This study aims to analyze the effect of banks model, the different types of ownership, and ownership concentration on bank financial performance. State ownership, domestic ownership and foreign ownersip were used as the ownership indicators and Return On Asset (ROA) ratio were used as the proxied of financial performance. The Population that was used in this research consisted of all conventional and islamic commercial banks which is listed in Directory of Indonesian Banking 2018 and published the financial statements during 2014-2019. After passed the purposive sampling method there were 94 banks obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistic, classical assumption test and panel regression test with random effect model. The result of this research showed that banks model and state ownership have positively significant impact on ROA and foreign ownership has negatively significant impact while domestic ownership and ownership concentration have insignificantly impact on bank financial performance

Efficiency for the banking industry as a whole is the most important aspect considered to realize healthy and sustainable financial performance. Therefore, to realize a healthy and sustainable financial performance, the government intervenes in the banking business to divide or categorize banks based on core capital. This study will measure the efficiency level of conventional commercial banks with input variables that are thought to affect the output variable using non-parametric methods with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. Bank size (SIZE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) proved to have a significant positive effect on the efficiency of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. Meanwhile, non-performing loan (NPL) proved to have a significant negative effect on the efficiency of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. External factors such as the rupiah exchange rate (KURS), Bank Indonesia interest rates (SBI), and gross domestic product (GDP) have proven to have no significant positive effect on the efficiency of banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017.

In measuring the soundness of the bank, Bank Indonesia uses the financial ratio of the CAMELS model (Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 6/10 / PBI / 2004) concerning the Commercial Bank Soundness Rating System. The purpose of this research is to find out the significant differences in financial performance between PT. BNI, Tbk with PaninBank and the dominant variable as a differentiator of significant financial performance between PT. BNI, Tbk with PaninBank. The data analysis method used in this study is two different tests independent sample. The results showed that of the 5 variables, there were only two variables that were not statistically different, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) (X1) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) (X5) while the different variables were Return On Risked Asset (RORA) ( X2), Net Profit Margin (NPM) (X3) and Return On Assets (ROA) (X4)

The population is fairly dense and home industryhad an impact on the level of the communityconsumption on the rise, and it willautomatically add the use of materials that posea litter. Actually, the existence of waste paperand plastics will be an interesting businessopportunity, generate and absorb labour ifmanaged with good management. One of thewaste management model is with the bank trash. However, it should be noted the bank trash bemanaged with a good administrative systems sothat depositors trust in such business. As it happens in Sekarpuro Village RW 09,Pakis, Malang. Actually, members of the PKKorganization, have a desire to manage wastewith the model bank trash. Because it has notbeen agreed by the forum, then these membersmove partially, and there has not management oflandfills also through bank trash management. The purpose of this activity is to establish theorganization managed bank trash with goodmanagement thus creating economic value addedcrap. While the benefits of these activities is toincrease awareness and knowledge of thecitizens about the problem of trash in itsenvironment as well as handling solutions. Themethod used through the socialization orextension to the community, the discussionidentified the type of waste, the establishment ofthe Organization the bank trash, administrativeand training programs development.

This paper proposes a novel gap metric based fuzzy decomposition approach resulting in a reduced model bank that provides enough information to design controllers. It requires, first, the determination of the model base. For this, the number of initial models is obtained via fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm. Then, a gap metric based method which aims to get a reduced model bank is developed. Based on the linear models bank, a set of linear controllers are designed and combined into a global controller for setpoint tracking control.

This paper proposes a novel method as second level adaptation using multiple models to identify and control of a class of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems. Different uncertain environments change the system parameters and create multiple operating conditions. These conditions are designed as multiple identification models in a model bank using adaptive laws. These models are evaluated using some estimated weighting factors based on the errors between each of the models and the actual plant. The evaluated models are effectively used in identification and control process. Bounded signals, proper closed-loop tracking performance, and rapid and accurate parameter convergence to their real values are achieved through simulation results.
