Kita tidak dapat memungkiri pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam kehidupan kita. Teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam setiap rencana bisnis. Saat ini kegiatan jual beli tidak hanya dapat dilakukan dengan bertemu langsung. Teknologi digital membuat semua proses berjualan dan belanja jadi lebih mudah. Salah satu aktivitas buy and sell, yang banyak diminati saat ini adalah melalui e commerce.Dalam dunia bisnis peranan Teknologi Informasi dimanfaatkan untuk perdagangan secara elektronik atau dikenal sebagai E-Commerce (e-dagang) atau perdagangan elektronik. E-Commerce adalah perdagangan menggunakan jaringan komunikasi internet, proses menjual dan membeli barang dengan memanfaatkan media internet, sedangkan cara pembayarannya menggunakan media e-transfer. E-commerce merupakan bagian dari e-business, di mana cakupan e-business lebih luas, tidak hanya sekedar perniagaan tetapi mencakup juga pengkolaborasian mitra bisnis, pelayanan nasabah, lowongan pekerjaan dan lain-lain. proses menjual dan membeli barang dengan memanfaatkan media internet, sedangkan cara pembayarannya menggunakan media e-transfer.

Comparabien.com ofrece a los consumidores servicios gratuitos, para que el usuario pueda comparar precios relacionados a “tarjetas de créditos, cuentas de ahorro, CTS, créditos vehiculares, hipotecarios, tarifas de Internet, TV por cable, y celulares”. 4 Los productos más visitados son los depósitos a plazo, así como los préstamos personales, dentro de los 15 productos que ofrecen.6 Mensualmente se registran cerca de 18,000 a 20,000 comparaciones en depósitos a plazo y préstamos personales, respectivamente.6 Desde que se lanzó al mercado en Perú, año 2010, ha registrado más de 4 millones de comparaciones.6 En el 2015, han recibido cerca de 200 mil visitas y 150 mil consultas por cada mes.6 Cuando Alfredo inició Comparabien.com pensó que, a pesar que deseaba establecer un negocio propio, debía seguir trabajando en Unilever. Para él fue difícil mantener estos dos trabajos en paralelo y, a la par, sostener a su familia que iba consolidándose y creciendo.2 Los primeros meses prácticamente trabajaba en Unilever para pagar los sueldos del personal de Comparabien.com. Al inicio esta idea fue difícil de entender por su familia y sus amigos, pensaban que era “botar el dinero,” pero poco a poco cada vez se daban cuenta que todo esto era producto de un sueño que Alfredo tenía.2 Todo iba relativamente bien, pero a fines de setiembre 2015 Comparabien.com está a punto de quebrar. Alfredo Ramírez se pregunta qué debía hacer, qué pasos debía seguir, o cómo podría ser posible que esta empresa con cerca de cinco años en el mercado pueda mejorar.

AbstractPeople with gambling problems report more exposure and impact from gambling advertising, although less is known regarding the role of specific advertising types. Data on gamblers (n = 5830, 48.5% women, mean age = 44.27) was collected from a general population cross-sectional survey in Norway (32.7% response rate). We examined if problem gambling was associated with perceived advertising impact (on gambling involvement, awareness, and knowledge) or exposure (via internet, TV, retail outlet, newspaper, and direct advertising). We also investigated if advertising exposure was associated with advertising impact. ANOVAs revealed that problem gambling was associated with increased perceived advertising impact on gambling involvement (ω2 = 0.09, p < .001) and awareness of gambling (ω2 = 0.04, p < .001). Reported exposure to direct advertising increased linearly with problem gambling level (ω2 = 0.04, p < .001), whereas we found small/no differences in exposure to other types of advertising. Multiple regressions revealed that among advertising types, internet advertising was the strongest predictor of perceived advertising impact on gambling involvement (β = 0.1, p < .001). TV advertising was the strongest predictor of advertising impact on knowledge of gambling forms and operators (β = 0.28, p < .001) and awareness of gambling (β = .05, p < .05). Future studies should elucidate how different subtypes of internet advertising impact gambling involvement. Clinicians should assess clients’ experiences with direct advertising and devise interventions for coping. Researchers should be aware that internet and direct advertising allow for more tailored content compared to other advertising types.

The article aims to analyse the phenomenon of a Norwegian Internet-TV show for teenage audiences, Skam (2015–2017). The transmedia storytelling used in this production resulted in unforeseen international acclaim, subsequently leading to the creation of local remakes of the series. The article will outline the main issues that the show has dealt with, as well as the immersion-building narrative solutions used by the creators. Moreover, it will discuss Skam’s reception by Norwegian and international audiences, and suggest potential directions for the future development of this format.

Internet of Things (IoTs) adalah bagaimana menghubungkan benda sehari-hari seperti smartphone, internet TV, dan sensor ke internet dimana perangkat dihubungkan bersama yang memungkinkan bentuk-bentuk baru komunikasi antara benda tersebut dengan manusia, dan antar benda-benda itu sendiri. Teknologi IoT dapat diaplikasikan untuk menciptakan konsep dan pengembangan terkait smarthome untuk memberikan kenyamanan penghuninya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan modul wifi NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk smarthome guna membantu meningkatkan keamanan, efisiensi dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada pengguna karena beberapa alat dirumah dapat dikontrol secara remote dan realtime. Hasil penelitian ini NodeMCU ESP8266 menerima masukan dari relay untuk mengontrol lampu dan kunci rumah sesuai dengan kondisi relay dan selenoid, NodeMCU dapat mengontrol relay untuk kondisi lampu dan solenoid aktif atau tidaknya, kemudian aplikasi menampilkannya dalam bentuk halaman web dan dari web di panggil dengan menggunakan aplikasi android yang sudah terinstal di smartphone penghuni, NodeMCU berhasil membaca data yang dikirim oleh pengguna berupa kondisi untuk mematikan atau mengaktifkan lampu dan kunci pintu melalui relay.

Television and broadcasting technology has been constantly developing and renewing since its discovery. When developments in electronic and internet infrastructure were added to these developments, a new process emerged in television broadcasting. These systems, called IPTV or Internet TV, have become global systems with millions of members worldwide. Members can watch TV series, documentaries and movies as much as they want, wherever and whenever they want, on all screens connected to the internet. It can play, stop, and continue watching broadcasts at any time. In this study, the possibilities of Internet TV broadcasting are examined in various aspects and satisfaction research is conducted for Netflix users. The purpose of the study is to measure the overall satisfaction of people who are members of Netflix. Questionnaire Method was used to obtain data in the research. The questionnaire consists of 15 questions and was developed by the researcher. The universe of the research is students of Akdeniz University, Faculty of Communication in Turkey Its sample is 89 students representing the universe. The students were determined by the Easy Sampling method. SPSS statistics program was used to analyze the obtained data. Reliability test, Independent t test, anova test, frequency, percentage and average scores were used to evaluate the data.

This article explores how binge-watching shifted from guilty pleasure to essential self-care during the extended lockdown prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic. While binge-watching was prescribed as one of the most effective ways to ward off lockdown ennui, quarantine conditions also led to its reframing as a politically productive activity, one tied to social-justice projects. Following the worldwide outrage over the murder of George Floyd in May 2020, listicles emerged of antiracist films and TV shows for viewers to watch as a means of converting them from unreflective couch potatoes into socially enlightened citizens. While such lists are problematic, COVID culture’s recasting of binge-watching as civic duty compels reflection on how viewing habits in the streaming era might be related to public pedagogy around social-justice struggles. The article concludes by pointing to the continued relevance of binge-watching as a concept that captures the affective intensities of internet TV and user-directed viewing during the pandemic and beyond.
