The method of compact matrix description of regular three-dimensional spatial configurations and numerical techniques developed on its basis for calculating some structural and energy parameters of cubic lattices have proved to be more effective in comparison with other numerical methods. The suc-cessful application of the compact matrix method for the description of the simplest hexagonal lattice allows us to develop more efficient numerical methods for calculating the structural and energy pa-rameters of lattices of this type.

The paper examines the procedure of data preprocessing before compression, which involves enforced change of the original data width. The influence of such a procedure on the compression efficiency is estimated, the results of the study are presented, that show good perspectives of the proposed ap-proach.

The paper presents an analytical model for solving the problem of predicting an average number of hit and unaffected enemy forces and robotic systems group based on a mathematical model of highly or-ganized combat. The dynamics of the battle is described as a random Markov process that allows us to determine the average number of the parties for any given time.

An adaptive control system based on a neural network autotuning unit has been developed. A method for training a neural network for an autotuning block has been examined. A comparison between a control system with a PID-controller and a control system with a PID controller and an autotuning unit has been made.

The methodology of using computer technologies for scientific and metric modeling of lost wooden structures dating back to medieval period in Russian history is reviewed. The most accurate recon-struction of the Albazinsky Fort exterior as of 1685, implemented within the framework of ontological coordination of initial data maximum sampling, is presented.

The paper examines the role of information and communication technologies in the development of smart cities, it shows the importance of supporting the consistency and functional compatibility of smart city devices and services through ICT architecture. A version of the multi-level ICT architecture of a smart city, based on the analysis of various architectures, is proposed, which describes in detail the connection and interaction of individual elements of the city digital infrastructure, as well as the impact which technical and regulatory requirements have on them.

The article proposes and examines a dynamic model of phytoplankton biomass. The amount of chlo-rophyll content in phytoplankton changes in response to environmental situation. The model takes into account the dependence of biomass growth on environmental conditions, as well as the parameters phytoplankton photosynthetic activity.
