With the spread of online behavioral experiments, estimating the effects of experimental situations and populations is increasing in discussions of the generalizability of data. In this study, we examined how the experimental situations (laboratory/online) affected group cooperation and individual performances. The participants were Japanese university students, randomly assigned to laboratory or online experiments. For the group cooperation task, they were asked to perform the public goods game with or without punishment, but no effect of the experimental situation was found both for cooperative and punitive behaviors. For the individual tasks, participants were asked to perform a creative task and a dull task. We manipulated the presence or absence of an external incentive. As a result, there was no significant difference between the experimental situations with one exception: only in the laboratory situation was the performance of the difficult creative task lower in the presence of an external incentive. Furthermore, we conducted as an additional experiment using the same treatments for a general Japanese sample online. This general sample was less cooperative in the public goods game than the student sample, both with and without punishment. In addition, the presence of external incentives facilitated performance of the general sample only for the dull task. We discuss the similarities and differences with previous studies that examined the effects of experimental situations and populations, and the implications for remote work in the real world.

Besoyong is derived from the word soyong which means the spell or prayers, then besoyong means speaking or singing the spell. Besoyong is usually used by Paser tribe as the media to speak to the ancients spirits and Sangiyang through their daily lives. Besoyong has started to be sung in Traditional Festival of Belian Paser Nondoi once a year at Penajam Paser Utara regency, East Kalimantan. This research explains about presentations form of besoyong continue with internal and external incentive factors of besoyong presence in Traditional Festival of Belian Paser Nondoi. This research uses the theory of Alvin Boskoff about internal and external’s factors of social change applied as internal and external incentive factors of besoyong presence in Traditional Festival Belian Paser Nondoi. Besoyong can be presented individually and also with ensemble.  Internal incentive factors of besoyong presence are to elude from evil ghosts, as the mean to invoke clear weather for the festival, as the mean of healing and ast the mean of asking blessing. External incentive factors of besoyong presence are to elevate the district economics & tourism, and to be functioned as the identity of this region.

Marketers and companies today seek multiple avenues to incentivize customers & users to post positive EWOM about their companies. This study seeks to quantify the investment per external incentive, per user, per social action, to generate successful EWOM.This is important because business ranging from small to multi-national corporations should better understand how and what motivates their customers, users and audience in terms of EWOM. Marketers and businesses alike will use this information to create better campaigns, boost their audience reach, and create better user experience thus ultimately resulting in higher revenue if applying these findings. In the literature review we discuss motivations for EWOM as well as what makes EWOM credible. In the Discussion section, we discuss the differences in value perception between the sexes. We also discuss social channel use amongst local populations and their impact this has for marketers to better understand relevant external motives and perception.

E-ACE (acrylic elastomer) is a kind of material so far in electro-active polymer (EAP) in the most excellent performance. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of the E-ACE power generation, the feasibility is studied on E-ACE power generation principle to achieve energy recovery and damping. Design a model damping device of vehicle for energy recovery based on E-ACE. Through analysis, when the system vibrates near the resonance frequency, deformation of spring is greater, E-ACE materials to move up and down reach the larger amplitude, and the more energy it produces. To analysis the system about harmonic response by ANSYS software, get the relationship between spring stiffness K, damping coefficient C and external incentive, then analysis the resonance frequency of the system. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the design scheme. Results show that E-ACE has excellent performance in the automobile vibration energy recovery and vibration. E-ACE will have broad application prospects.
