Pre-Bötzinger complex (PBC) is a necessary condition for the generation of respiratory rhythm. Due to the existence of synaptic gaps, delay plays a key role in the synchronous operation of coupled neurons. In this study, the relationship between synchronization and correlation degree is established for the first time by using ISI bifurcation and correlation coefficient, and the relationship between synchronization and correlation degree is discussed under the conditions of no delay, symmetric delay, and asymmetric delay. The results show that the phase synchronization of two coupling PBCs is closely related to the weak correlation, that is, the weak phase synchronization may occur under the condition of incomplete synchronization. Moreover, the time delay and coupling strength are controlled in the modified PBC network model, which not only reveals the law of PBC firing transition but also reveals the complex synchronization behavior in the coupled chaotic neurons. Especially, when the two coupled neurons are nonidentical, the complete synchronization will disappear. These results fully reveal the dynamic behavior of the PBC neural system, which is helpful to explore the signal transmission and coding of PBC neurons and provide theoretical value for further understanding respiratory rhythm.

A rational structural construction of the general process of fertilizer mixing and biomodification of solid mineral fertilizers is proposed. It covers all the process steps starting from the receipt of individual mixing components at the enterprise fertilizer mixing section through to the shipment of the finished biomodified fertilizer mixture to the finished product warehouse. The condition of synchronous operation of units and assemblies of a fertilizer mixing line is substantiated, where its maximum productivity, high mixing intensity and good quality of the mixture are achieved.

Invisibility between points can occur due to dense building location, terrain irregularities, intensive construction, and under polar night conditions. Forest thickets (the distance between the trunks up to 5 m, the closeness of the crowns start at 0,5 m) and undergrowth require cutting and clearing glades; terrain elevations, dense building setting, traffic flows and construction machines complicate the development of geodetic reference networks, the implementation of detailed surveys and construction layout. In the absence of visibility when the sides of the geodetic network make 200–500 m, it is recommended that two or more GPS receivers should work simultaneously under the same weather conditions, which compensates for errors at receiving radio signals, except for multipath and noise. With synchronous operation of the receivers, accurate coordinates and orientations for the upcoming electronic geodetic surveys are at mutually visible neighboring points obtained even without post-processing. Simultaneous GPS measurements enable finding the distance between them and horizontal angles in a closed area over the nearest points of the base and moving antennas in the building network for geodetic planning justification of detailed surveys and construction layout.

The advantage of electronic voting is that the voting is convenient and quick and the counting of votes is simple, but it is difficult to meet the requirements of both high security and large-scale application. This paper proposes an electronic voting protocol and system based on blockchain technology. The blockchain layer will use the P2P network to build a distributed database, use digital signature algorithms and encryption technologies to ensure that the data cannot be tampered with, and consensus algorithms to ensure the consistency of the data in the network, and use time stamping technology to connect the data blocks end to end chain structure preservation. And the application of Ethereum fully integrates different functional modules as a whole, achieves consensus through a proof-of-work mechanism, miners mine, and the new network protocol is formulated to achieve synchronous operation of the blockchain. Finally, the smart contract deployed on Ethereum runs on an Ethereum-specific virtual machine, and interacts with the underlying blockchain through the Ethereum virtual machine and RPC interface.

The paper examines the dynamics of the system for rotor synchronization control of double-rotor vi-bration unit designed for sifting bulk materials. Computer simulation in the MATLAB software envi-ronment shows that the proposed adaptive control algorithm provides a steady synchronous operation under stochastic load.
