Law". It was realized that most of the students enrolled in that course faced difficulty in learning law education. This paper aims to study the business students' experience of learning law and propose effective teaching methods to ensure that legal topics are taught more acceptably. This paper adopts a qualitative method in collecting data where three surveys and two short interviews were conducted. It was found that the students have found this law subject complicated. Still, they liked the subject and agreed to learn it with some appropriate learning activities. Thus, something must be done to contest these views and change students' perspective on legal courses. This subject needs to be taught in a manner acceptable to attract the students' attention and interest. During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning activities are conducted through the online platform. Therefore, the lecturer must have a good teaching plan to ensure that students can learn and enjoy law.

Cultivating students’ self-management ability is the requirement of social development and the progress of the times to school education, and it is also the need for students’ growth. For middle school students in adolescence and undergoing tremendous changes in their body and mind, its significance is even more prominent. As an element of direct contact with students, activities play an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ self-management ability. Nanjing Yutong Experimental School has added a self-management course to its teaching plan. Through the development of diversified activities, goals are achieved in specific activities, and the overall development of students has been completed. Taking the school’s practical activities as an example, this paper attempted to use the concept of activity teaching to explain better how the school develops self-management of middle school students based on students’ development and creates activities suitable for students’ growth to realize better students realize self-management in activities.
