Concept of sustainable buildings is defined as use of various strategy and standards of working to intensify the quality of life of occupants, secure the environment of neighborhood by lessen the construction rate of consumption of natural resources. Conventional buildings are not much conveniently rated over energy efficient buildings as per indoor climate basis, whereas when studied furthered the users have different reviews. The quality occupancy when evaluated from varying results of users has various aspects. Inappropriate use of building may concerns in bad experience in conventional buildings by the users. New area for further research could be identified as required information for an operation and use is difficult for overall quality experience of the building. There is a shortage of research that takes into account of “Unawareness” or “inconveniences” of occupancy behavior with a survey defining the authentic gap in research. Research on use of energy efficient buildings is increasing, but there is still a scope to give more information and training in operation and use. This paper justifies occupancy evaluation with indoor climate, building operation, occupancy attitudes, and economic.

The purpose of the study was to describe service procedures, doctor services, nurse services, facilities and infrastructure, and Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) and to determine the effect of service procedures, doctor services, nurse services, facilities and infrastructure on bed occupancy rates (BOR). This research was conducted at Caruban Hospital with a sample of 214 people drawn randomly from 480 populations, data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive and ordinal regression. The results of the data analysis show that service presiders, doctor services, nurse services, facilities and infrastructure, and bed occupancy behavior (BOR) are in the “good” category and there is an influence of service procedure, doctor services, nurse services, and facilities and infrastructure on behavior bed occupancy (BOR).

The search for a parking space is a severe and stressful problem for drivers in many cities. The provision of maps with parking space occupancy information assists drivers in avoiding the most crowded roads at certain times. Since parking occupancy reveals a repetitive pattern per day and per week, typical parking occupancy patterns can be extracted from historical data.<br> In this paper, we analyze city-wide parking meter data from Hannover, Germany, for a full year. We describe an approach of clustering these parking meters to reduce the complexity of this parking occupancy information and to reveal areas with similar parking behavior. The parking occupancy at every parking meter is derived from a timestamp of ticket payment and the validity period of the parking tickets. The similarity of the parking meters is computed as the mean-squared deviation of the average daily patterns in parking occupancy at the parking meters. Based on this similarity measure, a hierarchical clustering is applied. The number of clusters is determined with the Davies-Bouldin Index and the Silhouette Index.<br> Results show that, after extensive data cleansing, the clustering leads to three clusters representing typical parking occupancy day patterns. Those clusters differ mainly in the hour of the maximum occupancy. In addition, the lo-cations of parking meter clusters, computed only based on temporal similarity, also show clear spatial distinctions from other clusters.

AbstractThe crystal structure of semseyite, Pb9Sb8S21was successfully refined using a single-crystal specimen from Wolfsberg, Harz, Germany, having chemical composition (EPMA) Pb9.01(1)Sb8.00(3)S21.05(5). The structure belongs to the monoclinicC2/cspace group (a=13.6267(10) Å,b=11.9742(9) Å,c=24.5891(18) Å,β=105.997(3)°,V=3856.8(5) Å3,Z=4,Dc=6.048 g/cm3). Crystal structure refinement with all atoms refined anisotropically converged toR1=4.64% (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure is built of two subunits (A and B) showing TlSbS2-like topology. Each of them stacks parallel to (001), andc/2 in thickness. Two cation sites (Pb1 and Sb5) located at central part of the subunit, show mixed occupancy behavior as 95% Pb and 5% Sb at the Pb5 site, and 95% Sb and 5% Pb at the Sb1 site, respectively. Each of subunits are related by unit cell-level twinning mechanism “tropochemical cell twinning” with the TlSbS2-like subunits alternatively parallel to (1 1 −4) and (−1 1 4) planes.
